Room small and a bit muggy, airco not very powerful. Shower very slippery, I fell and hurt myself (bruised ribs). Very noisy people on our floor, hotel people did not intervene.

Most welcoming staff cheerful helpful we needed extra pillows and towels which they provided when they cleaned the room breakfast was excellent plenty to choose from the layout of the plates and coffee machine isn't in a great place and it's right next to the door where the kitchen staff are on a few occasions the young girl who had both hands full of crockery couldn't get passed due to. Guest queuing for coffee other than that spotless this is our 2nd stay here and would highly recommend great location for gare du Nord and Est also a no road noise not bad for a city close to metro and bus stops
