From the moment I arrived I was treated as if I was an inconvenience. The woman at the desk was uncommunicative at check in and even less so when I went to check out as she waived her finger at the express box. She never recognised my status as a member at check in. Room was ok but a bit shabby. Glad it was just for one night.

From the moment we arrived we were greeted by friendly Julia at the reception desk who explained everything we needed to know about Melbourne. We also met the resident cute puppy Mandie. The 2 bed apartment was spacious for 5 people and the kids enjoyed all the amenities. Supermarkets nearby as well as free tram zones. The Maintenence staff were quick to explain how to operate machines. Cafe downstairs was great for morning coffees. The price was affordable and value for money. Totally recommend. Alex from Sydney

The hotel offers stunning waterfront and city skyline views. My 2-bedroom apartment featured floor-to-ceiling windows, a full kitchen, spacious living area, and two bathrooms, including an ensuite. Amenities include a pool, gym, sauna, library, and conference spaces. Check-in was seamless, and staff were friendly and helpful. Parking is limited, though the multi-level garage is color-coded for convenience, despite a minor swipe key issue. Everything was clean and tidy, bright and cheerful.
