Great experience and excellent value for money. All the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Mr. Mido, Mr. Islam, and Mr. Cid for their exceptional service and for making our stay truly enjoyable.
One issue I would like the hotel management to address: an employee named Mr. OJ was not polite in the way he approached us. I was returning to the hotel with a friend who was also staying there, and while we were walking towards the elevator to go to our rooms, he stopped us and asked her whether she had her passport. The way this was handled was completely unacceptable and made both of us feel extremely uncomfortable and embarrassed. I hope management looks into this and ensures guests are approached more respectfully and professionally.
