Staff nice. Nice to have check out at 12pm rather than 10am included. Room hot couldn't work air conditioning, no window to open. Noisy situation. Bed uncomfortable. No chair in the room. TV on wrong wall for the bed. Long black hairs found in shower. Charged £2 for half an hour to play pool with 1 bent and tipless cue. Not great when I had paid over £250 for 3 rooms, 1 night, no breakfast.

The hotel is very well located, inside the inner-ring road just on the edge of the city centre. No on-site parking, but we managed to book some independently very close by. Reception is relaxed and cafe-style. Unfortunately there were no pillows in our room and it took some effort to persuade the receptionist of this and get her to produce some pillows. The room was spotlessly clean and new-feeling. It was, however very tiny. We had book ed room for there and the third bed was not very comfortable and didn't leave much floorspace in the room. The temperature in the room fluctuated, and the window was fixed and couldn't be opened, so it felt a bit stuffy. This hotel is a good choice if you are not going to spend much time in your room and just want somewhere convenient and clean to sleep.

Cheap but there were some issues. On arrival, the staff gave us our key without directing us or even telling us our room number which we found rude and odd. The room only has two plug sockets and two USB charging slots (the USB slots did not work). The aircon also didn't work, the room was quite stuffy (in February) and windows do not open. The double bed only had two pillows, rather than the usual four. The TV doesn't face the bed which is a bit of an inconvenience. Overall, the room and bathroom were clean, although there was a weird musty smell in the corridors outside of the room. Worth noting that the toiletries provided were a "3 in 1 hand wash, body wash and hair wash" which wasn't great so I'd recommend bringing your own shower gel and shampoo. It was ok for the price, I don't think I would've been able to stay there longer than two nights though.
