Excellent room with the hotel located in the heart of Moonee Ponds with the supermarket directly opposite. Easy access to both the city and the freeway to the airport. The restaurant is only open for dinner and the discount voucher provided at check in made it worthwhile. Puckle St is only a short walk away as is Queens Park with a nice small lake in it.

Had everything I needed and more. The washer/dryer and fish washer were bonuses which would gave been great had I needed them

The location was nice and close to amenities and restaurants. However, I had no hot water in the morning which was not a nice start to the day, but I also understand that plumbing issues happen. The $150 deposit is still sitting unreturned to my funds which is the highest I can remember being held at any hotel.

We understand the inconvenience to our guests due to the hot water issues and we do apologize for what occurred. Please be assured that the moment the team were aware of the issue that they updated all our guests as soon as possible and our on call maintenance team were advised. Prior to arrival all our guests are sent information in regards to our operations including details in regards to the pre-authorization. This was provided to you on the 31st Jan. Room clean & good. Unfortunately no hot water! No bottled water in room. No parking for check in. Disappointed- was going to make this our ‘go to’ accom in Melb.

The moment the team were aware of the issue they contacted our on call maintenance team and it was fixed as soon as possible. Accor members are prioritized for parking and provided a discounted rate. From our records you were provided a car space. Bottled water is available from our restaurant and the team would have been more then happy to assist you. The apartments are nice and clean; tea selection is great. View is nice and location is great. Paying for parking is not ideal, l'd prefer it was included. Only suggestions more than one towel per person would be ideal. And l don't know if it was but streaming to TV was impossible.
