This was honestly one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had, and it all started with an exceptional welcome at the ibis reception zone. (ibis Jeddah City Center التحلية فندق إيبيس) even though I stayed in (Aparthotel Adagio Jeddah City Center). Ten days before my trip, I had already booked another hotel. I even contacted them again two days before my arrival to explain that I would be traveling with my family and had an important workshop to attend at noon. I asked if I could check in early, and they confirmed that I could arrive after 10:00 a.m. However, when I arrived around 10:15 a.m., they informed me that no rooms were available and told me to wait until 3:00 p.m. Despite having a confirmed reservation, I was left in a very difficult situation with my family waiting in the car and very little time before my workshop. I immediately searched for another hotel nearby and found this hotel. It was my first time staying here, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. From the moment I walked in, everything changed. The gentleman with last name of Alqarni at the reception of ibis zone, welcomed me with genuine warmth, professionalism, and kindness. He immediately understood my situation and went above and beyond to help. He arranged an upgraded room, offered us a generous discount, and gave us a room in an excellent location so we could settle in quickly. His willingness to help completely changed what had started as a very stressful day into a wonderful experience. That first impression stayed with us throughout our visit. The entire hotel exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding, the staff were friendly, the rooms were excellent, and the overall hospitality was truly exceptional. I have stayed in many hotels over the years, but this experience stands out because of the people. A single employee can define a guest’s entire impression of a hotel, and this gentleman did exactly that. He is a true asset to your team and deserves special recognition for his outstanding customer service. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable. I will gladly return in the future, and I have already recommended your hotel to friends and colleagues. Keep up the excellent work!
