I didn’t get the Accor loyalty points even though I followed up multiple times with the hotel and they promised it was processed. Very unprofessional staff!

It is generally a good hotel. There is now probably better value for money in the Accor Live Limitless Group (ALL) since the Mövempick chain joined this group. The hotel is very difficult to access due to major works on the neighboring road, so you have to be guided by Google Map and access from the back. This gives rise to traffic jams next to the hotel and to noise if we do not take the room at the back (in this case no noise!). The late night reception welcome is just ok. My Silver status allowed me to get an upgrade to a room with a King Size bed and I was treated to a fruit basket, which is very much appreciated. The room is very decent. Good bedding. I asked without success for feather pillows! The bathroom is a bit too dark with traces of rust. The hot water was cut while having a shower... Very average buffet breakfast. Free parking upstairs. Just correct no more…

I had a good time at Novotel Jeddah.The room was good size with modern furniture.The location was a bit far from the airport, however closer to the city centre.The access to the hotel was some what difficult as there was major construction on Tahlia road.The reception staff were friendly.

All the staff were frienedly and nice but i dont like the quilty of the food and the room smell like colorex abd the furniture has some damag in the charis and table has spot of old coffee other than that was good

Everything was great except the check-in and the checkout part due to lack of knowledge about the burning points furthermore, systematic issue.. I nearly took more than half an hour just to check in even though I already checked in online! I sincerely thank Mr. Baraa I guess? for trying his best at the check-in. In addition, the construction in front of the hotel made it impossible to get a taxi or Uber or Kareem Nevertheless, staying at Novotel was excellent.
