Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The room didn’t have a hairdryer and provided only one pillow per person. Breakfast was very basic but okay. Found the staff completely unwelcoming on arrival and at breakfast time. I wouldn’t stay here again!

i had booked 2 nights, and unfortunately had to leave a day early. The customer care team were very supportive and refunded me the second night when i checked out.

Hotel had somehow run out of room keys so I was taken to my room by reception staff who then told me if I needed to leave the room I'd have to get them to let me back in. Heating was broken No bin in room
