Ordered water, plates and cutlery for dinner we had ordered from outside. Water arrived to room within 5 minutes however no plate or cutlery. We asked and were told it’s a different team and they will check on that. The plate and cutlery never arrived the entire night. Considering that it’s a 5 star hotel, I shouldn’t need to call staff to get basic item such as cutlery and plates. We managed to have the dinner without them however the experience was way below par. Secondly, after the housekeeping mopped the floor clean it left an odour in the room and washroom for couple of minutes. Thirdly, the quilts were not at all warm material. It was our first time at a Pullman hotel and I considering the experience and that it’s supposed to be a 5 star hotel, I wouldn’t book next time or recommend.
