Front desk non-welcoming. Always looked preoccupied with no eye contact upon arrival. Feels like you’re bothering them. No AC and air circulation is poor. Thermostat controlled at front desk so calling the front desk twice daily to turn on the air “circulator” NOT A/C.

The only problem was, that somehow hotels system had mixed my first name with another persons first name from same reservation and that caused quite unpleasant welcoming at the reseption. Otherways the stay and personell were supernice ;)
