All was okay until I tried to have a shower in the morning. There was a leak from the joint which sprayed me in the face and around the bathroom, this was to say the least rather unpleasant and got me in a not so good mood.

The room needed some work. Pain was chipped, mould in the bathroom and walls were dirty with scuff marks. When paying I was charged ema fee without being told about a fee free payment option. Breakfast was average. Food fom the hot section was nearly cold.

I did not stay on the evening of 29th October. I stayed on 28th and had booked again for 29th as my husband was in Royal Melbourne hospital. However he was discharged on the 29th and I was told I would get a refund. That hasn’t happened Very disappointed. We have been Accor members for many years. Jan R..

The building is old and dated. The breakfast is too expensive for what is on offer. The bacon and hash browns were cold and you only have one choice when it came to eggs, namely scrambled. The cost a beer (VB) was $11.00, far too expensive.
