Spacious room with good layout and facilities. One disappointment was room cleaning has to be nominated via a placement of sign on door handle. This was not explained at checkin but apparently is in the fine print of a 1-pager you get when you checkin.

Room clean & nice. Basic amenities. Not as close to where We had hoped. After checking out realised I may have left some keys. I rang & asked a Staff person if they could check with Housekeeping & get someone to check & call Me back. As it turns out I did leave My block & charger cable. That was Sunday. Today is Tuesday. So very disappointing that no one had the courtesy to call Me back. Not really a good recommendation of staff wanting to help. Checked out who cares.

Not a good experience, check in took over 50 minutes due to check in system issues, was told to park the car that I booked and the only park left was for small cars and I dinted the rental car trying to fit in, asked to double park but that would of blocked others in the morning, got to the room at 2am after arriving at 1am, was told breakfast was not included when I went for breakfast but being platinum it should be, pay more for peppers but let down

We were not happy as when checking in there was no one to help the desk was unattended, we didn't know where to park. During our stay our room was not serviced and when we asked, they said we need to put the card on our door to say we wanted our room serviced which we have never had to do that in previous hotels. We are platinum members and just felt the staff were no very helpful.
