We stayed here again for 2nd time and was a Great service throughout and especially in the restaurants and by the beach. Our waiter in the buffet was Thawdar and she was very attentive and helpful during our stay. We also liked the rooms and size and cleanliness.

Diwan and Niraj are the best at Toro Loco!

This is the best hotel on the planet. Within is the Toro Loco restaurant which serves the best steak ever. We were served by Diwan and Niraj, who made us feel like royalty with amazing service and food recommendations. We can't wait to come back again soon.

Nice dinner in Bodrum tonight. Great friendly service from the waiters especially Vamslu. The fish soup as a starter and the whole sea Bass was very tasty. The Malbec was decent. Definitely worth a visit if staying at the hotel. Nice setting with a Saxophonist playing

We have just had the most amazing 4 night stay at the rixos palm hotel. On check in as it was a late flight and the restaurants were closed we had complimentary room service which we didn’t expect, we upgraded to a family suite and were wowed at how big it was! The two fridges were fully shocked with soft drinks and snacks. The restaurant’s we ate in were incredible we had a great meal at the steak house toro loco, with amazing service from Raheem. We also ate at the seafood restaurant on the last night which was also great, being on the beach and having a nice view to the entertainment, service was again fabulous from Vishni, who made sure our drinks were topped up all evenings we also ate their at lunch time too which was the perfect spot for a quick snack. We had had cabana for our stay on the beach (b9) which we very much enjoyed, our lovely waiter made sure we had drinks throughout the day, and beer was brought out in ice buckets. We also met a kind life guard called confident who was very sweet. We used the fruit bar each day. The children’s facilities were perfect for our 3 year old son, the splash park, play equipment and Lego he enjoyed very much, this place really caters to families which made our stay really special. The entertainment we saw was top quality, the pianist in the lobby was a lovely touch and the band we saw on the beach we enjoyed. This really was such a special family holiday and we can’t wait to come back next year!
