I want to commend the security staff especially Ms. Jasmin for being accomodating and helpful. We have outstanding experience during our visit to the 365 restaurant The staff are all impressive in their customer handling. I would also want to say that I love the overall ambience and the painting in display is lovely. Definitely would comeback for a stay in your hotel to experience more of your good hospitality.

The hotel and its amenities were great but it was the staff that really made a difference. Every member of staff were so helpful but the ones that stuck out were: Faith at reception who assisted in correcting our room booking when we arrived. She helped us when we needed help most. Rodney the lifeguard whose prompt action saved a child who fell in the pool. We had children in our group so it comforting to know they were protected. Trinity at the Pool Bar on the Mezzanine floor. What a lovely, helpful and professional young lady. To them all, keep on doing what you’re doing!

For bell boy we have to call 5 times at reception on check out. And to my surprise still he doesn't come. Receptionist saying many guest are there so wait. Even after 30 mins nobody comes and eventually i have to bring self 5 bags and 1 box down in lift and from lift to car. This is very big red flag after charging handsome amount for stay. Breakfast if you are very early you are lucky, if you go in peak hours stand for your turn in queue like 20 mins, no enough table. Server are staring and hurry in taking your plates even if you are not done. Many improvement to be done. Thanks
