Went down for breakfast. People waiting for hot food had already been there for 15 minutes. 20 minutes later still no hot food. Asked staff a couple of times response was it does take time to cook food. We were sat near the kitchen access were at which point we overheard the staff moaning and calling the customers. Saying can’t believe they’re waiting for cooked food. We asked for a manager got told no manager on duty its Saturday and I’m covering a shift. We asked what happens in an emergency at which point she looked blank and shrugged her shoulders. Asked for a refund as had no Breakfast we were told that can’t be done. You booked online. Several people walked out in disgust. Never been spoke to like that.
