Hi, I usually enjoy staying at Peppers, however this time room 304 did not have additional hangers and the bed was way to close to the desk hitting myself on the chair everytime I side-walked by. I am now flagging not to ever be placed in this room again. I shall also advise our Bega booking agent. On another note, walking through a bar/restaurant to the lifts to the rooms is an extremely uncomfortable experience, this format is not set out well.

It’s in a quieter spot but still close to everything, with easy transport options. The rooms are spacious, clean, and super quiet—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better.

Absolutely loved our stay with you but the bed in the first room we were given had collapsed on the LH side. We moved to another room but the bed there had collapsed on the RH side. Apart from an uncomfortable sleep we loved the location, the room itself, the friendly service and the cleanliness of the entire hotel.
