My wife and I stayed at this wonderful hotel from 24th February to 4th March. We have nothing but praise for all the staff who did their very best to put us at ease when the Air Defence System sprang into action. Special mention to a Waitress called Dipa and two Bar Staff on the beach called Maheswara and Widitatama. The food and choice of wine at this hotel is excellent. Hopefully the troubles will end soon and we can go back.

We had a wonderful stay at the Rixos Palm - we didn't have any children just my husband and myself both in our 70s. We were a little concerned before we went as we normally go to adults only but were so surprised at the different areas of the hotel that were quiet and peaceful even the buffet restaurants had so many different seating areas and always a quiet place to sit and enjoy the wonderful food. The hotel spreads along the lovely sandy beach - so many areas to sit and enjoy. I must give a shout out for Mohamad Ali and his salon - most days we saw him and always made us laugh such a lovely man. He never did get my husband to have a pamper shave!!! Well dibe Rixos 10/10 from us

Hotel & staff amazing- getting stuck without flights during conflict was horrible - but so disappointed with responses or lack of from hotel with regards the final payment they took from my card - I have been unable to claim on my insurance as not sent bill despite 7 emails requesting

We stayed with you during the air strikes and was stuck in Dubai, all staff were amazing , friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. They ensured the guests were well looked after. Food was exceptional and overall was a lovely stay considering what was happening thank you all
