I took one look at the room, and left. I have asked for my money back. Room was the size of a closet, and the bed was dirty. There were bugs. I've never seen such a place. This reminded me of a hotel for homeless people.

The hotel is very well located and the bed very comfortable which made up for a nice stay. However, the room was very small and in need of renovation, especially the carpet is very old and dirty, it should be replace.

Pour door closing, quite loose, a bit nosy thus especially next to stair and banging doors. Loud air conditioning, whose boutons were damaged and thus uncontrollable The staff is nice. Skipped the breakfast

Very nice location, good facilities and breakfast. However, a room on the 5th floor is not suitable for someone 1.95 meter tall.... A warning would have been nice.

Hotel is old and lacking maintenance for a long time. First we got a disabled bathroom then we asked to change and got a regular bathroom but with no curtain or glass to close the shower, so everytime we took one, the space would be flooded. Overall acceptably clean but carpet is 100 yeard old so I never walked barefeet anyway... For the same price, I believe you can get better options.

I am actually surprised that this hotel is on Ibis portfolio. I have use Ibis many times and have always found the quality of hotels very good. This hotel is very run down and grubby. I can expect a small room for Paris city center and the price but I did not expect such a shabby hotel from Ibis. Fixtures and fittings were either worn out or broken. Rooms not cleaned or checked daily ( maybe covid related ) We requested the room to be cleaned and towels changed after 2 nights of a 4 night stay and we were told that it would have to wait until the next day. We had to request toilet paper and shower wash.

Very fit for purpose hotel for a (long) weekend in Paris conveniently located.

Friendly helpful staff. Would stay here again. Only issue was that my bed was a bit too high but I didn't bother asking for my room to be changed.

I usually like to Ibis Style brand, but my experience here was sub-par. The welcome and staff in general was friendly. The rooms were nevertheless small and of less good quality then what I would have expected. The breakfast - although partially still COVID motivated - was very simple. Definitely not my favorite stay.

Very nice and helpful staff and great location. Very noisy and bad looking hotel. All the Paris old buildings have small rooms, i understand, but the room looks worse than a ibis budget. It's wat too expensive for dirty walls and old doors.

The hotel is centrally located but I did not realise - nor was it made sufficiently clear on the booking website - how small my room was. The various post-Covid measures including the lack of self service breakfast and the lack of room cleaning in between the check in and check out, while understandable, could also have been better advertised and explained.

Positive points: Good location, great staff, nice facilitiesOnly negative point: I think my mattress could do with an upgrade.NB: I was there during the "gilets jaunes" riots in Paris and it was great that the hotel had security in place.
