We are extremely concerned to learn about the cleanliness issues you encountered, particularly the toenails found on the sofa. This is completely unacceptable and does not reflect the hygiene and housekeeping standards we strive to maintain. We understand how uncomfortable and upsetting this must have been for you. We are also very sorry that the room felt humid and that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we regret that we failed to provide you with a comfortable environment during your stay. Additionally, we apologize for the inconvenience regarding access to assistance with your bags late at night and that support was only available from the ibis side. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this situation must have been, especially after a long day of travel. Most importantly, we are truly disappointed to hear about your interaction with our security staff.
