There is no aminites near by. Taxi drivers are scammers waiting outside the hotel like predators. Shower was too hot. Called maintainance, he couldn’t fix it so he shut off the hot water, I didn’t want my so burning himself. We checked out without taking shower. Microwave kept going off every 2 minutes. Called maintenance, they checked and said it had steam inside so it shut off. Again I have never heard this stuff before in the United States. Microwave is suppose to heat up food. Reception staff wear very nice and friendly. Housekeeping Bangladeshi guys were very helpful and polite.

I checked out early morning at 6AM since my flight was at 8 AM, there was no one in the reception of Adagio, and I was told to check out from Ibis reception. I asked for the invoice, and the receptionist told me that it will be sent through email (wrote in paper). I have not yet received the invoice, and I need it to get reimbursement. During my stay, the card was not working on 1st December and technician came to fix by connecting the door with computer. There was delay but I believe the technician was good and prompt. I went to office on 1st December, and my wife told me that she asked for bottle of water and they didn't give it to her, finally she has to go out and buy water from the supermarket located in front of the hotel.

Hotel is well located in a calm neighborhood, just off the busy Madinah road. Ample parking space around and at the hotel basement. Easy check in check out process. Big rooms. Downside is the washroom, where shower area is on a level above rest at least by 8-10 inches, which makes the washroom slippery. Another downside was the room ac suddenly stopped working midnight however service team fixed it immediately when called for. Overall a decent stay
