Disgustingly dirty.

We stayed two different nights at the Sebel. Both rooms were disgustingly dirty. The mattress cover under the sheet was bloodstained and urine stained and there were long black hairs in the bed. The door to the bathroom had urine and faecies marks on it and the smell was offensive. We were greeted on both nights by two staff who could not have cared less apart from us being given a small bottle of wine because were Accor Gold Members. There was obviously no pride being taken in working in this Hotel. We will not be returning and certainly will not be recommending this Hotel.

A quick stop on the way home from the snow. An exceptionally clean and beautiful with a great location right in the city. Only issue is the parking, the website said there was free parking but there is only paid parking and not very much, we did not get one. This was an issue. If I don’t have a car I would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel itself and the rooms were nice, but the breakfast was absolutely dismal. We paid for a "hot breakfast" which was provided by the cafe downstairs. The breakfast was disgusting. The options were very limited (toasties aren't a "hot breakfast") and the food was not well prepared. The toast had barely any butter on it, and when we asked for more butter, they came back with half the tub of butter spread over the toast. We also had bagels one morning and they were barely toasted and we simply couldn't eat them. The breakfast was terrible value for money and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
