I recently had the chance to stay at Swissotel Living in Jeddah, and I can’t express enough how fantastic my experience was! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted with warm smiles and friendly faces that instantly made me feel welcome. The room was just perfect—spacious, cozy, and had all the little touches that made it feel like home. I loved waking up to a delicious breakfast each morning, with a variety of options that set the tone for the day ahead. A huge shoutout goes to Walid Almalki! His kindness and attentiveness transformed my stay into something really special. It’s not every day you come across someone who genuinely cares about making your experience the best it can be. Overall, my time at Swissotel Living was simply perfect. I left with wonderful memories and a heart full of gratitude. Though this was not my first stay at the property but this time i had a problem at check where only one receptionist got stuck with a check in for kore than 10min trying and trying the payment by card, later this time they did mot provide any amenities and the next morning the hot water took more than dew minutes to reach the shower and to complete the experience they did not give me the late check out that I requested to upsell. So if I paid they would have kept the room for me 🤷🏼‍♂️

The hotel smell is too bad , the receptionist is not very good communicator and the AC is not working well

Hotel and room are clean and in great condition. Loved the breakfast quality. Though what I loved the most is the service I received both at check in and during the breakfast. Big shoutout to mr. Walid at reception as he was very welcoming during check in and did great explaining the hotel services and amnesties.
