Our experience was exceptional, especially thanks to Khusbu, She did a brilliant job and is truly professional at what she does, We will definitely come back again to see her, she represents the place wonderfully and is a great addition to the property, I would also like to mention the Egyptian gentleman who delivered our food to the room at night; he was very polite and smiling, although unfortunately I can’t recall his name, We loved our small stay overall.

I stayed at the Novotel Al Barsha for a two night work trip last month. While the rooms were clean and the location worked perfectly for my meetings, what truly stood out was the team’s attention to detail and genuine warmth. It is rare to experience service that feels both thoughtful and effortless. The team made a sincere effort to understand their guests and find small ways to delight them. At one point, having realised that I come from the F&B world, they invited me to experience their restaurant, Flying Elephant. The chef personally walked me through the concept and I was genuinely impressed. The cocktail programme felt progressive and well considered, quite advanced for what is currently happening in many parts of Dubai, and the menu cleverly elevated street food classics with technique and innovation. Equally impressive were the small gestures, remembering what I chose for breakfast the previous day and asking whether I would like to try something different. It is these subtle touches that make a stay memorable. A special mention to Julia and Tarun, who clearly enjoy what they do. That authenticity translates directly to the guest experience and you feel that the care is genuine, not rehearsed. Many hotels offer clean rooms and good locations. What is becoming increasingly rare is personal connection. At Novotel Al Barsha, that personal touch is very much alive.

on arrival you know you just want to go to room and get unpacked and settled, and my key was not opening the door, after going down to reception three times a man came up, you can imagine my excaberation when he said you need to go back down to reception, I said after three times no!!! you go down and sort out out, then a few days later the same thing happened, I believe you were having some updates on the door locks at that time, a couple of requests were given one was more Hangers but had to repeat my request some seven days later, and one day room not cleaned, water normally left was inconsistent, most days yes but some no, my coffee machine was not working occasionally yes but mostly no, though have pointed these things out, the overall Staff and efficiency and politeness of everyone was very good, but as I said to Me Me Myint when people are asked things they need to write them down, because attention to the customer and detail would then avoid any of your customers having to be repeating themselves they are minor things but collectively a little frustrating. but would not hesitate to return, as friendships created with many there,
