My stay was for 13 days, knowing that I am a member of the All Accor group, and the treatment was not good from the beginning in choosing a room that was not good and comfortable, and after communicating with the hotel manager, he changed it the next day!, the reception team is uncooperative and quick in service, I ordered food from outside and it took an hour to deliver it to my room ! , At the checkout I was badly asked to check out on time because there are other bookings, knowing that I am a member and I have the late checkout feature. The hotel needs Administrative Development and good treatment of guests, especially members.
