Having booked a room online approx a week before, on arrival we were advised there were no rooms available for several hours. We waited in the foyer, were offered water. Having arrived at 7pm we eventually were given the key about 11pm.

Staff were nice and helpful but not being able to use the internet for a couple days was horrible. My work depended on the internet so everything got delayed. My room was 722. Later I got a new room where the internet worked perfectly
