Hotel is good but they are reducing facilities day by day , No Coffee sachets provided in room only tea bags, after asking they told its not our policy. It’s Strange almost every hotel across the globe they are providing tea , coffee sachet. No shampoo and Conditioner in bathroom, Roof Top Swimming pool is closed since last 3 months, they are not answering the front desk calls It’s very difficult to contact hotel incase of any help needed. It’s seems hotel is downgrading day by day. It was my regular stay hotel Since last 1 year but now it seems difficult to stay there.

1. I was waiting in the que for more than 20 mins.( i booked hotel for 1 night. I myself reached location at midnight but I was standing in the que for checking in more than 20 mins) Need improvement on check in process and room allotment 2. AC - not able to change the temperature. When checked with reception, they sent electrician. He said he needs to check the filter. If I allowed him to check I would loose my sleep since it was around 3.30 AM in the morning. They would have checked the room before they hand over it to me .
