Well for a 5 star they say i was expecting more than what i experienced. When we get in into our room. 1st. Theres no complementary water bottle for the guest. I was expecting a water bottle since we walk and travel a bit far away but no! Theres no water complimentary which is sad for 5 star hotel. 2. The table beside the big couch is not even straight it was crocked that im scared to put my tea on it. Which kinds sucks. 3. They have this bar code to scan for drinks and amenities but the only thing there is amenities. Not good service i must say and theres only 4 sachet of tiny sugar pack for the guest to use for tea. 4. The dooner has stain. I accidentally grab the cover on it and i saw the stain and i freak out a bit. 5. I paid for breakfast for convenience but its just simple breakfast for the amount that you will pay. First day yes i went for breakfast check every menu they have in there buffet i eat some stuff. But theres not much for people who doesnt eat pork. Then the next day i went back again to check the menu since i paid our breakfast for 2 days but when i check its all the same as yesterday and i feel like its kinda sad for 5 star hotel. Over all i wasnt impressed of my experience. I expected so much since i go to 5 star hotel in other countries and they were all exquisite. Lovely host and everything is spot on. Ive been to lower star hotel and there much better than it. Its a good spot for concert but if you stayed for honeymoon or pleasure its not that good. Spending a bit high price and experience less is a bit sad is it worth my money nope. But hopefully it will improve and fix some stuff that needs to be fix. It was a honeymoon that i expected a lot but next time i will lower my expectations specially with how much star a hotel has. Thats all i can say.

Rooms aircon was not working and not fixed for 3 days! Kept saying will be fixed tomorrow. Room had no ventilation and was double queen. Became stuffy with 4 people. Room service pathetic. Just covered the beds with blanket. Parking wasnt available. Was provided the second day and again someone else took over the parking! We stayed in such a room with a parent and a 3 year old. And still they could not improve their service or room. We had to cut our trip short by a day because no one could get a restful sleep in those 3 nights!
