Not bad but absolutely zero recognition for a Platinum member: no drink coupon, room at a very low level and on the worst side of the hotel, 2hrs late check-out requested but refused... maybe ok for casual travellers but frequent ones are expecting more according to their level of loyalty.

Hello Ibis, Happy New year and all the best for 2022 for all of us. First time stayed at your property and everything was perfect. From the time checkin upto checkout, while checking in there was bit que which I understood due to new year but Mr. Nassif was very accommodating. Special thanks to Mr Ghayas SYED (Manager) made my stay simply perfect by offering Amazing room on higher floor, breakfast and late checkout. Mr Syed is a Star and genuinely asset for the property. I didn’t spent much on breakfast, room and explore the hotel facilities though I loved the masala omelette and housekeeping team is also prompt in delivering the request. Overall Kudos to ALL…!! See you again and thank you so much, stay safe..!! One comment operator was never reachable from the room, if this can be bit prompt then it will be adding more value (again it is my feedback )

I've been previously to this hotel. This time, I wasn't really satisfied with the quality of the room. Many things were kept unmaintained such as Shower Holder. Shampoo bottle wasn't even refilled. It could be due to high season, things were left unattended!

Untidy room - dirty curtains and pillows. No soap in the shower (not refilled). Paperthin walls. Very weak breakfast.

As mentioned above , the hotel was good , staff were excellent / friendly , breakfast serve on the food side of this could be better, having to wait to place my order at the egg station most morning , also the lack of staff in the morning rush was obvious, clearing of tables for the next customer…..the staff that were there were very busy doing what they could….just need a few more people when is busy…..

Dear Accor , I m not sure I will come to this hotel again . Among not really good breakfast I have forgotten my slippers in room 818. my employee from dubai office called many times , they promised to call back , never did .. I sent email never got replay .. write off my slippers because of bad Hotel ? horrible

The room was small yet expensive. Toilet and shower had no individual privacy if both were to be used at the same time. Shower head would not stay in position yiu wanted. No alcohol in hotel or closeby. No swimming pool unless go to neoghboring partner hotel. You had to walk outside to get there. But staff was friendly.

It's my 7th or 08th stay accommodation is good the breakfast news huge improvement.. It doesn't make sense when you offer indian curries but do not offer indian bread for breakfast... Service is average too

Great hotel just a few minutes from DXB airport

This is a perfect hotel for a one night stay when arriving late at night at DXB, it takes just a few minutes by taxi to get there from the airport. The rooms are spacious, at least 26 metres, and in good condition as the hotel opened in 2020. The GGICO metro station on the red line is a 10 minute walk from the hotel. I got a nice welcome from Nora who remembered me from a previous visit and had taken the time to reserve a good room for me with a view of the new Mercure swimming pool next door. You can use both swimming pools at the Mercure Grand in the same building but since it costs 50 dhs you might as well stay at the Mercure to use them for free.
