Experience was very good, we stayed for 4 nights and 5 days. We have spectacular view in 355h floor of our unit, everything is so nice and very good, except the television was not Updated, no Netflix and Youtube to watch but overall experience was Best. Breakfast was very good daily we tend t0 get back for the food and services fot Ms Harriet who always assisting us for tables and our need. Recommended!

I have had so far during my stay at this hotel. Unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, the reception was not welcoming, and the attitude of both the front desk staff and the team present was unprofessional and disappointing. Furthermore, I was given room 1007, which is a handicap room, and to my surprise it had a very unpleasant odor. In addition, there were no basic amenities provided such as soap, toothbrush, toothpaste, or even shower gel. This is unacceptable for a hotel of your level, especially considering the amount paid for the stay. This is sincerely the worst room I have ever received in a hotel, and it does not reflect the standard or comfort I expected, particularly as I am here to enjoy my Christmas holiday.
