The location was good. However, the customer service fell short on communication. Including the restaurant staff, e.g. asked/ordered paratha, and one of the lady said ‘we only do do buffet, choose from there’, contradictory as the day before I ordered one alongside many other customers who also ordered. Also, found lack of communication amongst the front desk staff, had to repeat the same thing to several different staff. Which became rather annoying, and frustrating. Instead of reading or checking my account, they jumped to conclusion and then again I was like can you check your notes etc. The room had damaged iron, which unfortunately damaged my clothing item. Rather annoying, I then had to ask change of iron. As long as I didn’t have to deal with staff, the stay was okay, just wished the commotion was better and the there were damaged/broken items in the room for customers to use. The concierge gentleman was really good, the room service for suhoor was impressive. And the house keeping staff were good.
