Good check in. Rooms did not have hot water that lasted for more than 5 minutes. Spoke to reception twice but nothing done. Requested upgrade to executive room for final night but reception did not assist with request.

​I always book this hotel solely for its location. However, every time I visit, there is a delay in getting the room cleaned from the previous guest. You clearly have a shortage of cleaning staff or poor management. Furthermore, the furniture is in bad condition and the carpet is very dirty. Additionally, the room phone is either broken or the sound quality is extremely poor. When I try calling the reception from my mobile phone, there is never an answer, whether I am calling for an inquiry, a request, or to make a booking
