Average stay Did not like they layout of the room being a 2 bedroom and we were not happy about the car parking Also left a pair of new joggers behind and tried numerous times for a honest collection but all staff are in denial nothing was left behind

The room was in tidy condition, with flexible shower hose which is critical. Plenty of parking nearby at Civic Shopping Centre and also means plenty of decent food options around.

Family room was suitable, no on-site parking made it tricky with a toddler and baggage as paid parking 400 metres away was the only option. Bed and pillows comfortable. No garbage chute or disposal available for nappies was disappointing. One particular reception staff was very rude. Would stay again only for the close proximity to the city

The person at the reception was not welcoming at all, he barely talk to us with very short answers for any question with moments of silence before replying! I have stayed in the hotel for tens of nights and enjoyed all of them except this stay
