your car park barrier system is not fully understood by your reception staff, if your a long term guest. and require one card instead of multiple cards every morning. Your reception staff i have found to be extremely helpful in every aspect during my stay. your lift systems need to be kept in operation? waiting this last week to exit was frustrating having to wait until a space became available. The GYM needs the running machines operational. (Over a month and these are still not operational, whats the plan?) Some foam mats in the gym would be helpful. My final room was very good, the TV channels available helps a great deal. any way of offering a pay for view service eg champions league matches? very clean, and tidy. Breakfast is very good.....

We love this hotel. Our room was spacious and well furnished. The Spaghetti restaurant was excellent as always, although we did miss the huge napkins and wire bowl stands since our last stay. This hotel serves the best breakfast of all hotels we have visited - the choice is extensive and the breakfast room pleasant. A very enjoyable stay.

I chose this hotel due its gym facilities. However, both running machines were out of order and the rowing machine did not work either. That is why you only scored a 7. The remainder of the hotel and the service were great. Great coffee and great flammkuchen ;)

Restaurant, Bar, Food and service excellent ! Room was in kind of old- school standard, and had a bad smell. Furthermore, curtain system was not working good and nearly impossible to handle properly - extremely hard to get it closed. Besides that, all in all good relation of price vs performance (if room will get renovated). Stayed in #428.

Good hotel in favorable position. Dinner good, though the service was a little slow, but the best is breakfast, rich and various. Rooms are confortable. We are regular customers since long time (3 or 4 times a year for more or less 20 years), and we expect to receive a bonus, or special conditions, as a prime to our fidelity, but this never happened until now. We hope to receive this next time!

I don’t think the hotel is value for money , it is not from this time to sell a expensive room without air conditioning. There was a noisy ventilator.The cleanliness was not op to date spiderwebs in the room ,hanging from the sealing and wasps in the room . The food in the restaurant extremely expensive. Al the staff very pleasant and polite.

excellent and professional service, perfect location near highway, absolutely fantastic breakfast and overall good room. Perfect for a stopover during long trip to Brussels. There was a not so good smell in the corridors and in general i am not at all a fan of carpet floor, but other than that i very much liked the experience and will definitely come back.
