It was a great experience from the Check in until the checkout, amazing lobby, fantastic rooms, we were upgraded to suite by the front office staff forgot her name, was recognized as diamond member. we were provided access to mashribiya lounge and the service level at this lounge is perfect, I would like to mention name of 2 staff at this lounge Gilbert and Melanie Slazar who provided great service for us to remember forever. overall stay was perfect and comfortable.

Positive points * The room was of a very good quality and provided a comfortable stay. * The pools were excellent, particularly for our baby daughter, with suitable facilities that made it enjoyable for the whole family. * The pool facilities were also well suited to older guests, offering something for different age groups. * The front-of-house staff were friendly and welcoming. * Check-in and check-out were both smooth and straightforward. * The hotel’s location was very convenient and added positively to the overall experience. Areas for improvement * Pool service: The pool staff could be more proactive in assisting guests, particularly with providing complimentary water and helping to place towels on sunbeds. * Housekeeping response times: Requests made to housekeeping were handled quite slowly, which was disappointing and could be improved. * Taxi assistance: The front-of-house team did not consistently open the hotel doors or assist when taxis arrived. This was something we noticed on the majority of occasions. * These are relatively small touches, but they are services we have come to expect as standard at the majority of hotels we have stayed at, particularly when paying for a premium hotel experience.
