We wanted to pay with cheques vacances ANCV connect (digital payment). the website of ANCV says that accor and ibis take this form of payment. We wanted to be sure so we called the booking line 01…. We expàlained what we wanted and the person went to check. On returning to the line they said that the Hotel could except payment by ANCV Connect digital payment. We just had to give a credit card to reserve. We arrived at the hotel around 10. The person did not appear to know about ANCV connect and said there was no way we could pay this way. Quite upset we said we would go find another hotel. He told us that since he had the Credit card reservation that Ibis would debit the card anyway. Nice service ! We were trapped and had to pay. Then he told us the list was not working and we were on the 5th floor. In the room the plug next to right side bed was not working. Also there was only one spare pillow, so 3 in total and no blanket. It was quite cold.

Nice room & new. Love the clothes dryer in the toilet. Carpet or sofa bed may hv dust mites as a few of us felt itchy & one of them developed rashes. Staff is polite & helpful.
