Myself and my daughter arrived different times. I asked the staff to make sure my daughter gets settled in and instead of waiting in the lobby they were so kind they got a checked in. She got in a room while my flight was delayed as a flight attendant with Delta she wasn’t stuck. She was well taken care of the staff checked on her. I’m so blessed and graceful. then after I arrived, I receive such welcome. I felt like I was home. This is Customer Service as it’s Best. The Prime hotel it’s really a family hotel. Everyone looks out for each other. I remember we took a trip to Paris. My daughter wanted to go on vacation and they were so kind to hold my reservation and credited me back for the days that I didn’t use, I mean, I would never stay anywhere else in London UK unless I’m with The Prime London make me feel love Welcome they are supportive, I remember also the heater wasn’t working in that particular room and they bought me a heating machine I’m not good with names, but you guys know my favorite my drinking buddy glass of wine, my Starbucks lover I’m so thankful for you guys. See you again maybe for summer.😘😘😘😘

Clean and quiet room. Parking seemed safe, but relatively hard to navigate with a compact SUV. The room that was first assigned to me had a broken down refrigerator and I was assigned another room. There was no water in the room, no slippers, no bathrobes, no hygiene kits (e.g., vanity kit or shaving kit). And we were not provided with any later. There was no welcome amenity. When mentioning it to the receptionist, he said that the colleagues forgot.
