It was nice and clean but unfortunately no window can get any fresh air and sometime gets very hot and there's no even a little fridge to keep refreshment otherwise okay but there is no parking

We wanted a cheap overnight stay near Bramall Lane. We got that. Rooms are small but you have a bed, bathroom, tea/coffee and TV. Clean, secure and comfortable. Pleasant staff and good checking in process. Even free popcorn. It would be good if the receptionist was able to sit down though. Maybe a proper chair with a back (or 2 if you stack them) and more coffee sachets. Would return in the same circumstances.

Very disappointed with our entry to the hotel. One member of staff was on the phone. Another originally talking to another guest. We waited almost 10 minutes to check in. No apology for the delay. Poor customer service
