From arrival and being checked in by the amazing Evangeline , she was very professional and welcoming. Additionally, Ashraf was very helpful with answering all my inquiries and always ready to help. The room was very spacious with the minimum requirements amenities needed. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing.

I had a pleasant stay overall and would like to highlight the excellent service provided by Front Desk (Supervisor or Duty Manager) Ms.Avon.She is professional, welcoming, and very attentive to guest needs. She handled requests efficiently and always greeted guests with a warm and friendly attitude, which made a great first impression. I would also like to appreciate the restaurant hostess and waitress Day who were kind, polite, and ensured a smooth dining experience. Their hospitality and attentiveness were truly commendable. Everything during my stay was enjoyable; however, the only area for improvement would be the dinner options, which felt a bit limited. Overall, a great experience with wonderful staffs. I would definitely recommend this place.

The apartment need maintenance and check on the stuff, the remote control need batteries and when i ask the receptionist she send me technician guy after one hour i called them three times for tell my simple problem then the response in the third time, the hot water is not working as well, the hallway smells bad, the cooker need service. Tbh it was the worst experience
