I had a great time at your hotel. Starting with the early check-in with the receptionist Rakan, who worked hard to find me a room earlier in the morning around 9:30. He did and we went to our room after a very long flight, we appreciate it. The kids also enjoyed the kids area in the lobby, me and my wife had ample time when they were playing, I don’t remember any hotel had such room, so that was great too. I left a google review for this experience, and will definitely book again whenever I visit Jeddah. Keep up the good work and we’ll continue to be loyal to you!

The mattress was average, the AC control was very bad, either the temperature is very cold or you have to turn off the AC. The carpet was not clean as it should be, moreover I found two bottles of water, nothing more, which didn’t reflect the warm greeting

The worst experience of my life. I found an insect in the accommodation, and I have videos and evidence. There was no toothbrush, no comb, and none of the essential amenities that should be provided in the room. The telephone didn’t work — I had an emergency situation and couldn’t reach anyone because the room phone was completely useless. The kettle was extremely dirty and disgusting, and I have photos to prove it. The room insulation was terrible; every movement and every sound from outside could be heard clearly inside my room. Overall, the experience was bad in every possible way.
