The check-in and reception team were fantastic. Unfortunately, the wifi is completely inadequate - unable to stream television consistently and even browse web etc. TV remotes in the lounge and bedroom would turn each other on/off, change channels etc which was frustrating also. The service and welcome were excellent (well done Julia!)

All the staff were lovely. Excellent location. Easy to get on the tram. Nice places to eat close by. Comfy bed and excellent shower.
