We had a lovely 10-day stay at the Sebel Docklands. The rooms were clean, comfy, well-serviced and had a great kitchen. The 25m lap pool and gym in the building allowed us to work out daily. Julia at the front desk was a pleasure to work with and extremely helpful. We will be coming back!

Ive stayed at the hotel numeorus times before. This was the first time i havnt been 100% happy. I got allocated a park on the 6th level. But my key wouldnt get me into the door located in the car park on level 6. I called reception and was told the door was broken and i need to walk down to level 5 with my luggage - go through that door and then walk up the stairs back up to level 6. Well if that was the case, why wasnt i just given a car park on level 5? Why has door not been fixed? Why wasn't I told about it when i checked in, then I wouldn't have been stuck on level 6 and have to call reception. The room itself wasnt as good as usual either. I found it noisey for the first time, also know USB charger like usual and the showerhead was loose and wouldnt stay horizontal, making it near impossible to wash your hair. All only little things, but ive never experienced any issues at all on any of my previous visits

My mother and I had a pleasant stay as we watched a concert in Marvel Stadium. Very quick walk to the stadium, and any questions she asked was answered well! we would love to visit again :)
