The staff was friendly and welcoming. The hotel and the room were clean, and the modern furniture created a pleasant atmosphere. I especially appreciated the bottled water provided in glass bottles. The bed was comfortable, which made the stay relaxing overall. However, there were several downsides. The breakfast was not satisfying, with a strong focus on Asian cuisine and rather poor presentation. Additionally, I had to let the shower run for at least eight minutes before hot water was available, which felt like a significant waste of water. Slippers were not provided in the room and had to be requested, and there was no small hand towel available. Overall, the stay was acceptable, but there is clear room for improvement.
