Good location and excellent price. Good size room. Clean and fresh. Good housekeeping. Front desk staff were professional and personable. Only disatisfaction was with the low water pressure in the shower.

Probably the worst hotel stay I've ever had. While I was upgraded to an Executive suite for two nights to do with the poor quality of the first room they gave me, I still had to sleep on a bed with someone else's blood on it for two nights. Apparently Reception struggled to get the cleaners to sort out the issue because it was a busy weekend. Unacceptable.

The issues you described, particularly the condition of the bedding and the lack of timely resolution despite your repeated requests, are completely unacceptable. Cleanliness and guest safety are fundamental priorities, and I sincerely apologize that we fell so far short in this regard. I also regret that our team's response left you feeling dismissed rather than supported. Regardless of internal challenges or a busy weekend, it is our responsibility to work together to resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally. While I appreciate that an upgrade was offered, I fully understand that this did not compensate for the distress and inconvenience you experienced. Your comments regarding room maintenance, housekeeping standards, staff attitude, WiFi communication, and the overall value of your stay have been shared with the relevant department managers for immediate review and corrective action. Please accept our sincere apologies for the disappointment caused. My room was nicely proportioned and quite large. The bed was comfortable and the blackout curtains kept it dark. I didn’t think the climate control worked very well and I complained to the receptionist but she explained that there was a central system. This wasn’t the first Novotel where I was cold. Also, neither of the small reading lights by the bed worked and there were several other maintenance items. Perhaps the room was due for a refresh. But over-all it was satisfactory.
