The room was basic with decent clean facilities. The handle fell off the shower and the aircon wasn't working. There was no parking

Overall it was ok. I think housekeeping needs a bit of work. When bed was made, it seemed rushed and sheets not tucked in etc. Part had fallen off shower door and sat on the bathroom floor for our entire stay. Did mention it to housekeeper as water would go all over floor when showering 7 night stay and coffee only restocked twice. Tea bags went 3 days without being restocked and had to go to reception to ask for more. Room was nice and overall a good stay. Just a couple of issues all with housekeeping.

Had a very poor experience with housekeeping. The room was not cleaned properly at all — the same towels were left for the next day, the bed was not made properly, and no proper cleaning was done. There were even used nappy bags left in the toilet, which were not removed. The room was not vacuumed either, which is completely unacceptable for any accommodation. Overall, the cleanliness standards were extremely low, and this made our stay very uncomfortable. Definitely not the level of service we expected

This hotel offers no service at all. I have no idea how it got a 4.5-star rating. In my opinion, it's only a three-star hotel.

Staying at the Sebel is a standard that I enjoy. Place was clean and well maintained. Pillows were fluffy and comfortable. I would not recommend the gym. The gym is clean but it’s at the lowest floor at the back of the building where they do laundry etc and the exposed pipes inside the gym. I didn’t see any cameras that would make me feel safe as a woman or fans that would help circulate the air. Also there were complimentary Nescafé capsules in our room which was lovely but the machine itself was so full of dust I wasn’t sure if it was clean or safe to use. Location was great for exploring and walking around the city. Lucky it was during school holidays that there were free parking around.
