I was disappointed with how my room rate was handled. When I checked in, I do not recall the staff informing me that the room rate for my first night would be significantly higher than the rate for the remaining nights. After receiving the final invoice, I noticed that only the first night's room charge had increased, and I was never given an explanation for this change. In addition, although the first night's rate was much higher than the others, I was not even allowed to have breakfast on my arrival day. If I was charged a premium rate for that night, I believe breakfast should have been included. I would appreciate greater transparency about room rate changes and clearer communication with guests. This experience left me feeling disappointed.
