Couldn’t get into hotel. Waited for 20 mins outside before they picked up phones to provide instructions of lock box.

Location was very good , but parking was in another building which was not that convenient when you have a luggage or not a good weather.

bathroom had mould, shower recess had not been cleaned, especially in the corners counter staff helpful but not fully familiar with available restaurants and eateries nearby. also was overcharged as online booking as opposed to phone booking was cheaper. air conditioning not working correctly
