I rang to cancel the room on behalf of my colleague due to the impact the virus is having on F2F meetings and conferences being cancelled as this is beyond our control. I received an invoice for payment because it fell outside the cancellation time period which was very disappointing. Obviously we left cancellations as close as possible, in hope things would improve. Thank goodness the airline was happy to provide a travel credit but Peppers Docklands did not.

I called reservations to book Peppers with my credit note!!!!! I got charged $265. I sorted it out I hope should get a refund back. The room was beautiful shower was amazing the view was ok the bed was comfy marvel stadium nearby and docklands trams and trains too. Got a voucher for a free drink. I got a hot chocolate in the morning.

Bad cleaning service. Unfriendly Momami waitress at breakfast everyday. Reception staff very friendly though especially Max. Gym and pool inconveniently located. No Porters.

Original room was two single beds despite booking of a king, next room was then missing an iron, wasn't given gold member upgrade

Overall the stay was lovely. My only issue was the fact that the doona was too heavy. The time of year that I stayed I don't believe that there is any need to use air conditioning other than waste electricity. With and without air conditioning I found the doona to warm and struggled to sleep properly or get comfortable.

Communicated straight away when we were informed that all events had been cancelled and tried asking for consideration not to be charged for room due to Global Health Pandemic and the response was - Sorry - you have no cancellation waiver in your booking. Really disappointing spending $400 on a room that we could not use due to a Global Health crisis.

We enjoyed our stay but there were a few things that need attention. Mattress was not supportive & I woke each day with a sore back. Strong smell from floor drain under vanity and coffee machine did not heat water, so coffee was cold.

I had an issue with my booking, where I didn't the type of room I had asked for. Ashlee on the front desk at check in went above and beyond to resolve my issue and ensure I was happy. My family was very grateful and felt she would do whatever was possible to make our stay a pleasant one. We cant thank her enough as she turned a really disappointing start into a absolutely wonderful stay. Ashlee is an asset to your company.

Shower had build up soap scum and mold (I have photos). The “queen” bed was not a queen. It was two singles zipped together. Couldn’t sleep in the middle of the bed without it digging into you. Staff were unhelpful and just downright rude. Will not be staying ever again
