Toilet tap water goes hot both sides. Carpets are old and dirty. Walls and doors are very thin. Feels like a student dormitory, people going in and out slamming their doors at all hours of the night. Looks like the reception are all casual staff, very poor and unhelpful. I asked for late check out and was given a flat no. Zero attempt at customer service. Hope I never have to stay in a hotel like this ever. Do not recommend.
