Nice room & new. Love the clothes dryer in the toilet. Carpet or sofa bed may hv dust mites as a few of us felt itchy & one of them developed rashes. Staff is polite & helpful.

The hotel was well located near the main train station and metros Nice area with lots of restaurants nearby. Although the room was small it was perfect for our stay. The beds were comfortable with a great shower Staff were friendly and helpful. It was great that we could store our luggage securely on our last day and continue to enjoy Paris. The only thing that would be nice would be tea and coffee making facilities in the room.
