We spent seven wonderful days at the hotel as a family of four, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is clean, family-friendly, and the customer service was exceptional from the moment we arrived. Tina welcomed us warmly at reception, and although I cannot remember everyone’s names, so many members of staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. At the buffet restaurant, Htin and Priya were incredibly welcoming and attentive. Every time we went for dinner, they made us feel very welcome and ensured that our needs and requests were taken care of. The buffet itself was amazing. Unlike many buffets where the food can become repetitive, we genuinely enjoyed the variety and quality every day. The pool area was also clean and well maintained, with plenty of sunbeds for families. Our children enjoyed the kids’ club twice, and the ladies there were fantastic — very attentive and genuinely engaged with the children rather than simply leaving them to entertain themselves. The location is excellent, right as you come onto the Palm, making it very accessible to everything. Most places were within around 20–30 minutes, with Atlantis being only about 15 minutes away. Our room was cleaned beautifully every day, and the housekeeping team were very thoughtful about timing. They seemed to anticipate when we would be out and had everything refreshed by the time we returned, without unnecessary interruptions. We also always had more than enough bottled water in the room, which was especially appreciated in the Dubai heat, and ice was provided whenever we requested it. We also ate at the Brazilian restaurant, which was excellent, and the team did an amazing job making my daughter’s birthday special. We tried the American restaurant for lunch too, and the burgers, chips and buffalo wings were all great. There were so many staff members who made our stay memorable — including Fiona, who would always make a point of saying hello even when she was working in another part of the hotel, and Johnson, the doorman, who was fantastic. Overall, this is a great hotel with excellent service, wonderful food, a fantastic location, and genuinely friendly staff. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the Palm. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.

A pleasant hotel clean in a good position for all attractions around the swimming pool is looking tired also as a family day we was disheartened as quests was getting 25% off drinks and food at bars as a family who paid a lot of money to come to fairmont felt ripped off when we got wind we did not spend as much and went else where

When i enter the room there was a badly smell of cigarrette and i have complained as was impossible to stay there with 2 daughters of 4 and 6 years old. After complain they change my room to a room with smaller balcony and without amenities.

Stayed one night as a getaway staying in the gold club rooms. Food/drinks and service was excellent. We didn’t move from the hotel. Everything needed was there. Only think would be the blowfish burgers are not the best but the lamb kofte sandwich at the adult pool and the poke bowls were great! Room clean, large and comfortable

At checkin, total confusion regarding ALL app driven prices, which was 861 AED including breakfast vs what the front desk had shared which was 2x the amount. At checkout, very long wait of over 20 mins despite calling the guest services twice and requesting speedy checkout (they could for instance have said that this was peak time, or done something else as my card detail was already with them)

I overestimated the services and quality. I was hoping to see much better welcoming from the staff. Overall was not so bad but less than my expectations for a five star hotel located in one of the most luxurious places in Dubai. Why is Jacosy not inclusive- also s saw a room was out of service. Swimming pool for kids smaller than other places I have visited. In the restaurant, the waiters and staff not helpful at all and they count for us the food plates. Only chef was excellent. Also, water not inclusive of the dinner buffet which is so strange.

As usual beautiful hotel majority of the staff can’t do enough for you , I did have to ask house keeping a few times to clean the balcony and unfortunately the jacuzzi leaked but didn’t get fixed during our stay , saying that it didn’t affect anything and I have already booked for the same time next year just hoping and praying for another room upgrade

We had a very pleasant stay, lovely room, clean and comfortable. Cannot fault the staff all around the hotel. The only thing that disappointed us was the lack of variety in food from the Flow Kitchen (buffet). We chose this hotel as we previously stayed 4 years ago and the food was excellent. However, this time, the grill section served the same ‘roasted beef’ every evening we were there, along with the same pizzas and not a very varied food selection in other sections. We attended Sea Grill restaurant for an evening, which the menu looked great, but we were mistaken that the half board menu was different and very limited. The food was mediocre at best, and restaurant was dead at 7pm. We also attended Frevo Brazilian, and even though it shows 10+ meats on the menu, it felt like we were just offered the same 4 or 5 each time, and had to ask for any others. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this restaurant for the supplemented price. Pool was great and never too busy, always got a sunbed and was very family friendly. Location was also perfect for us.

I’ve stayed many times now, it’s always a pleasure and your biggest asset is your staff. Always available and keen to assist. I was a little disappointed the restaurant was closed for a photo shoot as I had brought someone to enjoy the evening vibe in there. Also, if the hotel is pretty empty it would increase guests experience by upgrading them to a beach view room at no extra cost to the hotel.

The overall experience was good, however the air conditioning in the room was too cold and couldn’t be adjusted and also we couldn’t eat inside at the outdoor restaurant
