Booked 1-Bed apartment for 1 month. The stay has been really pleasant and the staff always available and promptly ready for each request. The rooms are well equipped, large and with all the needed amenities. Only thing is that the coffee is not provided and it would be much appreciated by the guests. The improvements that can be made are related to gym since the cable station has been fixed after long time, the dumbbell really limited with few options available (for example no weights between 12 and 16kg), as well as the benches (only two available). For being a premium hotel apartment and considering the prices these things count.

Good clean a bit dated

Stayed here in November 2025. It is clean and comfortable. The apartments are very spacious but could do with being refurbished. A lack of plug points and no USB ports. I don't understand why it is called Premium. The bedside light was a cheap plastic 20 dirham light from IKEA. All the staff were friendly and polite. The pool is always in the shade. This was fine for me, but not good for people who want to lay in the sun. Breakfast was extremely crowded as it caters to both the apartments and Novotel. Good location for walking to the metro and Mall of the Emirates.
