We had a very pleasant stay in Mercure Hotel, all hotel personnel were very friendly and helpful. We were given a spacious room at check-in, the room and the facilities were very good. Bed extremely comfy. Location is literally a few steps from the metro station and close to the city center. A safe and lively residential area with lots of cafes, restaurants and stores. I would stay in the same hotel next time.

Excellent location, excellent staff, good quality room. The room and bed were slightly smaller than ideal but we do understand this is a city-centre hotel. We would stay here again for sure.
