I received a room with a broken fridge, which is not atypical. However, it took the maintenance staff 2 days to replace it and all the food I had bought already went bad. Then came the washer/dryer, called front desk at 10am requesting someone to come and take a look, took them 7 hours to do so. And lastly, whenever I had to ask for anything as simple as potable water, it somehow took room service at least 3 hours to bring it over.

Very disappointing and unprofessional experience. I was staying at the property and paid the tourism fees and agency fees based on the understanding that I would be able to extend my stay until September. When I approached the reception in August to extend my stay for another month, I was told that there was no availability. What was particularly frustrating is that I was informed only two days before my checkout, and only after I personally approached the reception. If the property already knew there was no availability, existing guests should have been informed much earlier so they could make alternative arrangements. As an existing guest who had already paid the applicable fees and was expecting to extend my stay, I believe I should have been given proper priority or, at the very least, informed well in advance. To make matters worse, the lady at the reception was extremely rude and unhelpful. She did not properly answer my questions or even make an effort to listen to or entertain my request. The attitude and lack of basic customer service made an already frustrating situation even worse. Overall, a very bad experience. The lack of communication, poor handling of existing guests, and rude reception service were extremely disappointing. I expected much better professionalism and customer service.

Not bad. There was water leakage from the AC vent in the kitchen throughout my stay. Ice cube was delivered after two hours from th epoint of request.
