Very clean environment, staff were welcoming and informative. The breakfast was excellent, 10/10, lots of choice and very good quality. The room was nice but the bed was a single and it was too soft, also the pillows were very big and hard. I asked them to change the pillow and they brought a normal sized pillow which was much better. The other pillows are far to big and uncomfortable. Bathroom was excellent. Aside from the bed the room was great!

Dear Hotel Management, I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction regarding an incident that occurred during my stay at your hotel. At approximately 1:00 AM, another guest accidentally entered my room. While I understand that mistakes can happen, this incident was extremely disturbing and unacceptable. Being unexpectedly confronted by someone entering my room in the middle of the night caused significant discomfort and raised serious concerns about guest safety, privacy, and the effectiveness of your room access procedures. A hotel room should be a secure and private space where guests can feel safe and relaxed. Unfortunately, this experience had the opposite effect and negatively impacted my stay. I respectfully request an explanation of how this incident occurred and what measures will be taken to ensure that similar situations do not happen again in the future. We are also very sorry that the room felt humid and that the air conditioning was not functioning properly.
