We had three rooms reservations, the three rooms had problems, first of all our reservation was Superior room and we got standard rooms , in my room the safe box wasn’t working and I’ve asked the receptionist to fix and she told me that she requested the maintenance to fix , and till my check out nothing was done, and I’ve asked for the superior room and I was told that it was superior ( where i found later that it was a standard one ), one of the other rooms faced problem with the AC ( which wasn’t solved and he was told that it was due to the hot weather outside ! ) and Plumbing problem. The hotel understaffed specially in the breakfast, where on a crowded time you will wait for more than 30 minutes for an omelette. The only good thing that was done was the late check out in the departure day. The hotel overall isn’t as it was before

Extremely good hotel. Super hospitable and empathetic team. Well spaced rooms with great amenities hard to find in this location. Very accessible from szr. Close proximity to mall and metro. Great dining venues and very good breakfast. Special thanks to Ashraf from reception, sumesh and Zaroob from F&B. True ambassadors of the hotel.

Very friendly service from the front reception staff and life guards at the pool. The pool and gym facilities are very good. Definitely will come back for another booking. My boys got a free ice-cream as well. Keep it up Novotel!

I was in a very small room with 3 luggages. The fire alarm went off at 4am (no prior warning not a fire). No vanity set no toothbrush brush no toothpaste I had to buy it myself. The lights flickered on and off. I am a regular visitor to this hotel. Very disappointed this time.
