I was impressed with the quality of food and amenities at your hotel. The breakfast buffet had a great variety and everything was delicious. The pool and gym were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. I’ll definitely choose this hotel again for my next visit.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and I want to highlight the Guest Relations team in particular. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Every request was handled quickly and with a smile, and they were always ready to provide recommendations or assistance whenever needed. The L’olivo restaurant was absolutely outstanding and the staff and service was incredible the starters mains and desserts were presented beautifully! The staff were very attentive and kind! Will definitely be back to try more! It was a 10/10 experience!!

Fantastic resort, staff are amazing! Especially the kids club if you have kids they have excellent activities, far better than any other resort we have been to. In particular Siham who was fab with our two boys and has made them feel so welcome. Also Ayse who ran some of the activities such as art workshop and clay making activity, can’t recommend it enough!

Great Family Holiday which has great Gluten Free food options

What a lovely hotel. This review is aimed primarily at helping Celiacs choose the right hotel, but in summary: 1) This is a high end hotel with great friendly staff. Its all inclusive and I cannot tell you how many drinks I turned down. Seldom will you queue or wait long for any kind of service. Its amazing! 2) The hotel is in great shape for one that is approaching 14 years old. The beach and pool area are exceptional, 3) the shuttles and waterpark passes to the nearby AquaWorld at Atlantis. 4) The food options are plentyful. Bodrum was my favourite restaurant (for lunch and dinner) - hat tip to Praveen! 5) Entertainment was great. Live musicians with DJs - the AV guy deserves some credit for getting the balance right to allow conversation keeping it relaxed and friendly. General Areas for improvement: a) I'm of the opinion that no one likes being sold to. Yet throughout the beach and pool are you have people selling photoshoots, excersions and spa treatments. As polite and friendly as these sellers where, they kill the vibe when you've been "sold to" 3 times every day. b) WhatsApp is great. It wasnt made clear what you would use my phone number for and I wrongly assumed i would be "sold to". Guidance here is to tell residents that the whatsapp is the medium which we'll communicate what is going on within the hotel and we won't use it for marketing. Moving on to Gluten Free - the staff are all knowledgable, have gluten free menu's and a gluten free kitchen which acts a central kitchen for all restaurants. Other good to knows: - Seperate Fryers for Gluten Free fries - They have Gluten Free beer (albeit not advertised) - GF Pasta and Pizza available. - The guys on the buffet BBQ were super knowledgable about GF, and what they put on the grill. GF Areas for improvement - Breakfast was nowhere near as good as lunch/dinner for Gluten Free. Why not have a Gluten Free area on one of the buffets, with Gluten Free waffles and pancakes being made (a cold pancake in a wrapper was our first experience we wrongly feared the worst) - Have more than one type of pasta. It can get a tad repetitive. In summary, if you are on a GF diet, you have some great options and this hotel takes your dietary requirements super seriously. I would highly recommend this hotel!
