The guy on in the evening was great, so helpful and friendly - and it's a well located hotel but it feels dated and tired. The bathroom was scruffy, the room smelled terribly of damp and hung to our clothes all weekend and it wasn't as we'd expect from an Ibis. That said the beds were super comfortable and we had plenty of space which was the only thing that kept us there. It's an 'ok' hotel but I don't think it's best value for the cost and I wouldn't stay again.
