The hotel has a tram stop in front of it in the free tram zone. It’s a perfect location to catch the trams all over Melbourne. I’m the room was quite big and facilities nice and clean. There is a pool but it’s in another building which I didn’t have time to use. The breakfast is really nice and there is a bar area for drinks. Well staffed, I arrived late and saw some reviews about staffing for late arrivals but it was fine. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

Not good at all. Was there to celebrate a birthday and to take my daughter to the big bash cricket game. No birthday greeting or anything in the room. No ice bucket provided to place a bouquet of flowers which was brought by my daughter No offer of a room upgrade (gold Accor customer) Was not given the $100 DFO voucher until I asked at the end. Was charged for bfast on Monday mng which was included in room price Was charged for late checkout (which should have been facilitated free as per GOLD Accor)
