I stay at this hotel every time I visit Jeddah, which is usually about four times a year, as most of my clients are located nearby. I enjoy the hotel, its facilities, and its restaurant. The staff is incredibly sweet, helpful, and courteous, always striving to accommodate guests as best as they can. As a foreign national, I have never encountered any language barrier with the staff, as they are proficient in English. The rooms are smaller compared to some other hotels, but during my recent stay on the 4th floor, I was fortunate to have a larger room. Otherwise there are no complaints and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning to travel to Jeddah.
