Rooms are very outdated for a 5 star hotel in dubai. The air conditioning in the rooms is awful we complained 3 times and on all occasions were told it's working. I showed the staff that there's hardly any air coming from the vent he tried to tell me that's how it is. The staff are amazing and they can't help you enough which made the stay a bit better. Drinks are not included on lunch or dinner. There is a shuttle bus which goes to Emirates mall and Dubai Mall but you have to reserve. Breakfast is great and there is a lot of variety. I would not stay here again as it's definitely not a 5 star hotel.

We are staying here in July 24 to celebrate my wife’s 60th…it’s a gorgeous hotel with spectacular food in all it’s restaurants..the mussels we had in the Seagrill with the service is some of the best I have ever had. Would recommend this hotel for anyone..the pools are busy in the afternoon..so suggest early breakfast and 3 hours sun bathing in the morning if you wish piece and quiet.

I stayed at the Fairmont the Palm for 10 nights, and the stay has been excellent. The suite is spacious and beautiful, and the bed is comfortable. The location is right on the beach side on the Palm, with stunning view and plenty of sun. The hotel staff are highly professional, friendly, and do everything in their power to make sure that all the needs are met. Special thank you to Roy at Boldly Asian, Shubh at The Cigar Room, and Sukesh in housekeeping team. I will be coming back for sure!
