I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ibis Jeddah City Center. Their customer service is the worst I’ve encountered. They do not answer phone calls, and emails go completely ignored. It’s unacceptable for a hotel to have such poor communication, especially when guests rely on timely responses for reservations and inquiries. I would not recommend this property to anyone looking for reliable service.

I enjoyed my staying in november, great service delicious food and the resturant te very hospitable especially waitress Lujain such a positive person. Rooms are comfortable and clean, great swimming pool i enjoyed the most.
