No phone in the room, meant I couldn’t ask for any assistance , took Service , gym location , late check out , had to speak to a international person about trying to get water , staff were good for their part at the hotel but the experience was terrible , 5 star hotels need 24 reception , phones in rooms , access to assurance . I left my bag at reception on departure for a while and came back at 3:30 to a closed reception and had to wait 20 minutes , almost missed my flight ( never been more disappointed with Accor and don’t think it was worth the money I paid )

I received a generic email. No name just dear guest. I was then asked to enter information that is on my profile. This was followed up by a phone call, which was nice, until I informed that I was not a gold member. I was then told as platinum that I would receive a cheese platter. Got to the hotel. No Momami restaurant even though it is still on your website. No cheese platter either and was told the chef had gone home for the day. Parking - I asked for one days parking out of the two nights I stayed. I was told that, that was fine. I was then charged for two nights car parking. I was told that the manager would call me to reverse the charge. 3 days later, I still haven't heard anything from them, but did receive a 2nd credit card charge for a higher amount the next day. The room was great. Very spacious, although the TV remote didn't work properly (minor issue). I was disappointed because I finally made platinum level and chose the hotel for location and the restaurant. Sometimes it is about the service and Sometimes it is about the hotel.

Large room, huge bed and lots of space in the bathroom. Onsite breakfast was very good. Restaurants within walking distance. Tram and train nearby. Reception staff were excellent. Only downside was the spare blanket in our room. It smelt and had stains on it.

I choose the wrong location for where I needed to be, The staff were nice. The breakfast was good not great. The big thing were the beds were uncomfortable. I had to sleep in the middle as the bed had huge diverts in each side.
