Overall location is great, very close to the metro and a stone throw away from the Marina. great views and close to amenities you might need on your trip. as a person who travels often for business I LOVED having the iron an ironing board, so convenient than waiting for the steam room to press. The only thing i was not happy about is when my room was not reset properly even only asking for a rest 5 days into my stay.

This is probably my 4th trip and stay at Pullman JLT. The hotel and its amenities are great. A special shout out to the breakfast menu and the service. To me it's the only time in the day that I actually get to meet the hotel staff and I have to say that it has always been a warm and kind interaction. The breakfast menu is also great.

My overall stay at Pullman JLT was fairly normal, but unfortunately, a serious housekeeping and safety incident completely overshadowed the experience. During my stay, housekeeping broke a glass in the bathroom. Although they cleaned the area, small pieces of broken glass were still left behind on the bathroom floor. Even more concerning, the broken glass was placed in the bathroom dustbin, but the bin was not removed. I was staying with my 1.5-year-old daughter and 7-year-old son. Had either of my children stepped on one of those pieces of glass, this could have resulted in a serious injury. This is not simply a matter of housekeeping being untidy—it is a serious safety failure, particularly when young children are staying in the room. A bathroom containing broken glass should never have been left in this condition. I hope the management takes this incident seriously and reviews its housekeeping and room-inspection procedures. I expected much better safety standards from Pullman JLT.

When I arrived, I did some stretches on the floor. From there, I could clearly see the carpet had not been hoovered since the last guest stay. Or at least the hoovering was ineffective; the floor was not clean. I stayed for two nights. The bed was not made-up following the first night.
