Very unclean and string cigarette smell with cigarettes burns everywhere

The reception promised to come to my room with my bill, but only left it in the reception not going to my room. It took 23 minutes from I called and asked for the AC to be turned on in the Gym in the morning, before it was turned on.

Its my first experience with novotel , it was nice and great. Ambience and facilities were excellent. Especially vegetarian option you provided in food were very deliciousand very authentic Regarding service Muhammad and rehman served us very well.
