The whole experience was underwhelming no movie channels and lack of staff in te morning for breakfast means I could not order a coffee. i was also concerned of the cleanliness of the sheets on the bed as it did not have the appearance of being tucked in or cleaned.

Dear Customer care team, It's extremely alarming and threatening to stay in this property. Please move me to a different property or refund the money back. Since the onboarding, things have been quite unfriendly at this property. As a Silver member I am eligible for a welcome drink which have not been communicated by the Manager. And though I am eligible for a late checkout, have been told that I will be charged 20 AUD per hour post 10 AM and no complimentary late check out will be provided. Have to beg for an hour late checkout well. And to add all, the room door wasn't closing properly and I had to leave in a rush for an appointment well. When I called the Manager, she came and tried to close the door which she wasn't able to well. Then she had some hard hittings to close the door several times and something broke at the bottom which has been videotaped in her mobile. Then she mentioned that she need to change my room and asked to pack my luggages back and bring it down. When I told her that I can't bring them down again, rather she can come back with the key, she left with no response. Then I started unpacking and pulling bags out without any support or help from the hotel team. The manager returned back with the key after few minutes and asked if I have any other key for the room. I really don't know what sort of question is this.. She gave only one key during check-in and how come I will have another key ? Am I a thief ? And to an extreme, she threatened that I will be charged for the damage upon investigation. I really don't know what damage I have created. She was the one who hit the door multiple times and because of which the damage has happened and how come the customer be blamed for this. I told immediately that I have to file a police compliant if I have been threatened like this. All these behaviours and treatment were completely inadmissble and I serious demand a million dollar compensation for threatening my life, money, dignity and everything. I checked in the other room and to make sure the room door is getting locked properly, sought the help of house keeping team. And I am seriously in a great threat to continue any further. And I missed my appointments well. Very inadmissble experience.

I hooked this thinking given it was Peppers branding but would be special. Unfortunately not. Strange lobby space, not friendly receptionists (until checkout), no minibar or room service - if you wanted to feel anonymous this is the place. The beds mattress must be 30 years old and I slept in the shape of others. Making up my room was optional - if I didn’t want my room made up I’d stay at home! These are the treats we give ourselves when staying at the hotel.
