The hotel is in a good location next to the marina and the small lake and easy to walk to. The staff are friendly and polite. The room is large and a nice large bathroom. The room was a little dated but still clean and well maintained. The pool was nice. Breakfast was ok but not much selection for anyone with milk allergy or vegan. My one complaint related to my location on the fifth floor and the smell of smoking was ever present. If I had of stayed longer I would off had to move floors.

Disappointed with my stay at the Pullman JLT, the shower was dirty on arrival (there was pubic hair in my shower), the hairdryer did not work, but was luckily quickly replaced, and staff were less than helpful in arranging for a taxi when asking them for help. On my third day there, when returning to the room in the evening it had been cleaned but my wet towels were just left hanging in the bathroom and not removed or replaced at all. I had the spare bath towel, which was still dry, but the smaller hand towels I use to dry my hair and hands were both still wet. This was not what I was expecting from an establishment such as this. Another colleague staying there at the same time waited over 2hrs for room service, causing me to not even consider room service as an option while staying there. Very disappointing stay indeed.
