Booked the accessible 2 bedroom apartment and nothing about that was accessible. It also didn't come with the 1 King and 2 singles I booked but 2 Kings which only get split if you prewarn the hotel. This is nowhere mentioned. The staff was nice and split the bed for us after check in. The rooms can't be accessed from the car park unless you can use stairs and there's no grab rails in the bathroom not any room to manoeuvre and it should be illegal to call that room accessible. Do not book if you're in a wheelchair! Our doona had blood stains on it which got changed when I complained and we only received 1 facewasher for 4 people and had to call to receive more. The second bedroom has no real walls but a wall made out of frosted glass so if you've got the light on in the kitchen/lounge it illuminates the whole second bedroom. The second bedroom door also doesn't shut properly due to a skirting board installed where the door should go. There's also no window going to the outside in that second bedroom. On the second day we discovered that some of the drawers and cupboard doors in the kitchen were hard to open due to the doors and drawers being installed on a wrong angle. They all don't line up! The dishwasher constantly beeps so that was turned off at the power point, I'm guessing no one knows how to fix it. The split system in the bedrooms worked but the one in the loungeroom was not working. Overall for the price we paid and the advertised accessibility and 4.5 stars it was very disappointing. The staff were friendly and obliging and the beds were comfy but we won't be staying again.
