Very bad experience that on the counter I checked for the gold member application I was refused. There is no room, but I asked that if I can make a payment for the upgradation, it was told to me on payment. It is available, this is very serious that gold customer who is eligible for upgradation is refused, and they're making money on upgrades of the room also

We enjoyed our stay. Loved the gym, pool and sauna. Bizarre that the pool towels were at the front desk but the signs in the lift encouraged you to use the rear elevator to stay inside. That route doesn’t take you back to reception. Housekeeping wasn’t great. Sheets and pillows thrown on the bed with no attempt to make it. Not all items replaced eg sugar.

Curtains didn’t shut properly and so there were gaps where people in the car park or units nearby could see in to the room. Room service appeared at after 3pm to service the room on day 2 which was just as we were taking an afternoon nap. The next day the room was “serviced “ but to a very poor level. Guest services definitely need to address the service standard on this front.

Everything was great at the hotel. Loved the room (didn’t even make it to the bed. The couch was so comfy). The facilities were great. Just wish there was a robe and slippers; or that it was clearly listed on the website that there wouldn’t be. Had to buy a pair of extra socks at the shop across the street and scurry to and from the sauna in a towel. That part I didn’t like. But, everything else was great.

A great place for a longer stay. Easy access to the city on the free tram. Bed was comfortable and the apartment was kept clean. We enjoyed meeting Mandi the dog.

Room make left a little to be desired - tv remote control / tv didn’t work in bedroom area. Restuarant attached lacked in allergen friendly options, which made it difficult for me in particular. I also used the disabled bathrooms on the ground floor that was full of mosquitoes- upon mentioning it to the cleaners i was responded to - yeah that’s normal we have that everywhere in the motel. 🤦 that’s not what a customer wants to hear.
