Great stay, enjoyable rooms and friendly staff. The only feedback that I could give that isn’t the positive is the all you can eat breakfast begins the day of your stay even though you can only check in at 2pm. It would have been nice to have the breakfast on departure instead to end my nice experience.

everything was okay until we were not allowed to temporarily store our luggage after checking out. if the hotel does not have sufficient luggage storage area to accommodate guests then it should not list it as an amenity. we booked an event that day before our flight which we had to pay for an external storage company because we weren’t able to bring our luggage. very frustrating and was a disappointing end to our trip. the reception was completely unhelpful in finding a solution, and clearly did not care about answering our concerns or those of other travellers.

We went for a birthday trip, got there and was told I had received a room upgrade- the upgrade was to the 3 person room (1x double bed, 1x single bed) from my 2 person queen room. Upon entering the room I went directly back to the staff reception as the bathroom was a insult with only soup in the shower nothing next to the sink where you’d actually need it, the beds were a downgrade from a queen to a double while yes there was space for a third person to stay. When asked staff my concerns were brushed aside without the staff member even looking at the computer to see the details. Then after sitting with this for awhile I went back down and was greeted with a different staff member - who initially tried telling me that the upgraded room was in fact bigger and that’s why it’s an upgrade. I asked this staff member to go back to the original room I booked as this “upgrade “ didn’t suit. The request was honoured but staff began being short and not the friendly welcoming service you expect when paying for a hotel - really reduced the enjoyment of this birthday trip.
