The room allocated to me was completely filled with seapage, had dirty furniture & carpets, with dirt marks all over. There were insects & cockroaches all over the room. In the span of 3 nights i had to shift 4 rooms & no room was better then the previous one. Even the staff was not helpfull at all, their attitude was like if you dont like it then just go away dont bother us.

Apartment was huge, clean, beatiful view, staff was supportive. However, although there were 5 people checked-in the room, we did not have enough bed linen(for the 5th extra bed provided), duvets and towels. We had to request housekeeping for the missing items. Not a big issue, but I was expecting the room to be replenished properly before the actual guests start using it. Other than that...only good words,we will definetely come back!

The carpet in the room was incredibly dirty and the window did not close properly. Was woken up several times due to high noises from the freeway and the smaller road next to the hotel.
