No toilet brushes!! Seriously!! Also domestic toasted x 2 in restaurant for breakfast and 50 guests.. carpets need cleaning stains on hallways and rooms. When we arrived one of the rooms bed sheets pulled up had not been changed from last guests. Bar pictures not open on a Wednesday or Thursday night. No drinking water bottle the room which is usually a normal.

Well located but service slightly lacking

Convenient location walkable from Southern Cross Station. Decor is decent but service is a bit of a miss. I ordered 2 pairs of slippers as we were 2 people but only 1 was delivered. When I reordered, it never came. Also, surfaces were quite dusty & it was impossible to turn off the TV with the remote, I had to resort to turning off the mains power for a bit of quiet.

They have good rooms and bad rooms depends on which site you use to book!

We HAVE to book through our Government website when we book for work, we don't get a choice and because of this we were put into two disabled rooms for 3 nights that were so run down it was embarrassing! I understand we get a discount but that is not our fault nor is it a reason to shaft us because of this. We travel more than the average persons and will never stay here again- because when we complained (and are accor members as well) they put us in rooms as close to the Train line as possible saying they were fully booked (which they were not) The guy on reception hung up on me when I called down to ask why stating.. 'thats just how it is' so we walked down and spoke to the shift manager who said it was because we book so late- we booked 2 months in advance- so I know they were full of SH#T

We booked,two rooms however only one was ready so we thought to have a drink in your Bar but it was closed
