We stayed one night. The carpet in the halls was threadbare, the lift door opens before the lift has fully reached the level of the floor. We arrived late and while the staff were lovely the only food available on the 24/7 room service menu was pizza, spaghetti or garlic bread. After travelling hours to get there this is not what you want. There was no aerial cable for the tv in our room and reception did not answer multiple calls so we had no tv. The room was poorly lit with one bedside light missing all together. We could also hear everything our neighbour was saying on his phone-call s well s every bit of traffic that went passed. The bathroom was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable. I will not stay here again.
