Due to flight difficulties I needed flexibiulity and stff managed perfectly and in a very peronal manner I appreciate. I've never been contacted such way to solve booking issues. Checkout also pelnty of care including good expresso coffe preparation very welcome by early mormning workers.

The staff are nice, starting from reception till room service, however there are some issues need to work on it: - The furniture is a little bit old, and need some renovation. - The breakfast is very limited and same everyday. - There is a noise coming from the air-condition.

Very good, satisfy. Comments, as follows: 1) The Elevator from 9th to 10th floor going to the swimming pool is Not working. This is important as the kids have difficulty to go through the emergency stair, and not safe for them. 2) I booked Deluxe room, the reception guide me to room number 618 corner room, however it is smaller than the superior room. I stayed 4 days in smaller room, the Price of superior room is cheaper than the Deluxe room, but the hotel not compensated me. Thanks, Hatem A., 00…66.
