My experience fell short of expectations. There was a leakage problem in the room, which led to a move to an inferior accommodation. The shower was difficult to adjust for water temperature, and the cleanliness was unsatisfactory — dirty coffee cups were not replaced during housekeeping. A few days earlier, I stayed at the Novotel World Trade Centre Dubai, a four‑star hotel that offered a much higher standard of comfort and service compared to the Pullman Dubai Kumeirah Lake Towers.

I have to point that the room cleaning staff was the reason why i didn’t rate the hotel stay as 10 ..numinous time the cleaning didn’t clean the floor well ! She was constantly trying to start a conversation with me , stocking me around !!!it felt like a constant nagging to get tips and when I tried to avoid her my room cleanses got worse ! To a point that she threw the garbage been in the middle of the room and left dirt and hair in the middle of the corridor ! She was terrible and her behavior was outrageous…That’s the part that made my stay uncomfortable! Please do something about her ! This kind of behavior shouldn’t be tolerated. Thank yoi
