Im ok and went to room myself after i was given the room card, door is open, re checked if room number given was correct, saw men inside seems fixing from ceiling,i went back to lift and waited few minutes later, i came back and they told theyre just checking fire alarms. It has been awkward, i could have been informed ahead so i should have waited downstairs instead. Stained urine toilet seat and have bad smell, i called help from HK for them to kindly clean and sanitize, another 2 different HK men came No toothbrush, toothpaste in the bathroom. Heard of alarms twice or thrice inside the room, very surprisingly disturbing and i was suddenly anxiety proved at 2:47am alarm my heart beat intensified because of that alarm that woke me up. I get scared i called reception and asked she said a someone cooked in a suite and smoke was detected but all ok. No iron in cabinet i ask to send me, HK guy asked me to give back the iron and clarified to him there no iron in here that why i asked and borrow for it Room view is good and okay Food is limited selection but okay. Pro sustainability awareness Shower temperature is good with both cold and hot water option available, just water on floor drains slow No occasion birthday treats given, compared to Hk Novotel anniversary stay and other accor hotels over all experience is better than this recent experience. No harm intended based on my own personal experience review i just wish better service given and hope it will improve.
