I had a very comfortable stay. The housekeeping staff was very efficient and the staff at the reception were outstanding. I can say the same for the staff at the dining area, but one problem for me was the extremely limited spread. As an Indian vegetarian (no meat, fish, eggs and mushrooms), the food options available were very limited. Due to that one factor alone, I would be very reluctant to book in to Pulman JLT again. Otherwise, there was absolutely no cause for complaint.

We were disappointed with our experience at Pullman. Upon checking in on Saturday, October 10, we requested a late check-out, and receptionist Saqib confirmed that we could stay until 2:00 PM. However, the following day, we received a call around 12:15 PM asking us to check out earlier. We had planned to enjoy the hotel’s facilities, including the pool and gym, but ended up having to pack and leave instead. We expected better communication and service, especially since the late check-out had already been confirmed. We hope the hotel improves its coordination to avoid disappointing guests in the future.

I was greeted by Mandip on reception during my checkin. She was very polite, well spoken and provided all the information we needed to know so brilliantly. I was upgraded to a higher floor room. I really loved the personalised note in the room acknowledging my loyalty and silver tier along with some sweet delights, made us feel special. The room was beautiful, it was our 1st time at the hotel. Loved the view and the burgundy curtains. Friday at the bar was very helpful and cheerfull too where we had our complimentary drinks as part of our loyalty benefit.
