It was unforgettable stay with my family. The service was great. Myint, Antonella, Roju and Imad are really very nice and helpful. They helped me so much with the arrangements for my husband's birthday. Cleaning, parking guys are also so helpful. The territory of the hotel is so clean, nice, green. Breakfasts are delicious as well. Thanks again!

Nice hotel, staff excellent, my only gripe was school holidays no sunbeds around kids pools. Had to get there before 8am to get a bed as people put towels on to reserve.

We absolutely loved our stay at Fairmont The Palm in Dubai. The hotel was spotlessly clean throughout, and every member of staff we encountered was warm, professional and genuinely attentive, which made us feel very well looked after from start to finish. The location is fantastic, perfectly placed on the Palm with easy access to explore Dubai, and the views overlooking the Palm are simply stunning, both by day and at night. A special mention must go to Frevo, the Brazilian restaurant at the hotel, which is an absolute must-visit. The food, atmosphere and service were all exceptional and really added something memorable to our stay. Overall, Fairmont The Palm offered a wonderful blend of comfort, service and setting, and we would not hesitate to return.
