I would like to take a moment to recognize two incredible members of the Rixos Dubai team: Tarun, the bartender, and Rupa, the waitress. During our stay, they did much more than simply provide good service. They created a truly memorable experience for us. Tarun was always professional, kind, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what he does. Every interaction with him was warm and welcoming, and he made us feel valued as guests every single time. Rupa was equally outstanding. Her kindness, patience, attention to detail, and genuine smile made a big difference during our stay. She anticipated our needs, treated us with so much care, and made us feel not just like hotel guests, but like people who were truly being looked after.
