We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location is excellent—right in the city center, so we could walk to all the main attractions we wanted to visit. The room was good and, for the low price, the overall standard was quite high. The staff were friendly and helpful, and it was very convenient to leave our luggage at the hotel after check-out so we could enjoy the city a bit longer. The only thing I didn’t like was the breakfast, especially the eggs—they only offered scrambled eggs, and unfortunately, they weren’t very good. Other than that, everything was great. Would recommend for a city stay!

Awesome location nice and close to the CBD. Breakfast is great with a great selection of cooked breakfast and also cereals and fruit. Rooms only get serviced every 2nd day so regularly asking for more towels and other items

i was suppose to get continental breakfast with my stay, got told it wasn't included, meal was cold, instead of being hot food. who serves cold bake beans, cold bacon and cold sauages? The convention I went to the IBIS was suppose to be the hotel of choice and give a 10% discount which i didn't receive. On the sunday night wifi was not working and constant drop outs and when i explained this the staff just blamed the bad wifi cause the hotel was fully booked. Worst hotel experience in my entire life of travelling in Australia and abroad.

I have stayed at the ibis many times for its great location and price. Our room was upgraded and that was a nice bonus. Check in and out was easy and convenient. The room was today and mostly clean, some stains in the bath and some missing paint on the walls but mostly good. I found it strange that no tea towel was provided in an apartment and the room was not serviced daily. The hallways were a bit cluttered with trolleys of towels and linen that looked like they were there for 3 days and the paint in the halls looked dated. The vending machine on level 3 did not take credit cards. Overall the stay was pleasant, convenient, well priced and the beds were comfortable.
