As it’s not my first stay at Novotel Tahliah , I would say that it’s my residence in Jeddah every time I head for a family vacation,, so cozy and comfortable at tje end of the day after a long day outside

I been a good member for this Novotel at tahoia jeddah but this time seems their level has gone down drastically comparing to my old stays

Location is very nice. Both for tourism and business. Hotel lobby is nicely refurbished, same with restaurant. Really nice and wonderful breakfast. Pleasant checkin, but.. Welcome amenities for Diamond member were not only old (strawberries had mold (!)) on them, but also dedicated for somebody else - other name. Room didnt really look upgraded and in general rooms ask for refurb, especially bathrooms which are simply ugly. Rooftop pool also has a great unused potential. Im general I believe there is a lack of care from the regional manager. Simple things which should never happen in Accor hotel even is a mid brand like Novotel. Especially that in this location its really just small things easy to set up to be a full nice Accor experience.
