My stay was refined and generally enjoyable. The property presents itself well, with attentive service and a comfortable, well-kept environment. There is a clear effort to maintain a premium standard across the guest experience. That said, at this price tier, I naturally expected a more distinctive and memorable level of luxury, whether in personalized touches, facilities, or overall ambiance. While everything was certainly pleasant and professional, the experience felt more good than exceptional relative to the rate. I would still consider staying again, though I would hope to see further enhancements that truly reflect the premium positioning.

I had very little interaction with the staff overall. On the penultimate day, I reported that the sink tap did not have any hot water. This wasn’t a major issue, but I wanted to make the hotel aware. I also requested a late check-out on two separate occasions due to having a red-eye flight. On the first occasion, I was told that 4pm was the latest possible check-out, which would not have worked for me. When I asked again the following day, I was told that a late check-out was not possible because the hotel was fully booked, which did not appear to be the case. As an Accor Loyalty member, i would have expected more flexibility. The room itself was spacious but had a musty smell.
