I was called and emailed repeatedly stating g my credit card wasn’t working to take a security deposit. It was full payment to be made at the hotel, so each time they tried my CC company said no as it was not asking for approval. I am a gold member and have stayed at many all Accor hotels and have not been hounded the way I was at this hotel. I won’t stay here again due to this. It was unpleasant

I stayed last year for almost 2 months and I returned this year due to the staff, especially Moussa and house keeping. The breakfast is wonderful and the cleanliness superb.

The hotel is right off Canal St Martin, with many eateries in the area and close to Gare du Nord and Gare de l’Est. The rooms are basic but very well kept and very clean. The staff is extremely friendly and efficient. A very pleasant stay.
