Best hotel apartment in the town. Best things is staff from reception Specially Roshan. Supermarket is near by. Daily housekeeping service swimming pool is in 7th floor. There is very nice coffee shop in ground floor Overall very good experience.

how I order water from reception at 8 o’clock in the morning and they ignore me for manny hours and they send to me after I call manny time and after all it arrive at 4 o’clock it make me so upset how to do this it’s not nice at all ignore your guest !!!

Good apartment. non professional receptionist

. The apartment is good, with a nearby market and restaurant. it is clean with all tools available. The booking was paid online in advance, and receptionist received the booking confirmation with payment and i made checking online as well and physically . However, one day after check-in, the receptionist kept calling me, accusing me of not having made the payment, even though her system showed it had been paid. She asked to see the bank statement of my Visa card, which I showed her with amount deducted completely from my account , and she made copy . I also used the same Visa card to pay the tourist tax in the reception . this was not enough ,She then asked to see my Visa card physically I resist initially but I then showed her and made a photocopy of it through her phone without excusing me . I complained to the manager on-call before checking out, but no help was provided. She was obsessively convinced that I had a fake Visa card even though i’m a member of all Accor and made my reservation through the official Accor website , very bad experience with receptionist .
