I have stayed at this property quite a few times now, over the last five years. Oddly they have interpreted my room preferences as wanting one closest to the elevators rather than one further away (I have twice been assigned the room that is literally within sight of the elevator). Regardless, the bathrooms have definitely deteriorated. This location no longer provides welcome gifts in the room. It used to be one of the cheaper rates in the area, but now costs significantly more than other choices. The advertised EV charging does NOT work, and honestly likely won't even work for Tesla cars either. The manager (?) claimed it was up to Tesla, but given they no longer show on the Tesla destination charger list let alone on the map, I suspect these will never come back online.

Much enjoyed the stay--staff have always been very helpful. Yes, would recommend to always contact directly with the hotel reception. I have had very frustrating experience with the general Customer Service contacts--calls being automatically directed to some overseas call-centre, with very poor network-quality and receiving some "round-about' advice. Yes, for any modification in bookings, room-upgrade or any assistance, ask for the hotel reception right away. Sometimes calls redirected from the overseas call-centre to the relevant hotel reception may still suffer from the same poor-network issues. Otherwise, my experience with the check-ins, the on-site resolutions to service queries , staff-friendliness, etc. has been fantastic! Ten out of 10 :-)

Room and hotel overall was dirty. Our room was not serviced or cleaned during our stay. Then on the day of checkout the housekeeper knocked and immediately let herself in even though it was before checkout time and we were still in the room

First the air con started making noise technician came put wd-40 in the fan worked for and hour and started doing again They changed my room from 1017to1016 Then in 1016 there were no freaking blinds in the room and the lady at the reception had an audacity to tell me can we change room in the morning Are you serious After calling again and going downstairs at reception the they gave me a room 818 bathroom was stinking What kind of service is that All accor i have stayed at many places but this was the worst of all
