From the time we checked in to checking out everything was smooth. The hotel staff are very courteous and kind. The reason for my 9 rating and not a 10 was because 1 of the main reasons I chose the hotel was due to the promise of exceptional wifi due to my daughter homeschooling and my husband working remotely. Sadly we were only able to get good wifi in 1 room. The breakfast option was pretty much the same every day with slight differences and wasnt really to our palette. We are South African , so understandably so. Overall, it was a great stay. I would stay here again for sure. The proximity of the location to main attractions are amazing. The hotel is very neat and clean. The apartment is spacious. I was truly amazed and appreciate of the hospitality. Keep up the great work.

I stayed with my family for a few hours. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the air conditioning (A/C) took several hours to start working and an engineer came to have a look. Overall this had an impact on our stay

Overall I am very happy as it was my first experience with Adagio. Previoupy I always used Ibis. Only one issue that happened to me was clogged shower tray and it did take 2 days to resolve but am really thankful to Mr Mohammad Waleed and supervisor of house keeping (a filipino guy forgot his name) who later took it seriously and helped immediately. Rest all was great

Hotel itself as usual is fine being an active ALL Accor member but the guy assigned at the restaurant reception made our breakfast spoiled. He needs to undergo proper guest accommodation & respect regardless of nationality. He doesn’t have the right manner & etiquette.
