Unfortunately there were not many options at the breakfast. Most of the items were empty and you had to ask actively if this is going to be refilled or not. We had to wait a long time to get new bread. Another family was also upset. Even Glasses were empty but you had to wait forever to get new one. There is room for improvement here. Service was pretty slow at breakfast. If people pay then please make sure they get a proper breakfast.

**Novotel Paris 20 Belleville** was conveniently located, with easy access to the Metro, restaurants, and local cafés, making it a good base for exploring Paris. However, the area surrounding the hotel was extremely unclean and often felt unsafe. Every morning, stepping outside the hotel was an unpleasant experience due to the strong smell of garbage and urine around the entrance. While the hotel's location was convenient in terms of transport, the condition of the immediate neighborhood significantly detracted from our overall stay. That said, the hotel itself was well maintained. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well equipped, providing everything needed for a pleasant stay.
