The Hotel has a great location & excellent connectivity with metro & tram via a convenient skywalk with the Dubai Marina Mall on the other side, nice view, plenty of food outlets around the lake , cheerful, gracious & hospitable staff, quick check-in, seamlessly co-ordinated housekeeping and a sumptuous breakfast. The Deluxe Executive room we were upgraded to was super spacious with loungers, plenty of comfortable chairs & tables to place our belongings within easy reach. All in all a wonderfully relaxing stay with true Dubai hospitality. Highly recommended.

I had booked two rooms and requested connecting/interconnecting rooms almost a week before arrival. Despite the advance request, the second room was only provided after 6:00 PM on the day of check-in, which caused considerable inconvenience to my family. I was disappointed that no compensation or service recovery gesture was offered for this delay. Additionally, I found the air conditioning in the rooms to be below the expected standard, as it did not maintain a comfortable temperature throughout the stay. Another concern was the aggressive follow-up from the front desk regarding the 12:00 PM check-out time, despite the inconvenience caused during check-in. A more customer-friendly approach would have been appreciated. I was also surprised to find that guest parking was chargeable, which is not something I would expect at a hotel of this category. Lastly, the drinking water provided in the room had an unusual smell and taste, which raised concerns about its quality. Overall, while the staff were courteous, these issues significantly affected our experience. I hope management reviews these concerns and takes appropriate action to improve the guest experience for future visitors.
