The housekeeping team Badri and the supervisor Jahed are very professional. They provided all the comfort needed for my stay at the hotel. Very nice hotel, great location couple of minutes walk to Insurance Market Metro Station, very delicious food with great variety at the restaurant, nice pools and very nice gym, extremely decent and friendly staff, many thanks to the reception team especially Mr. Alaaeldin and Ms. Ishani for their dedicated help and care 😘
