Very Basic, no breakfast options and poor car parking plan

It’s well located and clean but I found the little things like the room presentation poor. For example in the executive room to have all the TV wires just exposed sitting directly under the TV in a Sebel quality Hotel just seemed lazy to me. A bit of thought to improve the presentation. We use Accor a lot being a Diamond member. As a Diamond member you get our breakfast normally included a toasted sandwich and coffee did not make me feel very VIP… I will be looking for other options in Canberra next time. Maybe my fault but I think highlighting that the closest car parking is a 5 minute exposed to the elements walk should be a must.

Facilities are fairly good for room. Unfortunately could not plug into HDMI to use own equipment in TV as it was locked down
