Customer service was satisfacroty b u t could have been better. Air conditioning not available until May. Advised to open windows. Very noisy outside. Place looks a bit tired. Not as good as most ibis styles ive stayed at.

Basic accommodation. Good P. and value for money given its central location. Good breakfast given the P.. My sink was blocked but otherwise clean. Bit noisy at night if you are on the roadside.

This hotel was fine for 2 nights and good value, but for an ibis styles the quality was poor. The rooms are tiny, and I know this is normal in Paris but they are also dated and felt old. The public areas needed a good clean and a hoover , especially the stairs. The sound proofing is terrible. Our daughters stayed in the room next door and we could hear their every conversation through the wall! We had breakfast included in our stay but when we went to the breakfast room on the first morning there were no mugs, plates or glasses. When we asked if there were any the 1 member of staff we found just shrugged. We finally managed to find 1 mug, but then realised there wasn’t any coffee in the machine! No staff around to ask to fix this so we just left and spent a small fortune buying breakfast elsewhere . We didn’t even bother going back the next day.
