If staying in Jeddah I highly recommend this Hotel. Great value and Great service. I don’t know what stars the hotel is but it is punching above its weight. High quality buffet breakfast, big clean rooms and all well maintained. Very good staff with special thanks to Faisal on check in and the gentleman housekeeper on the 9th floor. I am probably travelling to Jeddah again next week and will definitely book again.

I was charged more then the price booked on as well as food requested extra bread was not complied nor the bathroom was clean !! Worst part is being charged more then the agreed to pay at hotel

I stay the best 10 business night ever in jeddah, all the staff are really there for me and other guests as well, many and special thanks to Maraam & all. The hotel is situated in a good location, but the ongoing construction makes it difficult to access. The room was generally in good condition. It was a bit smaller than what was advertised on the booking portal but still not bad. Overall, it is a good stay, and I'll consider returning to it after the construction will be completed.

It was a very good stay however I had an issue at the end of my stay! When my wife was picking up some food from the buffet; a Novotel’s employee came and told her that the buffet is only for one person!!! This happened in front of the people and also the employee brought the attendance sheet and check it in front of people!!! This is extremely unacceptable and inappropriate. I believe when I dealt with respected brand I expect a respectful attitude! Is that right? Regards, Yousef

Disappointing location

Partially good. 1) Excellent reception staff 2) Clean and basic 3) Not good breakfast through room service (bakery collection looks date-expired and feels hard). This is unpleasant to customers. 4) Location is noisy due to road construction particularly at night. As well it's hard to reach due to several detours. Unfortunately hotel did not send a map to assist reaching it. I wasted about 30 min revolving around the hotel, yet not able to reach it on the night of arrival!!!!

normal hotel, have a lot of points that need to improve such as; 1- access control , anyone can enter the hotel and use the elevator even can reach the guest room. 2- hygiene needs more control, the room not clean at all on arrival. 3- Covid19 precaution need to improve 4- the welcome drink was good.

Great accommodation but there is problem in the parking... guests tend to park everywhere even in the restricted area. Also, the parking is open 24 hour no barriers or guarding!!!
