Not happy how they handle customers

I stayed in 1 bed + 1 sofa bed room. I reached on Wednesday(1/1) early morning around ~ 1.30 AM . I called receptionist for a bedsheet and blanket/duvet for sofa bed. Receptionist told that they will deliver soon. I did not get that.On Wednesday evening, I asked again in the reception(in person) for bedsheet and blanket/duvet. I got the bedsheet. but no blanket/duvet. I called the reception again at midnight for blanket/duvet. Promised that it will be delivered soon. I did not get that until I checkout in the morning. Transportation: I don't know if it was because of any holiday on Jan 1. I had sent a mail requesting airport drop on Jan 2nd morning. I did not get any reply for that. I asked the reception also for arranging transport. they send the request o transport WhatsApp groups. But no one responded. So I had to call outside agency to arrange airport drop

Locates good place, but hard to catch taxi in the front side

1-There is too much noise on 9th floor making unpleasant to sleep. 2-Bad hospitality (while we booked for 4 people they reject to give us blanket for my child). 3- bad location for Taxi, and hotel and hotel workers ask 3 times more than usual to drive u to the airport ETC.

Dishonest Management - Ruined Family Holiday - Lied About Refund

We had 2 rooms booked from 24th-29th December 2024. However due to the condition of Room 1 (dirty carpets, inefficient AC, leaking sink) , we needed to cancel our 2nd room as we could not risk hygiene with our kids. The hotel management agreed to refund our 2nd room so we can upgrade to a Suite at an extra cost. They gave us their word that the 2nd room will be refunded. Everything was confirmed and agreed upon. However, once we arrived back to UK, the hotel have now denied any agreement or refund and upon questioning this, they have stopped responding to any communication and correspondance to both us and the travel agent. The most disappointing thing is that the reservation manager Muhammad Mushtaq had agreed and reassured us all along whilst we were there. If we had known we had been lied to, we would not have paid the extra to upgrade our initial room to a Suite. Despite this, the receptionists Rawan and Rakan were very kind and helpful and only able to help us through the direction of management. The cleaner Abdelkarim was also very hardworking. They tried their best in every case to faciliate for us and help but its a shame that their manager lied to all parties for a small sum of money. The hotel is let down by their dishonest management, poor communication and lying. We are now having to raise a dispute with our credit card merchant as well as travel agent to escalate this. We would never have chosen this hotel if we knew we would have been treated with such dishonesty.
