Basic 4 star hotel surrounded by restaurants and close to Marvel. Rooms are basic but comfortable and way overpriced when special events are on but it's all about the location isn't it!

Booked room early and was a lot more expensive than a few months out where a room with second bathroom was cheaper, but no cancellation policy. No upgrade for gold status but apparently a better room that was in second furthest away from harbour, the lowest level room, floor 2 so a disappointing room with no view. Couldn't check in early at 1pm and had to wait until 2pm and then took 20 minutes due to checking in clients

Perfect location. Very friendly staff, clean nice sized apartment. Bed wasn’t too hard which I find at most hotels. Reasonably quiet. Definitely will stay again when coming to Melbourne. Also noted they didn’t charge the earth per night just because Coldplay were touring, well done. Highly recommend.
