This hotel is rated as a 3 star hotel. It is really a 2 star hotel. We stayed for five nights. This hotel is very, very minimal and does not provide what one would expect at a 3 star hotel. The front desk staff was nice. Our room was on the 8th floor. One must take elevator to the floor below and then walk up a flight of stairs to access the 8th floor. There is a photo on the website showing a coffee maker and mini fridge with three beds. Our room did not have these items, nor did our room look like this. The hotel does not provide tissues, bottles of water, coffee/tea maker, mini fridge, and an iron in the room. We had to collect fresh towels, trash bags, liquid soap, and toilet paper from the front desk when the cleaning staff did not clean the room during our first couple of days and on the last day. There was a large section of black mold above the mirror in the bathroom on the ceiling. The room was very wet and humid. The area around and on the windows were dripping with condensation. On a positive note, the hotel was quiet. For the Accor brand, this was extremely disappointing. Our two previous Accor stays during December were at the Montparnasse Pullman booked through Costco Travel. We will not return to this hotel in the future.

Concernant l'accès à votre chambre au 8ème étage, nous comprenons que cela puisse être un inconvénient. Nos chambres sont conçues pour offrir un confort basique. Des frigo sont a disposition ainsi que la machine a café qui se trouve en salle petit déjeuner. Concernant le nettoyage, lorsqu'il y a une pancarte ne pas déranger les personnel de nettoyage ne rentre pas dans les chambres. Nous prenons note de votre retour concernant l'humidité et la propreté de la salle de bain, et nous allons examiner ces points avec notre équipe. Nous vous remercions pour votre commentaire positif sur le calme de l'hôtel. I was called and emailed repeatedly stating g my credit card wasn’t working to take a security deposit. It was full payment to be made at the hotel, so each time they tried my CC company said no as it was not asking for approval. I am a gold member and have stayed at many all Accor hotels and have not been hounded the way I was at this hotel. I won’t stay here again due to this. It was unpleasant
