I stayed for one night with my family.. We had a voucher for a welcome drink for whole family as a gesture from Accor for being a valuable customer. The staff at reception gave me the vouchers and told me to use during our stay but at the same time she told me that restaurant and room service is not operational due to public holiday and Easter long weekend.. So how I was supposed to use that voucher as everything was shut in your hotel?? Staff should have realized that it’s common sense and should have not wasted my voucher.. I understand voucher is not a big deal but these small details and senseless service from your hotel staff won’t help me coming back to Accor again… I would rather stay in some other hotel where your guests are acknowledged better and staff had a basic common courtesy and understanding… All I’m trying to say is that if the restaurant was closed there was no point wasting my voucher as I could have used that for my next stay.. Staff member who was at reception was Garima.. May be she needs some basic common sense training and basic knowledge to understand how to redeem a voucher or a gift if everything is closed… You are looking a costumer soon Accor.. Prashant

Staff were friendly and room was comfortable. Hotel overall is a bit dated. You can see worn out carpets and ageing bathrooms.
