Clean room, good facilities, kind and approachable staff. The iron and coffee machine in the room didn't work, but I didn't follow this up with reception as I was in a rush. Would definitely stay here again.

The experience was good however the bathroom floor drain smelt, so needed to keep bathroom door closed all the time. I believe it was because the drain had dried up so smells could come out. I mentioned this to reception when I left.

Old carpets and not very clean. I didn get my sleepers in my room. No lights mirror in the bathroom to dark to put a make up.

My hotel bathroom flooded, prompting me to request a room change due to the unpleasant odor. Upon notifying the reception, I had to explicitly ask for compensation. Eventually, they offered me a bottle of wine. However, they explained that because I hadn't booked directly through them, they claimed there was nothing more they could do in terms of compensation. The breakfast buffet is for a 3star hotel.

It's completely understandable how such an incident can be not only inconvenient but also distressing, especially when it impacts your stay and comfort. As soon as our team was informed of the situation, they quickly upgraded you to the next available room type and offered a complimentary bottle of wine and breakfast as a gesture of apologies for the inconvenience. We are sorry that you felt that the response was not adequate and please rest assured this will be reviewed with the relevant team member for improvement. We appreciate your feedback regarding other aspects of the room. We are the early stage of carpet replacement project, which will rectify this issue. Our rooms do not come with sleepers (except for Suite rooms) as a part of our initiative to do our part for the environment. Guests, however, can still request/order sleepers via reception or QR code in room at no extra cost. We sincerely apologise if this was not made clear to you upon arrival.
