Positives: Perfect location. Spotlessly clean room - well done, housekeeping staff! Plenty of room to move around, and plenty of cupboard space. I appreciated the upgrade to a king size bed, and found the bed extremely comfortable. Water pressure and temperature in the shower - very good. I only stayed for one night and didn't need to C., but I feel confident the kitchen area would have had everything I would need. But the single most positive aspect of my stay was your staff. They were warm and friendly, and made me feel very welcome as soon as I arrived. Negatives: 1. Not enough room to hang towels in the bathroom. I was only one person and staying only one night, but if I had been staying longer, there's no way I could have hung up my towel to dry out properly and reuse the next day, which is my usual habit to reduce my impact on the environment and reduce your laundry costs. 2. The rod from which the clothes hangers hang is MUCH too high, which means the hangers were way above the heads of everyone except a basketball player. I am very short. I could just reach the hangers with the tips of my fingers, but could not hang clothes from them. You really should lower the rod by about 30 cm. Again, staying one night meant this was no big deal. I only had two garments to hang up, and I decided not to bother. But if I'd been staying longer, this would have been a real problem. 3. The room was too cold. I raised the temperature to 23 degrees, but I saw the sign saying please keep it between 21 and 23, so I didn't raise it higher than that. I then put on all the layers of clothing I had, but I was still cold, so finally I went to bed earlier than I would have, just to get warm.

We have always had a positive experience when staying at Sebel Moonee Ponds. Staff are extremely friendly and go out of the way to assist with any request. Rooms are well set out and have every convenience you need. Position is another advantage with a shopping complex just across the road with a variety of shops including a supermarket. As the unit has a fully equipped kitchen you do not need to go out to dine. If you were wanting to dine out there is a wonderful restaurant on site and dining there is also a very positive experience. Being able to park on site is really convenient but there is also plenty of public transport within walking distance. All up we have always enjoyed our stays at Sebel Moonee Ponds and would not hesitate to recommend to our family and friends.
