Good welcoming by the front receptionist "Bashair" and other staffs over different shifts. Nice restaurant with good breakfast and very polite and cooperative staffs. Two unsatisfying important points: -- Room illuminations not enough specially for ladies` -- The Front Hotel Car`s Ramp is very Risky and uncomfortable Car`s Parking Entrance and space.

Very friendly staff from the reception Yazid who helped us in check in and provided support once we arrived at the hotel to the house keeping staff who kept our room clean and tidy during our stay, and the restaurant staff especially Karim who was very friendly all the time and his team from whom I remember Zahid and his colleagues, very helpful with their smiles that made us feel very welcome. the hotel location is good in a quiet area but accessing all parts of Jeddah, the deluxe room was spacious and bed was comfortable, the breakfast was excellent with a variety of food, cold fresh fruits and hot drinks. in short we enjoyed our 5 night stay and will recommend the hotel to our friends coming to Jeddah at any time.

Very unclean and string cigarette smell with cigarettes burns everywhere

The reception promised to come to my room with my bill, but only left it in the reception not going to my room. It took 23 minutes from I called and asked for the AC to be turned on in the Gym in the morning, before it was turned on.
