Very noisy breakfast room with loud music! Room 4103 is sharing wall with the elevator shaft and I could hear the elevators constantly. Otherwise the room was clean and nice. Very friendly staff, but three different persons came to me the same morning and asked me how I felt about the hotel. That is a bit annoying when I just want a quiet morning by myself. I think its much better handing out a form like this one that I am answering now.

It was a nice stay and staff was helpful. One main thing annoyed me was that the room I stayed in though it was non smoking yet it was smelling smoke everywhere which was annoying though the house keeping tried to add air refreshment with no use.

Thank you for the amazing treatment from Ms. Hsu and Naoumi at the reception desk. The room and facilities are very modern and sophisticated. The in-room dining team is great and very flexible. I would recommend that they make sure to communicate with the guests about the preparation of certain items to ensure guests receive the food in their preferred style. Overall, thanks to everyone, and we will come back.

Was a good stay overall. I think the rooms are a bit old and the furniture to dark for the room. We was waiting daily to get breakfast because of not sufficient tables in the restaurant.
