I recommend book directly with the Hotel. The websites are not good, they take your money before they know there is the type of room you want, and then say it is not available choose another room and then charge you twice, as if it were two bookings, with no refund. It's a confusing rip off, beware, of the websites, conflicting information. Book Direct with the hotel.

The location in Moonee Ponds was great as we didn’t have a car. Restaurants and shops are an easy walk and within a couple of minutes of the hotel.

Great location - short taxi or tram to the city. Supermarket across the road, and plenty of shopping, cafes and dining choice within walking distance. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, rooms quiet and comfortable. The front desk steam couldn't have been more helpful and welcoming. 5 Star from me.
