It was difficult to find - sat nav took me to the back of the buildings (St Mary’s Square, which was not signposted, nor a square) and the parking was also confusing. Reception and coffee bar staff were good. One lift out of service ( not a big problem for me as I was on the first floor but lifts should not be out of order!) Room was TINY, and made up as family room, which I did not need - don’t think I requested that. Nowhere to put anything on the narrow shelf. Very basic, except for the price! (More than £120 room only.) one of your senior co-workers should stay overnight to see what I mean. Not comfortable.
