The service and standard of the rooms was 10 out of 10 and overall enjoyed my stay. The issue was the noise Friday/Saturday evening with very loud BEEPING until 3am due to cars pouring into the lane way into West Beach. This was unacceptable and something needs to be done as I would not stay again at Adagio on Palm due to this! It's disappointing as the hotel and staff etc itself is excellent and without the noise, I would absolutely have rebooked again.

From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile – truly top-level service. The hotel itself was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. Although it’s located quite close to the main road on the Palm, it didn’t disturb our stay at all. Overall, a fantastic experience and we would gladly come back again.

The team at the Adagio were brilliant, very accommodating and friendly service. The rooms are comfortable and needs are attended to very efficiently. Unfortunately we had a room at the road side of the hotel and the noise of honking cars throughout the night was terrible. Other than that you can't fault it, location is great just a few steps from West Best boulevard with great bars, restaurants and beach clubs, its 10 mins to Atlantis, 20 mins to the Marina and 30 mins to downtown. Ubers are available in less than a minute. You're also at walking distance (5 mins) from the Palm Jumeira Mall which has it all! Lastly, the hotel has its own private beach which is lovely.
