Middle of a lockdown and the staff managed to make sure we wanted for nothing and nothing was too much trouble. Would always be happy to stay here. Room service meals and range from menu were above expectations. Drinks to rooms was also appreciated.

Great location as my partner needed to be at RMH at 6am for surgery. Very clean and neat facilities. My only concern was the bed configuration. We booked a King room and was not expecting 2 single bed mattresses pushed together. It wasn't terrible for but was a bit uncomfortable as I am a sensitive sleeper.

We were offered somewhere else from Peter Mc for my stay for my medical appointment I had asked them if we could stay at mercure because we had a good stay when I had my radiation treatment I may rethink my decision next time there was no extra blankets or pillows in room we were told there was food in the room for breakfast there wasn't we paid $15.00 for parking another gentleman only paid $ 7.00 I was thankful for the microwave the curtains didn't come together.

There were two disappointing aspects for us and that was the leaking shower and the noise the fan or extract piping made above the bathroom in our room (203). We did not have time to explain these issues at reception on leaving, as there was a queue and a trainee was being shown through various procedures etc.

It was great to get out of the house in Windsor. Staff were friendly. The restaurant team where we had dinner was very endearing and the food, we had steak. Was very well cooked. The rooms are looking a bit tired amd the seats had stains on them. Perhaps beceause you haven’t been that busy it’s gone missed. That said for the price I paid $135.00 it was fine. Something that I did find odd, was there was a window that I thought I could open and when I tried to open it slammed down very fast and nearly caught my fingers.
