NOT PLEASANT AT ALL. I checked on into two rooms 3012 and 3015. All was fine I paid up all fees including security deposit. All was well until the day of check out. We call the hotel people many times to come and inspect the rooms with us incase of any damages before we leave they didn't show. But to our surprise when we reached the lobby we were told we had damaged a toilet seat in one of the rooms we had occupied. We were not given a chance to look at damage but the guy just showed us some photos from his what'sapp which I think could have been from somewhere else and not our rooms. I knew I had an extra bill for using the mini bar which I was prepared to pay but I don't think we damaged anything in the room this guys got photos from somewhere and forced us to pay for someelses damage. I think the room inspection should be done in the presence of the client. In my case I believe the claimed damage was fabricated. So my stay with your hotel wasn't pleasant at all.

The stay was OK. But the gates of the Hell were opened when I forgot my laotop!. I discovered that I forgot my laptop at the hotel while we already in DXB Airport. We called the hotel they took 1 hour to relocate the laptop which was in our room !!! then 1 more hour to understand that we are leaving the Country and one of our friends will pick up the "Laptop", we sent his name via email. When he arrived to the hotel he wait for 50 Mins to take the laptop!! .. I think the staff apply the hotel policy which just memorized and not understanded by them.

A perfect location hotel with huge location, All bathroom amenities are very poor. one lotion being provided as shower gel, shampoo that smell like pyrosol & no hand cream. Breakfast was just Ok & room hygiene is below standard of a 4 stars hotel.

We enjoy our stay so much, the location is perfect it was near to everything, there is a mini supermarket inside the hotel which is so nice to me as we can order anything at any time easily, there is tourism agency inside the hotel, as well as there is a pharmacy attached to the hotel, so everything u want is in the hotel. The pool is nice and shaded. Big Thank to Mr. Tamer who assisted us in check in and make our stay went so smooth and perfect. A special Thank to Ms. Hanan as well who assisted my mom and dad in their room and she was so helpful with them. I loved the staff they are friendly. The rooms is big specially the suites and the view is so nice. Thank you Mercure Hotel i will definitely come back again!

Wifi speed was only 1mbps for the first two weeks. There should be someone to proactively educate the customer on the login process to get good speed. There were almost zero Indian channels and inspite of request it was not added which made killing time a very herculean task. Otherwise Housekeeping staff is the best in the world. Housekeeping staff should be awarded for the great work they are doing.

I am really very disappointed from the last experience and I will reconsider staying in the hotel again knowing that I am a repeater in the hotel. Last time I booked eight nights but due to personal family emergency I had to fly back to my home country after spending two nights from total eight nights. The hotel front desk/reservation teams refused to refund the 6 nights. Me&Booking.com offered to keep the rest of the money as credit on my account or to reschedule the remaining 6 nights to different dates and if the room rate changed to pay the rate difference, they refused. This is disappointing as a repeater to be treated this way.

1) there's no service at all at the coffeeshop for breakfast. I waited for more than 10 minutes to be attended and get a table. Nothing was on the table including cutlery. Table was not cleaned well. I have to do everything by myself, bringing coffee, cutlery, tissues, etc. 2) laundry was not delivered on time. I should have to call them to deliver and waited for a long time. Laundry request form was not refilled after it is used. 3) I have to extend the stay by one day and requested an extension but the checking counter staff said the rooms are fully booked. I met the duty manager to hear I have to leave the hotel. After my repeated request he agreed to extend my stay one more night with hotel's regular rate, which is almost two times more expensive than the corporate rate my company has with the hotel. I have to agree and pay extra. The duty nanager' attitude to me was so arrogant which I've never experienced in the last 43 years of my trip.

Very bad! Terrible housekeeping!

At the first nights, they didn't have a kingsize bed and balcony (although we paid extra for it!). We had to switch rooms 3 times!!! Then the housekeeping was terrible. There was dust and hairs everywhere. We said it time after time that they should clean properly. They didn't do it! The phone wasnt working correctly, the refrigerator smelled bad, the floor had spots and stains and there were not enough towels and soap! If we asked the reception, they would bring towels or soap in 30 minutes to our room. That is too long! The housekeeping should properly clean and vacuum and fill soap and put enough towels! Overall a very bad experience, the name is great but never again. Don't book here
