The hotel stay was good overall, but one negative point was the entrance. The entrance is not very clearly identifiable as the main entrance and Google Maps directed us to the backside of the hotel, where the parking area is located. There was also nobody available there to guide us, which made finding the entrance a little confusing. On the positive side, the Indian restaurant at the hotel was very good. The restaurant manager was extremely helpful and suggested the best options according to our vegetarian requirements. The restaurant staff were also very polite, soft-spoken, and helpful throughout. Overall, a pleasant stay, with just some improvement needed in signage and guidance to the main entrance.

The value for money was fair, there were some issues with the suite, the AC in the living room was broken, even though we asked for someone to fix it he didn't know how, Also the carpet was smudged is some areas, the guest bathroom was dark.

The Wi-Fi internet speed is very slow average speed is 10mbps, it is not enough. There are many breakfast options available, but unfortunately, there are very limited or no Indian/Pakistani breakfast options.

Front desk staff: The staff members were not very polite. I asked them to send the bell boy to get my luggage, but they refused and said there is just one bell boy and he is gone somewhere. The male staff member was not very happy giving me an upgrade and only gave me for a day. The next day, the lady was polite and she said I can continue in the upgraded room. Room cleaning: My upgraded executive suite room was not ready, so I went to the classic suite. The room is spacious but the CARPETS AND OTHER AREAS WERE VERY VERY DIRTY. It's like no one has cleaned the carpet, sofas and other areas for ages. Huge stains everywhere. Jacuzi: In executive suite, the jacuzi was partially functional. The water pressure was very low and mosquitos came out from the pipes, which means no one has used it for ages. Breakfast: Good breakfast
