The Falcon Kids club is highly recommended if you can drag the children away from the lovely pools and other activities on-site. Breakfast had a great spread, and although we didn't frequent the other restaurants, they do come highly recommended. The room was spacious, and the bed, large and comfortable. Everything you would expect from Fairmont.

Up on arrival, valet guys were not there, and no one to take the bags out of my car, I had to walk in to the lobby to ask if there is anyone can help me with the bags?
After I managed to find someone.
Up on checking I was NOT informed about deposit which made sense to me since I already have 800 AED credit!
Once I walked in to the room which was 2am, I realised the minibar was removed completely. I also noticed that the AC wasn’t working properly. Then I noticed the safe isn’t working as well as TV device was acting weird and needed to be fixed.
I called the front desk asking for minibar they said I have to keep deposit to get the minibar, so I had to go back down to the reception at 2:30 AM after spending 6 hours traveling to give the deposit, hens I have asked if possible someone can come collect the cash deposit, and the managed answer was NO you have to come to front desk.
I also informed them about the problems in the room so I ended up having 3 maintenance people fixing things around the room at 3 am :)
After they finished I called room service, asking for cheese plater and clearly mentioned no blue cheese please, also ordered fruit plater, What do I get ? Cheese plater 50 % blue cheese :)

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with genuine warmth, kindness, and exceptional hospitality.
A special thank you to Priya and Kristina at the Front Desk, who were absolutely amazing. They were extremely supportive and helpful throughout the check-in process, making us feel welcomed and valued from the very beginning. The stay overall was great but not as great as previous years. The hotel is great. Food is always on point and the staff are always pleasant it fantastic. Gilbert and Jai from Gold lounge again have been outstanding. So was Peter and Andrew from the pool. Roju from the reception area and Sean Berry we're also great at sorting issues and helping us to enjoy the hotel as best as possible.

Overall room was good size and stay was comfortable. But it did not meet our expections in some areas which are highlighted below:
- Breakfast is the same everyday with very minor changes and by the end of our 4 day stay we were just bored of the same stuff
- Lack of activities and facilities catered for kids. Even the kids club is limited to 2 hours per day which is unlimited in any other hotels. Moreover, no games room or facilities for bigger children.
- Overall luxury feel was there, but the rooms and furniture didnt show ultra luxury when compared to other renowned resorts at the palm like Kempinski or Atlantis.
- Waiting time at the valet for the cars was too long.
- Lighting within the Corner Suite bedroom is too low.
- We had informed that we were celebrating our anniversary, and only a cake was present in the room. Usually, other bigger chains provide some minor touches on the bed like arranging the towels or flowers.
- The beach was ok, not that clean with quite some sea grass in the water. However, this would be a natural issue and will not reflect on our overall stay experience.
- The half board stay required additional supplement for most restaurants which was almost same price as the normal price for visitors.

The mattress wasn’t very comfortable.
The food was very good but not the deserts.
Breakfast was very nice
Surprise that you charge for soft drinks and water when halfboard. £6 for water and £6 for a can of Coca Cola. I never had to pay for soft drinks let alone water when paying for half board
