Unlike previous stays the people on the front desk were not really listening to the requests I was making (nothing too difficult, just to put the kid bed in the bedroom instead of the livingroom). Same thing happened with in-room dining! In addition after Friday where we were 3 people in the room all the amenities were not checked and we had just 1-set of amenities. At the same time I asked several people to bring cue-tips and this was never done! (this a business & family trip)

The washbasin needs to be unclogged. I changed two rooms, but in both I found the washbasin clogged. my suggestion is every month PM.
