We went for a walk around 8 am and, when I returned at 9:45am, I could not find a few of my belongings. When I asked one of the housekeeping ladies, she said they cleaned the room thinking we had left. When I asked for my belongings- she showed the house keeping big bins. Milk formula for my baby, distilled water, my T-shirt and belt were there. I had no choice with water, so I had to pick up. I was in room 517 for the 27th checking out on 28th.

Disappointing experience. - Long check in line - No welcome drink or acknowledgement of Accor gold status, when asked about the welcome drink they said I could take a bottle of wine from the mini bar myself. - I asked for extra towels, and a toothbrush, these were not delivered. The second day I had to ask for the toothbrush again - the phone in my room did not work - the tv said it had Foxtel but none of the Foxtel channels worked - the tv was not smart so could not connect my own entertainment - I wanted to play music and they told me I could use the alarm clock in the room, but my room had no alarm clock, I requested one and they told me they don't know because there might not be enough - No parking at hotel, directions to parking lot was not clear and it's an annoying walk. The next day it was pouring with rain and got very wet trying to get to the car. - the lighting in the room was very white, no warm mood lighting (this one is just a preference) Overall I would never stay here again.
