Hotel is great although rooms sparse - just the necessities for an overnight stay, I guess. Staff excellent. BUT - two pillows, I had an awful cough, so we had to put out bath towels under to prop me up. Two teas, two milks and two coffees. so we could have tea or coffee with our milk. Very clean - just a bit too limited on provisions.

Lovely hotel close to centre very clean friendly and helpful staff.We only stayed one night in a trip visiting family but would stay again if in Sheffield. Comfortable bed nice shower . Tea and coffee facilities in bedroom a bonus . Nice on site food at great prices

Lovely hotel, good location, amazing staff… but despite our best efforts we could not get the heat in the room below melting! Made it a really unpleasant stay sadly.

Good stay, only a couple of minor issues - air con in the nearby room to 303 was high pitched, sounded like a reversing truck alarm across the road until I worked out what it was. Pillows on the bed were very thick, felt like I had to bend my neck to stay in position. But these are two very minor things, everything else was a great stay.
