My previous stay, now towels in room (I understand these things happen) which I had realised before i got in the shower! Price for rooms can be expensive for what you get. No sink plug. Despite this i would come back again - next year i expect to have to be in Canberra more so will check prices and see

Stayed overnight for work. Staff was friendly and helpful, taking the time to answer all questions and direct the best parking/restaurants. Did not give a full 10 points because there was no parking at the hotel which was a shame. The gym was decent compared to other places. Beds were comfortable.

The hotel does not have an Accor run restaurant; so no Accor plus discounts. Also while "express" breakfast menu was provided as a part of Accor platinum status in collaboration with a 3rd party run restaurant within the same building, the express menu breakfast is very limited... i.e. a Croissant with a coffee. There also isnt welcome drinks available and hotel offered me "The Legacy" bottle of wine instead.
