The hotel was dirty and poorly maintained. The room was unclean, the bed sheets were dirty, and there were bed bugs present, which is completely unacceptable. In addition, the bathroom had an unbearable odor that made the stay extremely uncomfortable. This experience was far below acceptable standards and does not reflect the quality expected from a Novotel hotel.
