Good location close to main shopping area. Plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Friendly, helpful reception and breakfast staff. Room is simple but spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, kettle with tea and coffee. Breakfast is fresh and has plenty of choice.

The location was convenient and easy to access, and the breakfast was well served. However, the main issue concerned the bathroom, as the shower and sink were located in the bedroom, which made the stay uncomfortable.

Bedroom was looking tired with damage to the walls but ok for one nite

We had two rooms-my daughters room 521 had a broken electrical socket and the room was cleaned despite my daughter leaving a do not disturb card on the door whilst she was out I have never stayed in a double room before where the bed is adjacent to the wall and it is very inconvenient with 2 in the room. We would have appreciated a hairdryer and the lack of a bin in the room (just in the bathroom) was an annoyance.Feel it was over priced
