I booked a few days in advance Before I get there I received an email saying that my booking was cancelled I tried calling for at least an hour but no answer I called the authority and file a complaint and they got the issue fixed. Very bad experience and very rude service from the hotel staff I never had an issue like that before Even before this incident I was trying to contact the hotel for 2 days but they never answer the phone I even sent an email asking about something and they never responded Very bad service

I had several requests directed at the reception desk go unanswered. I’ve had to physically go all the way down to the lobby to talk to them directly if I needed anything done, including having my bags taken up to my room and down after checking out. I also had to make several call just to have the sofa bed set up. The kitchen in the apartment was also not stocked at all. Not a single utensil or plate was available. However I’d like to show my appreciation to the staff at the town restaurant. There was a lady whose name I unfortunately can’t recall. She was extremely accommodating and helpful. Likewise the rest of the staff at the restaurant.
