Our stay at the Sebel Moonee Ponds was great. Service from as soon as we arrived was fantastic, accommodating our three rooms on the same floor. Rooms were clean and comfortable, with everything you could need.

We had a lovely view over the northern suburbs. The apartment was spacious, the bed and seating comfortable. There were ample hangers and space for ourclothes and empty suitcases. Undercover parking was much appreciated (for a cost). We had a quiet stay. For a Sebel, we were disappointed that the window sills and balcony doors were all dusty when we went to open them. The size and quality of the towels was sub-par thin and one had holes and red stains on it. The things that annoyed us were: - The bathroom only had one towel rack for 2 towels, bath mat & hand towel; - there was no baking tray for the oven, no oven glove (just a thin tea towel), no trivet for hot dishes, and no placemats; - the cutlery drawer was inside a bigger drawer, which was heavy and needed body weight against it (bad design); - the TV didn’t have the radio stations tuned, which would have provided music; - there were no apps on the TV; - AppleTV on mobile devices won’t Chromecast - Binge & HBO Max did work with Chromecast but wouldn’t show captions while casting (required for the dreadful muffled sound coming out of the back of the TV on the wall). As it was Xmas we did not use the bar or restaurant as they were booked out on Xmas Day and closed on other days of our stay, so we missed redeeming our drinks.
