Rooms are nice, breakfast is ok. Facilities are weak: - Pool beds are old, dirty and very used. - No life guard on the pool - Sauna was broken General feeling is that hotel requires some investment to refresh it.

The hotel in the good location but unfortunately the hotel needs a lot of things. Hotel rooms not clean and furniture dirty, carpet also dirty. I think need to be changed. Also smell is not good. Mattress no comfortable. Corridors carpet very dirty. Sorry for that but i am wondering is this hotel one of all Accor group? Thank you.

I have always had Novotel Tahlia on my list of hotels. Two years and a half later, I have chosen to stay at Novotel Tahlia. The staff were courteous, and so was the general manager. The room was spacious and comfortable for one person. Yet, my striking comment is mosquitoes in the bathroom and above me in bed impairing my sleep. Breakfast was alright, yet I have missed the fresh salmon which used to be there before.

The location of the hotel is very central, that’s the reason I chose to book this hotel. It has sofa cum bed in the room and as I was travelling with kids it suited me. The breakfast can be bettered in quality and the spread too. Housekeeping staff were really helpful and nice. Most helpful and understanding was Ms Rawan at the reception/ front desk.
