Extremely poor communication

Left apartment on level 5 about 8:10am Saturday morning to find smoke doors ajar. Walked through the door and alarm began to sound. Used elevator to go to ground floor to find out floors above us were evacuated due to fire alarm. Unsure why alarms in level 5 were not activated at the same time. Others members of our family from level 10 were already out of the building. Staff behind the counter telling people it was burnt toast. No fire engines , no one of any authority to inform guests exactly what was going on. People were eating in the adjoining cafe whilst evacuated guests marched through. It was a shambles.

Two bedroom apartment with traffic noise

The apartment has very comfortable soft beds but the noise insulation on the window in the main bedroom was inadequate. Having a separate toilet and basin from the bathroom was convenient. The room was quiet bland in decoration and the lack of a tea towel and shampoo/conditioner I had not experienced at other hotel apartments. Check in was with a person who was noticeably sick with cough and half covering mask who did not say the room number clearly and written illegibly so it took about 10 minutes to find our room on that floor.
