Was upgraded to a junior suite which was very spacious. However, the rooms are out dated. The breakfast is too crowded and there are lines to enter as well as to be served.

I had confirmed booking , even the morning of arrival while I am in the way to Emirates I received call from hotel to confirm my arrival time , unfortunately once I arraigned in the reception the lady informed me that 3 bed room apartment that I booked is not available, and asked me to accept 3 separate rooms , I told her that is not acceptable suggestion I need the 3 bed room apartments that I booked since I came with my family (kids) I told her I can’t leave my kids in separate rooms , then she asked me to cancel booking and look for other hotel , I asked her to connected me with hotel manger , she call him but he did’n show up to me and she said he is not available, then after long discussion (I came from Saudi by car) one man in reception suggest to stay in 2 beds apartments for one night only till next morning to find 3 bed room apartment I accepted this suggestion because we were sooooo tired from long drive , my big issues 1- manager never call or send apology letter which I believe that is big failure in his management skill 2- housekeeping is very bad from all aspect , several times I complain about housekeeping but no improvement 3- TV is not working I say 7 nights and they didn’t fixed the TV issue

I stay for 3 days training. All are well-prepared, the food are nice and varied. There was a little miss communication for my stay duration. Everything is arranged by my company, but it seems that not really well managed. The booking was from 23 to 27 nov, but when I came at 24 nov early morning at 4 am, the receptionist say that I cannot check in, she even didn’t asking if I have a booking code or asking for my ID. I need to wait until 10 am to check if there is a room. So I go strolling around and came back to the hotel at 3:30 pm, and the room still not ready. I mean, I can tolerate if the receptionist are kindly explain and put a smile in their face :)
