Bangladeshi Mahim Khandhakar looks after the 4th floor in ibis , he was always there with instant service. His rooms were excellent with excellent bedsheets. He should get a pay rise. Moin temporary supply man on the reception floor was brilliant he knew how to run the place and would immediately solve your problem. If these guys were not there the place would have been a disaster. They were already very short staff, too many customers in and out

Part of an Umrah trip, stayed 3 nights at the hotel. First time in Jeddah. Walking distance to Panda supermarket and McDonalds and other food outlets. Mosque is also next to the lands supermarket which was great.
The hotel is nice and clean, might need renovation but well kept. Room facilities are standard kettle, fridge and prayer mat. All bathroom amenities include shower gel, shampoo and slippers.
The pool is very nice in evening but keep note of closing times.
The only unfortunate thing was that I specifically booked a twin room and a double room. But upon arrival I was given two double which my daughter and son were not comfortable with and even when requested at reception it was always the same answer the hotel is fully booked. If I booked a room I expect to get the same upon arrival so that was a bit annoying for an Accor group.

I had a very poor experience at your hotel. I was assigned a room on the first floor, which was adjacent to the pool area. The noise from the pool was excessive, particularly in the morning. Additionally, my window overlooked the AC machinery, which generated constant noise throughout my stay. I raised these concerns with the reception desk, but no action was taken to address the issues.

The staff at the reception were wonderful, and parking is easily available. However, as someone who suffers from sinusitis and dust allergies, I found the hallways/passageways to be quite dusty. Additionally, the air conditioning was extremely dry, which was very harsh and exhausting for my nose

Room way too small for 2 people with no dresser/storage. Bed was very comfortable. You could smell the mold and must daily. Restaurant food was quite good and service from ALL staff was fantastic. Lobby appearance was pleasant.

Hotel is in a nice location and convenient.
But their twin beds are very strange. Two single beds connected to each other. Which made it very uncomfortable to sleep.
Also, tv channels kept on losing signal. So we couldn’t even watch tv.

it was just satisfactory. Had experience of living in IBis in UAE and Singapore, but standards are low in Jeddah
