While it’s a great location to north Melbourne, the apartments are quite run down, bathroom roof had mould. To be paying overs $400 with breakfast was not good value for money.

I had to get my key card replaced as it stopped working. Used the shower on the first morning and the hose had split, which made it unusable as water went everywhere, on the floor, ceiling etc. Told the desk about it on the way to my conference. On my return they told me that maintenance didn't work on the weekend and they had no free rooms to change me to. Not ideal at all. And no housekeeping on the weekend so ran out of sugar, tea and milk. My 3-night stay was not very pleasant.

3 night stay for business / conference trip. Hotel wifi was poor - a minimum expectation these days. Tired facilities in bathrooms and curtains.

I often stay at the Mercure. It is always a good experience. Staff are helpful and friendly, car parking is great, rooms are spacious and comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and large. Road noise is minimal and breakfasts are very enjoyable.

Room is spacious and pretty clean, however,it could really use some TLC or a refresh as the place looks pretty old and worn and has many stains. The shower had good pressure and was hot but the nozzle didn't stay in the holder resulting in you needing to hold it for the entirety of the shower. Overall it was alright, quite expensive for what you get but we'll located for what was needed (to be near the hospital)
