It was okay, bar and dining closed with COVID restrictions. Wouldn’t rush back, as over priced given the building condition, and $15 a night for parking ridiculous

We have now stayed here twice. My husband has ongoing Medical Appointments at Peter McCallum, which is just 400 meters from here. The friendly staff,have been so so caring, obling and went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. The extras like turning heater on, an extra blanket and even a fan heater, to help keep my sick husband warm. The room service meals were amazing. We will be staying here every time we are down in Melbourne. We travel from Sale in Gippsland regularly. Thanks to management and staff for everything. We really appreciate your service. I stayed here the night prior to my surgery at the Royal Women's Hospital. It was great to be able to relax the night before and to be so close to the hospital for my early morning procedure. Great on-site parking kept our car safe. Can drive off the street into the driveway to check in which made check in a breeze (didn't have to find a carpark on the street to check in) Staff very friendly. Rooms comfortable and clean.

The hotel is conveniently located with comfortable rooms and free WIFI. There is a problem with the WIFI as the security on my computer system blocks use of the connection. The cost of parking is a bit high at $15 per night.

We stayed for RCH appointments. Our room was clean and tidy and very comfortable. Our room was tidied on our second day. Staff were polite and well presented. Staff were constantly cleaning high touch h surfaces and there was hand sanitizer available at reception when entering or exiting.

Quite good. Initially difficult to get to because of traffic conditions. Carparking was a little awkward. The roller door was lowered at night time which made it difficult to enter at this time.

Locations was good - really close to Melbourne University and the Melbourne hospitals. Room was good, nice and quiet. Services were limited due to cutbacks due to the Covid-19 crisis, but the staff that were there were friendly and hard-working. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff are professional and well presented but they are also extremely kind and compassionate. The room was clean and calming while the parking was easy to access. Due to the corona virus we weren’t able to eat down in the restaurant, so had to have room service. I thought the room service fee would have been cancelled as we had no choice but had to have room service but when paying at the end we were charged the room service fee. Also my sister is allergic to peanuts but stays away from all nuts, the meal she ordered didn’t say nuts but came with lots of nuts in it. For my desert I ordered sticky date pudding, usually my favourite but mine was as hard as a rock and I was unable to eat it so that was $13 wasted. Overall the stay was good, staff are lovely but food needs to be better.
