i am sorry the cafe does not open that 30 mn earlier and that is not open for dinner. this makes it hard to manage as not much else open in the area.

We had a great stay at the Sebel Docklands. The two bedroom hotel room was a good size for our family of four. We enjoyed the use of the pool (although it is a bit of a rigmarole getting access). The hotel was clean and all the staff were really friendly. There was a tram stop nearby making it easy to access the rest of the CBD. We would be happy to stay again.

Overall enjoyed my stay, the rooms are very nice and well equipped. The staff were very lovely to deal with. However, having to wait 5-7 days for my deposit of $200 to be returned is quite frankly ludicrous in this day and age! We also had to wait a long time for our room to become available when trying to check in. Also, the hotel could use more signage or maps about - it was VERY confusing going from carpark to hotel room and my friend and myself became lost on more than one occasion.

All in all very good. Only issue I had was when trying to use the gym and pool. To use the pool I would have had to go through an "induction" session which only happened once per week. To use the gym I would have had to go through something similar with some sort of building manage. That was a bit disappointing.

Sent email with no response. Got a phone call to tell me the FOMO offer didn’t exist anymore, even though you had said you would honor it when we went back into lockdown. Asked for a (another) email to be sent with what was included - nothing. The rubbish tin In our room absolutely STUNK of cigarette smoke. Now I know why the window was open when we got there. Disgusting. Had to argue that parking was included until they looked again and said yes. I come to the city every month. I was over the moon with the offer you provided. Got the crapiest room that stunk and my son had an asthma attack in the middle of the night. Next night had to sleep with the window open and froze. Couldnt win. The trip to go let us into the pool area was ridiculous, outside and down the street with kids in no shoes. Great. Had to wait a few weeks to respond to this as I was furious. I’m coming again this weekend to the city but won’t be staying there.

My experience was very good. I checked out early in the morning, but the staff allowed me to leave the car in place until 2.30pm as I had work meetings to attend.

We fortunately got upgraded from the residential to the hotel due to an error on Booking.com. Not sure where the upgrade was as we had a side corner room which was an extremely awkward layout.. I kind of then seen why there was a room left on the hotel side. Pricing was great considering we booked last minute and access to parking where you can leave and come back also was a huge plus. Aside from that. Not much else. Access to pool was a pain. You should definitely inform guests that concierge is in another building as I had my 1yr old dressed for the pool with the windy conditions and they made us walk outside in the cold to obtain the key. Thank you to the staff that didn't take this into consideration as my daughter since our stay has had a fever from being outside in a swimsuit to and from the building where concierge is. We definitely will never consider coming back to stay here.

The location is fantastic in Docklands with restaurants, cafes etc and tram stop just a minute or two walk for easy access to the city and everything in and around Melbourne. This was my second stay, the first was less than ideal! However this time it was sensational. Ms. Jennifer Lee made my check-in, welcome and entire stay one of the best experiences I have ever had. My only suggestion is for the Capri café to open a little earlier to meet the demands of business travel.
