The staff were amazing but unfortunately the level of the hotel is not as the same before , The prices which displayed in the screen of reception are not the actual prices which is doubled due to high season , the thin walls and the loud door closing sound can interrupt your sleep many times . The room I get was in a smoking floor and it was better to ask the guest if he is a smoker before giving him the room or not ... I hope it will get better in the future .

Great stay and great welcoming as usual. It’s I believe my third time I love how the room is cold and the bed is comfortable, but I have an issue always with the telephone of the room never works. I struggle calling the reception or the front desk as I have to call using my phone to call the hotel and speak to the reception to ask them to transfer me either for the room service or whatever my request is so please check your telephone. Please I wish the air conditioning remain on the same level (cold, and cozy) as it is now or even better or future saying . Love staying with you guys.

I thought that the Ibis Jeddah is A. great hotel and would most definitely return. The staff were very very polite and responsive. Unfortunately when I visited there was some drilling happening near the pool and my room is close by. It was inconvenient as I was trying to sleep but when I called reception they were very sympathetic and offered to move me. I appreciated the reactivity and the drilling didn't last too long. Thanks again for everything.
