Second time at the hotel and loved it every bit as the first time. Check in and out was seamless. We had a 2 bedroom family suite which was perfect for us, love how much space the suites have and looking forward to seeing how they look once they have all been renovated. Service at the hotel throughout was excellent and a special shout out to the housekeeper too. Food choice at the buffet restaurant is varied and is changed up continually. The butchers counter through the back of the buffet restaurant is a great idea. Toro Loco is excellent, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal there. I would like to see a few more options on the menu of L’olivio. Plenty of loungers at the pool side and the attendants always willing to help and serve you. Personally I think it would be better if the grass was replaced with a solid surface under the loungers. A nice touch that other hotels do that might be worth considering is to hand out ice lollies and frozen grapes around the pool, they’re always welcome in the heat. We took advantage of the free access to Aqua Adventure water park through the hotel, which is a great thing to have, even better that a shuttle bus is available to there and the Mall of the Emirates. We visited Bar 1 almost every night and it was nice to see different entertainment available such at the bingo, karaoke, music quiz etc. Overall we loved our stay and look forward to retuning in the future.

It all started very well as we arrived at 4am and offered free room service. Our suite was prepared with the sofa bed and toddler cot ready. The buffet was well stocked and the drinks were all branded. We choose the Breeze pool as it suited the children better. We had no issues with towels or beds. The staff service in the hotel was amazing, everyone was welcoming and happy. We only used the Italian and Steak house restaurants and both are very good. We did however prefer the Italian as the food was excellent and our waiter Moses was extremely good. Taxis and cabs are easy to organise through the various apps. We plan on visiting again next year.
