It was a great escape with our young daughter, who had so much fun on the splash pad, kids club, and the pool. it was comfortable for us. the room was very comfortable. the food can be much better, especially the kids section, is outrageous. instead of promoting good healthy food options, you have cancer-causing ultra-processed and fried foods at child -height in their section starting from breakfast. i am aware that some parents may love that, but I believe you have a duty to make a better impact, because you have the access and the means. you can keep the these processed foods in the adult section, and then becomes parents' decision, not your influence. L'olivo is not truly an Italian restaurant, but serves what Americanized Italian foods and i can share several examples from your menu and discussion with the waiters. The hotel staff were all helpful and accommodating.

Overall, everything was very good and I enjoyed my stay. However, I was disappointed that no one followed up on my request for a reservation at the Italian restaurant for Sunday dinner. As a result, I missed the opportunity to dine there. Better communication and assistance with guest requests would have made the experience even better. Other than that, everything was excellent.

As frequent guests who regularly choose other Rixos properties in the UAE for longer family staycations, we came to Rixos The Palm with high expectations, especially given its premium reputation. Unfortunately, this was a major disappointment, and we were ultimately relieved that we had not booked a longer stay. The biggest letdown was the kids' facilities; compared to sister properties, the kids' club was extremely poor and the water splash area was highly underwhelming, falling well below the standard families expect from the brand. Additionally, while our room was spacious and clean, the AC was constantly causing humid mist that settled on the uncarpeted floors, making them uncomfortably slick. The property itself also felt relatively small and lacked the grandeur we anticipated, a feeling compounded by the service, as the staff lacked the warmth and hospitality we routinely experience at other UAE Rixos locations. On the positive side, the main pool area was good, and the food in general was a major saving grace, offering high quality across our meals. However, because this is presented as a premium flagship on The Palm, the gap between expectations and reality was simply too wide. It amounts to a basic stay that does not live up to the Rixos name.

My overall experience was very good. The hospitality was top-notch, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and professional throughout my stay. The only area for improvement would be the buffet menu, as the food selection was quite repetitive from day to day. Introducing more variety would make the dining experience even better.

Honestly, it was a disappointing experience. I had high expectations because I was comparing it to Rixos Premium in Egypt, and I assumed Rixos The Palm would offer a similar or even better standard. Unfortunately, the food was extremely bland and tasteless, and even the drinks had an artificial, almost plastic-like taste. The hotel was also overcrowded, and the space felt too small for the number of guests. Overall, it turned out to be a really underwhelming stay.
