1- I ordered water at night but nobody sent me anything. I called them next day they sent the water after i called again to remind them. 2- The water is floating in the sink wash area 3- The experience was not the best

Good and peaceful stay in a clean hotel on Tahlia, but a few reservations, mostly regarding the entrance of the hotel (all cars would complain), the room service/housekeeping that are not always responsive and the quality of the food. I had to dine in room multiple times, I tried multiple options and most were not of great standard.

I have tried to find positive points for my stay but there was not. Maybe some nice employee. Regarding the negative points I will have to state the following points - TV not working. I have asked the front desk to look at it but whatever was done did not work - No clothes hanger in the room. I was in the hotel for a business trip so with shirts to hang and I had to ask the front desk to bring me some (only 2 in the room) - No stowage to put clothes. I ha to leave some of my clothes in mine suitcase - Light on the right hand side of the bed not working - room key deactivated every 2 days. when coming back to the hotel at 10.00PM, it's not nice to go down to the lobby to get it back active. Also, one day, the lady at the from desk did not reactivate it on the stop but told me that she would send someone back to my room. The next morning I had to go down before my breakfast as nobody brought it back to me. - Car access in front of the hotel is not good. 50% of the time our taxi was not able to come and we had to go in or out of the car on the street. And not to say when a car was park with nobody inside and the taxi had to back into the street
