I was upset by the smell of smoke in the room and the fact that the front door was sticking constantly on arrival with hotel staff. Outside the room was recently painted. Instead of changing my room the maintenance person came and pushed the door open but throughout the whole weekend it stuck. This is a fire hazard and I was concerned but did not have the emotional energy to assert myself due to medical issues I was facing at the time. The room only had one roll of toilet paper and it was challenged why I would ask for more. As a guest with a disability And with two women in the room. I am a Professional person, lecturer in Nursing and specialise in quality management and leadership. I did not experience quality on my stay. I usually stay at four points for that reason but was unable to due to the hotel being used for quarantine. Comparatively the hotel staff at four points recognise my repeat business and treat me as a valued customer and go the extra mile. This did not happen at your establishment.

I feel that the hotel has potential to be great, but at the moment would consider it only ok. It's located is the best part of the hotel. The atrium is a nice space but unfortunately could do with a good clean, as when you look down from the windows all you can see is dirt on the ledges above the foyer area. Also not a fan of the purple walls in the corridors, makes it dark and sleazy. Although the location was perfect for us not sure if we would visit your hotel again. I have no complaints with the reception staff as they were very helpful and polite.

We booked at The Sebel for a inner city (mid week) stay. we found the staff to be most helpful and accommodating but the facilities are a bit tired and worn and the place could do with a good paint (and preferably not purple!) as the corridors are quite dark. While it was advertised as having kitchen facilities the bare minimum was provided, no cooking utensils, one saucepan and a sandwich maker was all that was provided. We only had breakfast in the room (had brought our own) so the lack of kitchen supplies wasn't a problem for us but might be if you planned to cook. We only received one towel each, no hand towels or face washers and the smallest packet of soap I've ever seen. I did ask for more pillows and the staff were most obliging but should you have to ask for basics like hand-towels?

We chose the hotel due to the location but it is actually in New Quay not Docklands. Check in was easy and the staff were most helpful and obliging. the hotel is looking a bit tired and worn and could do with a coat of paint. While kitchen facilities were advertised there was only the most basic kitchen utensils provided. We only received one towel each, no hand towel or face washers and not enough soap or tea bags provided (I had to go to reception to ask for more). The shortage of these (what I would consider) essential items seemed to be a cost saving measure but it detracted for the overall experience and means we wouldn't stay there again. but the staff were very good.

Had a great stay, Jess made our whole team feel welcome even with all the added stress of the lockdown. Nice rooms and a good night sleep after some long hours at work. Bit unfortunate the pool and gym were not able to be used but were closed for the right reasons

We had two stays with you. First stay was in studio in adjacent bdlg. It was OK but tired, Needed refurbishment. Dirty fingermarks on doors, dribble marks on bathroom walls. Second stay was in Sebel main bdlg, very tidy, most certainly an upgrade, and probably a reason for us to return

A beautiful sized room, comfortable for 2 couples to stay. nice view, possible one of the best rooms in the hotel. The room was clean and well presented, but the service was very questionable. Housekeeping came to make up the room on the first full day, threw out all my personal paperwork and a full bottle of wine. We were unable to contact management without using our own personal phones so had to go downstairs to sort it out. Had the bottle of wine replaced but obviously paperwork was gone. A comedy of errors for the next few days regarding housekeeping, rooms not made up/half made up, not leaving enough towels, dishcloths, toilet paper etc. we could possibly put this down to inexperience on an employees part, but very substandard for Accor nonetheless. Mostly inconvenient for an otherwise pleasant stay. Please note all of this happened the weekend BEFORE the COVID-19 issues started taking place, so let's not blame that.

It is always hard accessing the property with a car especially for the check in process. The receptionist did not explain there was 3 towers & I spent time trying to find the room in the right tower. I actually walked into a room with same room number but in a different tower which was embarrassing for both myself & the strangers I walked into.

From the moment I checked in till the time I checked out the staff on reception were friendly and helpful. My room was clean and tidy and all amenities and remote control worked ( it's very frustrating when the batteries are flat in the remote and you just want to lay back and watch TV ). The location is good as it's an easy walk to work and plenty of eating options near by.

Traveled with my wife who is wheelchair 90%. We booked a 1 Bedroom unit and received a email saying that the Sebel will put us in a 1 bed with assessable bathroom,which was good. The unit was small could not get wheelchair from kitchen to bedroom with tv cabinet and table and lounge all close together. I did not complain we try to work things the best we can, but would not stay again due to access in room
