As a ALL member with Silver status, I am entitled to a "Welcome Drink" but that was not offered. I am not a beggar. I didn't ask one and I didn' get one. :-(

The hotel’s location was very good. There were no hotel slippers in the room. The floors were carpeted, which was a hygiene problem for me. When we entered the room, there was a damp smell and the air conditioner was not working. There was a small wall heater, but the fact that the air conditioner was broken was still an issue. In the bathroom, there was only one shampoo labeled for hands, body, and hair, located by the bathtub. How can one shampoo be for all of them? That was very strange. Apart from these negative points, the bed linens and towels were clean. We were able to sleep comfortably.
