Best hotel for a one night stay upon arrival at DXB, just 5 minutes from the airport

This hotel offers unbeatable value for money and breakfast is included. It's perfect for a one night stay when you arrive late at Dubai DXB airport as it takes just 5 minutes to get there. The rooms are spacious and modern and I was very comfortable there. They should have more staff on reception as sometimes it gets busy and you have to wait. Also housekeeping needs to check the rooms better as my minibar's light was on all night and in the morning I discovered that the fridge was hot so had to throw away all the food I'd put in it.

the rooms are clean comfortable good service only issue that takes too much for check in although bern checked in online and as piority of gold member takes me 30 min just to check in i understand the increment of guests at a time but should at least have more than one employee at the front desk appreciate the hard work by accoe team

I like this location near airport for its convenience although it has no shuttle service to the airport. Because it is new, it is clean, the rooms are good size and if you do not face the metro station in cooler season with open window, overall it is a good value for money.

No one was present at the cantina at breakfast time. Even coffee machine displayed message that it requires attention. A waiter saw me, but he had desapired at the kitchen door. 10 minutes of time waisted and no breakfast

Great hotel !!! The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite . Should book again. The breakfast was good choice of food, fresh and tasty. The seafood dinner is delicious !!! Swimming pool is amazing with the glass floor and the spa is very good place to relax. Thanks to all staff , they work very hard!

I stayed at ibis Styles Dubai Airport Hotel for 3 nights and it was good. I took a vacation after so long and could not have found a better place to stay at than ibis. It is close to the airport and also quite within driving distance of the places that I wanted to go to. There were plenty of options offered as part of the complimentary breakfast, the room service were top-notch and the staff were very welcoming & friendly, especially Aly. The hotel room was also beyond satisfactory. Thank you for your service.

This is our second stay in Ibis Styles. Our first experience was so nice but the second one was a bit disappointed. During the check in, we requested for extra pillows and extra water, they told us that they were sending it to the room immediately. We waited for an hour and nothing came. We called 0 and requested again, we left the hotel for around 3 hours and when we came back, our extra pillows were not yet there and it was around 11:30 pm. We were so mad because we had to go until the reception to ask for it for 3rd time. The room was under my name (Daniella), but my boyfriend called the reception and they called him Mr. Daniella. That is something unacceptable, we understand that anyone can make mistakes at anytime but take care a bit more of the details.
