I stayed in this hotel for one night with a family member, and had to leave after this night as the conditions of the room were unsatisfactory. To summarise, I found black mould in the bathroom, the room was freezing cold and the heating didn’t work. There were stains on the carpet and the room was not cleaned well. There was also poor ventilation, lighting that didn’t work and various marks and scratches on the upholstery. I paid around €350 euros for two nights and I think the amount was grossly high for what I experienced - I personally would’ve paid around €50 a night for the standards I witnessed. They also don’t answer their phone or reply to emails. It’s literally impossible to get in touch with Ibis and they are utterly hopeless. I expected a refund but there’s no way I’m going to receive that with the lack of customer service they provide. Stay in the Crowne plaza round the corner, it’s 100% worth the money when you consider this hotel!

The hotel’s location was very good. There were no hotel slippers in the room. The floors were carpeted, which was a hygiene problem for me. When we entered the room, there was a damp smell and the air conditioner was not working. There was a small wall heater, but the fact that the air conditioner was broken was still an issue. In the bathroom, there was only one shampoo labeled for hands, body, and hair, located by the bathtub. How can one shampoo be for all of them? That was very strange. Apart from these negative points, the bed linens and towels were clean. We were able to sleep comfortably.

extremely friendly staff. I have always chosen ibis quality but for an ibis style this hotel has rooms that have not been furnished with attention to detail. Particular praise goes to the staff who proved to be extremely helpful and very kind. Very good also the breakfast. 10 for the staff and 7 for the room.

Tiny room with extremely low ceiling height. Not possible to stand in the shower. Banged my head on the doorway in the hallway. Horrible lighting, only a bedside table and power socket on one side of the bed. No trashcan in the room. Old worn and dirty carpets in the room and hallways.
