Stay was great. Staff were so nice. Very friendly & helpful. Love the location. Great value. Only small issue I had was the lack of hot water in the shower. Shower was only just lukewarm both times I used it.

Large room and nice bathroom that was clean. Friendly hotel staff. Located in the heart of the city so it’s very easy to walk to places. When I stayed I did not have any Noise issues at all, the nights were very quiet. Only things I would have liked would be another power outlet (by the bed) and a thicker duvet but that’s it.

I appreciated the friendly and helpful way the staff were with me - which was a big motivation for joining and I was thankful for the upgrade I was given, however the quality of the bathroom and bed left much to be desired. The floor was not well maintained and the shower head did not function properly and I was surprised that the shampoo was a three-in-one body wash as well. Also, as well as my room not being cleaned, the lack of pillows made it difficult to sleep in comparison to other Accor hotels I've been in. Regardless, the facilities in my room were helpful and I enjoyed the ease of location.

Nice room. Desk with shelving and chair. One did have to crawl under the desk to access power board. Power points and reading lights on either side of Queen Bed Tea and coffee making available and small fridge with milk Mugs would have been nicer. Drawers and safe Cupboard with hangers, iron and ironing board Bathroom with shelf, hairdryer (hook would have been good), a hand towel and some thicker towels, and walk-in shower Three Guest Laundries only one was fully functional Cost was on Machines and also time once started. Several users left laundry in machines for over an hour after cycle completed. Delaying use by other guests AC was difficult to adjust the instructions, using QR Code, did not seem to reflect the wall panel. Some photos would have helped. Vending machines on floor nice with reasonable prices. No prices for items available at reception in QR Code Good stay easy walk to markets trams along Elizabeth and Swanston Street, plus a little further to train states at Central and State Library. Many food places in close proximity and lots of sights to visit. Enjoyed stay (more than one week)
