Staff were excellent! The location is fabulous, but the parking fee is a disincentive is staying for a few nights. The shower was very good, but the rooms are getting a bit tired, especially the old windows that don't close tightly.

Comfortable beds, well located. Food not great, aircon didn't warm the room, and the lift needs some work to be made safe. But overall, this served our purpose near the hospital and we are satisfied.

The staff were really lovely but I was disappointed by the lack of amenities I thought would be included. There was no soap, for example. Light switch didn’t work.
