The stay was overall good. However, I would like to highlight that the requirement of 300 SAR deposit to use kitchen utensils doesn’t feel justified since all the other hotel chains for eg from IHG and from Hilton hotels doesn’t require that and are more generous. I would like to highlight that the option to book with breakfast was available for my stay however when I wanted to extend, it somehow disappeared from the application.
