Staff were lovely, location was great. But showers and amenities was like something out of a murder film, shower/bath tub was terrible and smelt just as the same. Whole room was in need of a desperate update.

I wanted to take a moment to express my appreciation for the staff at the front counter during my recent visit. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making my experience much more pleasant than I anticipated. While I was there, we encountered an unexpected situation involving the fridge. Unfortunately, we dropped something behind it, which forced us to move it to retrieve the item. The exploration revealed some old food remnants lurking behind, which was less than pleasant.
