Room was spacious enough for the three of us to be comfortable. We had a dinner and two breakfasts at the hotel, all were well-priced and good food. On-site parking was beneficial. Location suited our needs perfectly. Some great restaurants and a supermarket within 15 mins walk. The property is showing its age somewhat.

Rooms require renovation and housekeeping staff needs to learn some manners. Only good thing was reception staff

This venue is very tired, dated and in urgent need of upgrade - not the standard of accommodation we have come to expect of the Mercure brand; and very poor value for the cost we paid. The staff however, were welcoming and doing the best they could within a facility that is in poor condition. We only booked our room because we were attending a meeting onsite.
