Check in took unusual time .The room was fine , however with minimum toiletries , no shampoo, no moisturiser . The breakfast was average could eat on bread and eggs . False alarm at 1.30 am ,was the biggest fiasco, no proper communication and explanation

Arrived about 10.30 pm after a long day flying. Previous to our arrival I had made a request for 2 firm pillows for my husband who has neck problems. Can't tell you how pleased we were to hear a knock on the door of our room and find someone with 2 pillows for us! That is what I call great service from a busy hotel. It only seems a small thing, but it made the world of difference to our stay! Thank you for the attention to detail.

I stay 4 days at Ibis style airport hotel Dubai, location is near metro station, within 8min walking can reach Metro station. Hotel has free airport shuttle hourly. Outlook of hotel is quite iconic, however, the room is so awful, I saw 2 cockroach, is horrible. More, we almost could not catch up our Flight since shuttle bus was late come. We have been waiting at the hotel front desk 10 minutes in advance and looking for the shuttle bus, however, the bus late come almost 20 mins. We was asking the front desk staffs to check, and then they replied the bus has gone and informed us to wait the next bus, after that the foreigner behind me asked the same question and push them to check again. Then, the staff immediately called the driver to inquire about the situation. It give me a very very bad image of their service. I think they are discriminating against Asian. It's a very very disappointed and bad experience of this Ibis style.
