Enjoyed my 3 nights recently on a work trip. Ideally located, clean well appointed rooms and I was LUCKY enough to snare a park in the council car park at the rear of the hotel each night, but I wouldn’t count on it. The staff were ok and check in was easy however I checked my visa balance and was charged for items from the mini bar I didn’t take, a quick phone call and sorted no problems so can’t complain too much. If you have kids, a disability or the weather is bad with no on-site parking, it might not be for you. 4 stars minus 1 for no parking.

I wish information regarding where to park to unload luggage and passengers were provided before our arrival. Due to the absence of such information, I had to do the aforesaid along the main road (London Circuit) and not at the (what I was informed of after checking in) at the back of the property.

The Sebel Civic is close to the city centre and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and well maintained. We were travelling with two small dogs and the room was of a high standard. Will definitely stay at the Sebel Civic on future visits to Canberra.
