As a platinum accor member, I have stayed at many accor hotels. My room did not have proper air conditioning, this was raised with staff, I was advised the manager would be contacted to see if another room was available. I then heard nothing back, I spent the 4 nights struggling with heat and in sweats due to a medical condition. I did not receive my drink vouchers in the app or any complimentary water. Which added to my disappointment.

- paid for early check in but had told the cleaner only started at 8.30am, room will be ready around 10am - nothing in the room, no kettle, no tea or coffee condiments - upgrade the room without consent, it was actually inconvenient to upgrade as the kids have to be in the separate room - couldn’t have breakfast straight away as they didn’t know if it was included in our stay.
