Freedom790661 Business - TripAdvisor review

Very tired hotel in much need of a makeover (which is currently scheduled) The room was so dark it was hard to see without the curtains open.The carpets very old and stained, beds were comfortable but the morning after our stay while packing noticed mould all over the bedding. Nespresso machine in room was broken, lights not working. Very close to marvel stadium is really the only positive.

Would have liked there to have been a restaurant for lunch and dinner. Breakfast was very good.

Great location and lovely hotel. All staff we encountered were nice. We had two evacuations on the last night and didn’t get much sleep. Staff only offered 1 hour extra check out and no compensation. They also tried to charge us for a breakfast we never had and would only agree to remove the breakfast from our account once we showed them our bank statement of our breakfast at another venue.

Multiple fire alarms went off on 8-9 March Need to have better mechanisms to deal with this
