Staff were fantastic, friendly and accomodating. The room itself exceeded expectations in regard to amenities and cleanliness. Location was close to everything we needed. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend The Sebel Moonee Ponds.

The Sebel is in a great location in Moonee Ponds, close to cafes, shops and the racecourse. It is way nicer than staying in Melbourne CBD but an easy train ride for trips into the city. The accommodation is very comfortable and quiet.

I stay frequently at the Sebel Moonee Ponds and I can't fault it. The staff are always friendly and helpful and courteous which is most appreciated. I love the size of the rooms - they are much bigger than normal hotel rooms and I especially love how there is a couch to sit on and watch tv from rather than having to recline on the bed (there is also a tv in the bedroom). The bathrooms are always tidy with plenty of towels and there is a full kitchen in the room - very handy if you don't want to eat out. The close proximity to the shops is brilliant. You can just walk down the door and cross the road and there's everything there you need.

Sebel Moonee Ponds is exceptional value for money stay. All stay are friendly, obliging and go over and above. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. My 85 year old mother has no trouble staying. Thank you again Sebel.
