Front desk weren’t friendly or helpful and resulted in not explaining the parking and our car being towed $660 dollars later not impressed Wei was very helpful with some room credits and a Uber to collect our car A smile and a bit more information would be great from some of the front desk The morning staff where excellent

Location great …. Apartment was very poorly appointed in kitchen we own amd rent our apartment out… and provide a fully appointed kitchen… the kitchen utensils cutlery provide in your apartment is very very limited disappointed Bed comfortable reception fine and helpful general facilities good except as noted above….

Pool was great however the shower head in our room was not it would not stay up and we could not tighten it also the chair in our room had several rips in it and the split system in bedroom 1 made the outside unit make a terribly loud noise we wanted to use it for cooling but had to turn it off and the toilet seat was loose
