I want to say that the experience of the room was great it was clean and perfect for the stay unfortunately due to lock down we had to leave and not spend the second nite we had paid for at the site which was disappointing

Great place to stay when you fly in, have to get tested and wait for a result. Staff are great and accommodating. Good apartment style living with all the amenities required to stay isolated in comfort away from home working.

The staff was extremely helpful. At front the front desk Ms. Tina was very courteous and went an extra mile to take care of guests. She went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. I highly recommend this service apartment / Hotel for anyone visiting Melbourne

We stayed in a 2 bed apartment which was a good size. The hotel is well positioned in Docklands and close to the free trams to the city.

Room was good, Check in Was good. The breakfast experience was a disgrace to the point I would not stay here again. The restaurant seemed to be run be a group of uni students who had no idea how to run a kitchen. Accor can surely do better than this.

Considering the cost of the room and my history with hotel stays. The room 604 or rooms need a paint and the glass tables need to be wiped clean the shower has mould in many spots. Our family of 4 went for stay and to relax and use the amenity's but even them we could not enjoy told only 3 at a time for pools , spa, and the gym what a joke you need an induction and that's only 2 days a week at 7 am we where told. Disappointing when after booking only an email is sent saying not all facility's may be available but no details given. So if your only offering 65% you should be only charging that only. I would appreciate a credit or compensation .

I came back here for the 2nd time, and the check in took more than 1/2 hr, only 1 staff member on counter, she didn't acknowledge the people in line at any time. took the lift from level 4 and the lift didn't work, was stuck for over 15 min, and it didn't move, pressed the button of the phone for help and no one answered the phone. Finally got out of the lift after many attempts. Had to walk down 4 floors of stairs, my poor Mum who has 2 knee replacements and had to walk down. Both lifts didn't work. My Mum suffered with sore legs and even today is in pain. She was not happy and now added pain. The pool was another problem, having to walk around the block in the freezing cold, hand in my licence and then go back in the cold to get it back, after the pool, was freezing cold, and not safe. I'm sorry the second experience was no better than the first. Wish I could say it was better but sorry, it was not. The positive was the room was comfy, had a at least had a view, compared to the last time.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Sebel - Docklands for our girls night. We got a 2 bedroom apartment and it was so spacious. The staff were beyond helpful, and allowed us to check in when we arrived (early) and even a late check out for the next day. The room was lovely and had everything we needed. Fabulous location. And even though we couldn’t use the facilities due to Covid it’s great to know there is a pool and gym for future stays.

Another good stay at the Sebel Melbourne Docklands. The staff are very attentive to our needs and requirements. Could not fault any nature of the stay. The room had a great view and was well laid out with kitchenette and two bedrooms and lounge.

We booked at The Sebel for a inner city (mid week) stay. we found the staff to be most helpful and accommodating but the facilities are a bit tired and worn and the place could do with a good paint (and preferably not purple!) as the corridors are quite dark. While it was advertised as having kitchen facilities the bare minimum was provided, no cooking utensils, one saucepan and a sandwich maker was all that was provided. We only had breakfast in the room (had brought our own) so the lack of kitchen supplies wasn't a problem for us but might be if you planned to cook. We only received one towel each, no hand towels or face washers and the smallest packet of soap I've ever seen. I did ask for more pillows and the staff were most obliging but should you have to ask for basics like hand-towels?

Suitable apartment in a reasonable location with adequate local shopping and eating facilities. Rooms are quirky if without a balcony. Evening in house eating is limited depending what day of the week it is.
