Overall, hotel experience was good. Negatives: - Construction works made access to the hotel very challenging. - I ordered a breakfast pack which I wanted to be ready by 6am as I had to leave for a business trip before the restaurant opened. Nevertheless, when I went down to the reception desk, the receptionist did not seem to be aware of the pack and directed me to the restaurant, when I went to the restaurant they told me that the pack must have been delivered either to my room (which I had just left so it was not there) or the reception desk. I had to go down to the reception desk again but the receptionist seemed to have no clue about it. After 10 minutes of me waiting, I was stopped while on my way out of the hotel by one of the restaurant staff members who gave me the pack. However, as a result my Uber driver cancelled my ride and I was late for my 6:30am meeting at Assila Hotel. - curtains had stains in Room 507 - pool closes too early

The hotel is nice. Breakfast was good, staff are friendly. The only problem is the road work on tahlia st, no access to shops, The hotel should’ve inform/email their costumer about how to get to their hotel because no access on main road. A bit hard for first time in Jeddah, but that’s ok.

I have stayed numerous times at this property, main reason being the location and convenience for me as most of my business contacts are located nearby. Breakfast was not included in my rate. When going to breakfast on first day, I was reauired to charge it on the room. Restaurant staff kept insisting for me to pay for it on the spot, as the they mentioned that " there was no credit for" me at reception. In all hotels I stay, reception takes a deposit / pre-authorisation on credit card upon check - in for the room charges and incidentals. What can't they do the same at this hotel ? I refrained from going to breakfast for the rest of my stay and will also avoid it in the future. Don't regret doing so because as I found out, 84 SR for what is available at the breakfast restaurant is way overcharged. Best Regards

New hotel, large room and friendly staff. However breakfast quality needs to improve, no hot water nor pressure in the morning and the never-ending roadworks make the venue difficult and also does not encourage you having a dinner-out.

I got use to stay in this hotel everytime and was ok but unfortunately i had bad experience this time , the service was really bad , i had issue with my room air-conditioner in midnight , i have called the reception 3 time to send someone and waited for an hour without response

during my stay I have faced several issues , when I entered my room the safe box was locked it was locked from the last client I have asked the reception for help and they opened it after 2 days after several request . 2 times for 2 days my room was not cleaned for unknown reasons saying that they are over booked but this is not my problem next to my room there was a lot of noise coming from children staying in the next room , the noise of playing and shouting from children playing , this is unprofessional to give me a room and next to it there is a family staying in the refregeriator there was a used bottle of water , it was opened consumed some of it and returned to the refregeriator , this is the mistake of the house keeping to check well before giving the room to the next client
