Pool wasn’t operational, only 2/3 days was breakfast buffet (mainly cold) Housekeeping misplaced my groceries and then denied it and no compensation

Our stay at Adagio Premium The Palm was exceptional. The apartment was spotless, modern, and very well-equipped with a kitchenette and laundry facilities. We especially loved the easy access to the private beach and the rooftop pool. The staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Highly recommended!
