Had a great experience at the hotel. I stayed there for a week and everyone who worked the front desk was friendly and helpful. I was able to check in a couple of hours early which was greatly appreciated after a long-haul flight. The selection at breakfast was amazing, I really appreciated the variety of items. Very convenient location with the metro so close and a lot of great restaurants in the neighborhood. The room was a decent size for the city and the bed was comfortable. The only issue is there were noises during the night; it was from outside and I don’t know if it was from the metro or something else. It wasn’t from the other rooms, I never heard anything through the walls. Overall, the hotel was quiet.

Chose this hotel for the location right by the metro line. The beds are very comfortable, rooms had AC, it had a coffee machine and a water refill station in the lobby but the rooms are tiny and front desk were indifferent. Overall this is not a 4 star hotel.

We stayed for only one night at this pleasant, comfortable hotel but I would definitely stay again. Though right near a busy place, the hotel was very quiet. The staff were friendly and prompt, and the beds comfortable.

As soon as we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and this continued throughout our stay. The amenities were amazing and the room was cleaned everyday. We liked the cooled water and coffee machine in the entrance but a coffee machine in the room would have been preferred. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs and would stay there again.
