The bathroom was dirty and there were dirty towels! They also we’re trying to change tables over, there was furniture in the hall!

Great stay. Very clean, extremely well appointed kitchen area. Comfy bed and pillows. Great amenities, the pool was great. Special mention to the sparkling water fountain at reception. Close to lots of great food and festival hall. Fabulous staff. Thank you!

Somewhat spoilt by us being overcharged after electing to pay cash to avoid credit card surcharge. Reception had no change so we had to pay to the value of the next note over. A bit over the top I thought. Credit card surcharge but no appropriate facility to handle cash.
