The hotel is very clean and very well located, which made it a convenient place to stay. However, the customer service could be improved. I sent an email a week before my stay asking for some information but never received a reply. I also called because I lost something in the room; I was told someone would call me back, but I never heard from them. Overall, the location is great, but parking is not on site, which can be a bit inconvenient.

Seems to be a busy spot. could have had more information about quick parking options prior to check in. you have to upload a QR code in the lift to get the options. Also at peak times maybe 2 staff on the desk would help.

I think the Sabel should have a printed map of the way to Canberra parking and make it clear that the parking is subsidized. This was very confusing and we had to make our own way and find the subsidy.

Stayed for 1 night, room was clean and comfortable however the room smelled a little musty. Great welcome and staff we dealt with, good location, lack of parking could be a challenge however we were lucky to find parking nearby, love the fact there is an EV charger right outside the hotel

No attendance at reception past 10pm. Locked out of hotel. Evevators need to be tricked into taking you up. The lift that always is available is not for the hotel. You must press down and wait for this elevator and then press up! How is this normal?
