Check in was straight forward, we were greeted with a very friendly aattendant. Access to the car park was easy and car park was easy to navigate. Directions to access our room was unclear. Did not understand that the car park level was the level of the room and no lift was required. Our room had a lovely view of the marina, it was spacious for a family of 5. Room was set up for 4 people (even though we booked for 5) so needed to ask for more towels at reception. The furniture was well worn, the kitchen table was damaged and the bed side tables seemed to have been very well used. Our little balcony was lovely, however the tiles on the ground were not stuck down and moved a lot when walking on them which initially gave the impression it was unstable, we got used to it after a while. Would have like a little more direction on how the hotel worked and how to access the facilities, we spent a lot of time guessing our way around, especially with the lift access to the pool etc. Overall the stay was satisfactory, the location suited our needs, reception was friendly and the indoor pool was a hit with the kids.

I have some itchiness on the sofa, the Wi-Fi is not working properly, it is too slow. The living area, kitchen is a bit small than I expected. I prefer a small vacuum cleaner inside the kitchen. I think you need to spray the room for small bugs which you cannot see. I find the staff very good. They are friendly and thank you for the cleaner, who took time to clean our room for 2 days. We were not able to use the amenities, though it is great to have an amenity inside the hotel.

This is a great hotel, well located. Staff were friendly, room was immaculate with everything I needed including a fantastic view of Docklands. Parking was relatively easy. Highly recommend.
