One night they didnt make up the room from 10am to 6pm so when I come back to the hotel my dinner was ruined. In general bad services, no shower in the beach etc

Very friendly staff, great breakfast, beaitiful room, the only thing is traffic but i guess thst is overall problem of Dubai so not much you can do about it.
