Everything was great at the hotel. Loved the room (didn’t even make it to the bed. The couch was so comfy). The facilities were great. Just wish there was a robe and slippers; or that it was clearly listed on the website that there wouldn’t be. Had to buy a pair of extra socks at the shop across the street and scurry to and from the sauna in a towel. That part I didn’t like. But, everything else was great.

A great place for a longer stay. Easy access to the city on the free tram. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was kept clean. We enjoyed meeting Mandi the dog.

Room make left a little to be desired - tv remote control / tv didn’t work in bedroom area. Restuarant attached lacked in allergen friendly options, which made it difficult for me in particular. I also used the disabled bathrooms on the ground floor that was full of mosquitoes- upon mentioning it to the cleaners i was responded to - yeah that’s normal we have that everywhere in the motel. 🤦 that’s not what a customer wants to hear.

We are particularly concerned to hear about the mosquitoes in the accessible bathroom and the response you received when you raised the issue. We stayed here in a 2-bedroom apartment as a family, the location was great, close to the district and easy for families access plenty of activities. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well presented, house keeping do a great job! I booked this hotel as I knew we would be spending more time than usual inside, and I saw it had the pool. The pool was great, though a lot smaller than expected and very busy. We found the apartment to also be smaller than expected, we were unable to enjoy the balcony altogether due to the small size. The beds and pillows were also quite firm, resulting in a poor nights sleep.

Rooms are dated, housekeeping did a rather poor job. No recognition as an accor member. Only thing going for this hotel is the good location in docklands.

Perect for that quieter inner city stay, right near Marvel stadium and awesome restaurants, not too far a walk to the DFO either. The room was lovely but the bed was not at all up to standard. It sagged in the middle, moved when one of us rolled over, not what you would expect for such a nice hotel/apartment.

Everything was satisfactory however the room we were assigned had a very strong rotten egg smell the second we walked in... this eventually went away but would greet us each time we entered
