The Wifi did not work/was not strong on level 9 in room 915. But worked fine down in the lobby etc, that would be my only frustration.

Staff are really lovely, very helpful and accommodating. The reception area looks great, hallways smell. The 2 bed room is really tired and the bathroom shower is gross. I pay for an Accor membership and I know this isn’t their top brand, but they need to step up their game on this place.

Always a good stay here. Efficient staff. Got a room upgrade to a 2 bedroom unit which was super comfortable. Location is close to the queen Victoria market and a tram to the cbd.
