Belinda and her team at the Moonee Ponds Sebel were amazing. Especially Sam who went above and beyond with her friendliness and helpfulness. We were made to feel very special during our stay with a note left in our room with some chocolates congratulating us on the impending arrival of our second grandchild, which also included handwritten notes from Sam and Parneel who had been on reception when we arrived. We felt they were genuine when asking us to reach out if we needed anything and responded promptly. The hotel is in a great location and our room was clean and comfortable.

This is the third time I've stayed at this hotel. The rooms are like apartments with everything you need. Great shops at your fingertips. The train into the city is just around the corner. A great place to stay if you want to experience Melbourne and stay out of the CBD.
