I spoke to the reception agent who recommended a taxi service. The receptionist confirmed that it would cost the same as a regular taxi service. The taxi service asked me to say 150% over the regular price. Even after I complained and spoke to their manager. Never use the recommendations of the hotel and I feel like the receptionist were working together with the taxi service company. I would prefer a refund from the hotel for recommending the taxi service.

As a Diamond member, I received no status recognition or benefits during my stay. Upon arrival, no mention of my status tier or available perks. I requested complimentary late checkout—a Diamond guarantee—and was told it would cost extra, then dismissed when I mentioned my status. After the receptionist laughed and promised to 'confirm,' the late checkout was never registered in the system. The next morning, housekeeping arrived at noon without checking room notes, reprimanded us for being in the room, and left without apology despite the confirmed late checkout until 2:30pm. Additionally, the bathroom had poor counter space utilization given available square footage. The overall experience felt dismissive of Diamond status and lacked basic operational coordination. This does not reflect the service standard I expect from Accor.
