Great stay on the Palm. Short walk from the beach, beach chairs/umbrella included. Breakfast available. Breakfast was excellent. A great variety of hot and cold dishes, Omelette station, fresh fruit, cold cuts, croissants and wonderful coffee - cappuccino, Americano, etc. The staff at the restaurant and at reception was super nice and kind. We loved the appartment with a small kitchen unit and even a washing machine. View - towards the beach and towards burj Al Arab. Location - 2 min walk from the monorail - very convenient. Restaurants & Coffeeshops & a super market around the corner. Taxis easy to catch. All in all we highly recommend it! Thank you for everything!

Bad behavior of the hotel management

You did not returned to me the deposit, în amount of 640 AED. I do not understand why. when I handed over the room everything was fine, I didn't create any damage, I didn't smoke in the room. Are you thieves, stealing from your guests? It's been nine days and I still haven't received back the deposit you withheld. You have duplicitous behavior. You immediately charged me the 140 AED (hotel tax), but you "forgot" to return the blocked 640 AED. In March 2024 I stayed at the Novotel Singapore on Kitchener. At check-out I got the deposit back instantly. Why is it not possible for you?

Conveniently located on walking distance from the beach. Nice breakfast. Unfortunately no beach view from the hotel and continuous noise from the highway. I would not call this a 'premium' hotel.
