It was a very good experience. We hope to be back.. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ I tried to book again but fully booked already for the 40 hours promotion. And already they asked for 500 aed deposit, which was not asked last time. I hope they will not ask this anymore. But during the stay the staffs are very accomodating, jenny, ester, ghian and abu.

I had specifically requested a quiet room and while I appreciate the complimentary upgrade, unfortunately the room offered very little privacy as every conversation and movement from the corridor could be clearly heard. It became uncomfortable enough that I had to leave despite having booked a two-night stay. Additionally, the bathroom lighting was not functioning and the absence of a basic shaving kit only added to the frustration. Overall, the experience unfortunately did not reflect the standards one would normally expect from a 4-star property. That said, the staff were exceptionally friendly and courteous throughout & I have absolutely no complaints on that front.

It's the perfect escape. A simple, yet extremely comfortable hotel. Beds are comfortable and staff are the best. The sunbeds are a quick 2 minute walk away. We will be back!
