As a platinum, I was so disappointed that I was given a room (room 324) on a low floor, very close to another building, where the room itself had really poor wifi reception and mobile phone signal. My phone was mostly out of range when I was in the room. On the day of arrival, there were no signs of acknowledgement of loyalty, a welcome gift, or a breakfast offer. By far, this is the worst experience I have had with Ibis.

The room was nice. Location was good. Our view was just a wall which was a bit disappointing. The problem is at night. The Aircon did nothing. It got fucking hot like it was 30° in the room. We were sweating and couldn’t sleep.

Whilst the staff were very helpful and accommodating when I thought I needed to stay an extra night, the room (even though upgraded) was average. The room safe did not work and the TV in the lounge did not work.
