Off street access to reception was near impossible to find with the street sign facing the wrong traffic direction. Ticked the box to secure parking only to drive 6hrs and be told we had to park half a block away. No restaurant or room available. Definitely not 5 star material.

- There’s no welcome water in the room - Most amenities needs to be requested via online platform e.g. slippers, dental kit… - No any form of celebration noted - No view from the room (The M building is 5-level and you can’t see anything from the window) - Not smart TV

Great location to attend Lady Gaga concert in Melbourne, staff friendly and daily breakfast was good and we had the burger meal one night which was also good. Only negative was on day 1 we discovered the safe in our room was locked and requested to be fixed. Was told a maintenance person would attend, but we never saw anyone and it stayed locked and was not usable which was frustrating.
