Reception was really helpful and i managed to get my self sorted in quite nicely even though there was mix up from our donor company, and if you can include wifi name on your card slot or leave a note on how to access wifi, either then that your services was exceptional

Great location, room was comfortable enough, and the service at the reception desk was great, But the cleanliness and room servicing was not as good as it could have been, there were not enough cups & plates etc. in the room that was booked for 5 people, (only 4 sets of each), we had to keep asking for supplies in the room, coffee, toilet paper, dishwashing detergent, while these were always provided when requested at the desk, it was disappointing that they weren't refilled when the room was serviced, Additionally, the communal bins in the corridor by the lifts were full of rubbish that sat there for several days, despite the cleaning staff being present, they clearly walked past the bins multiple times without addressing it.
