The hotel is in a great location, near the metro, bars and restaurants. It's quite new so looks clean and smart. They have a good cafe and food area. The staff were generally friendly. However, there was no bottled water or tissues in our room, the air-conditioning didn't work, the windows only open a centimetre and due to a design fault the shower being used led to the bathroom floor flooding. I therefore don't think it's worth the money. We paid more than €1000 for 4 nights which included taxes. I asked the lady who came to make the beds if we could have water, tissues and mentioned the aircon problem but she said no. Then I saw that she had tissues and water on her trolley! We just gave up. It's a nice, safe hotel but they haven't got it right yet to justify the cost

We have returned to this hotel for the third time this year and once more were very happy to be here. As usual very comfortable and clean property with accommadating staff and helpful.

Good accommodation but let down by the bathroom

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The accommodation looked great and the room was bigger than I expected but the bathroom was a serious let down. The bathroom leaked each time the toilet was used.
