Amazing experience from start to finish. Very helpful staff at booking stage which is always appreciated. On site, every member of the personnel was very friendly and professional. The Domaine is very nice, well maintained and quiet. The food is delicious, the pool nicely located with always an exposure to the sun and the Spa is great. One point of improvement though: the breakfast service was quite long and disorganised. Not a big problem for us as we were not in a hurry but we have noticed some customers getting annoyed... Will come back!

The room is nice and comfortable. Very quiet and well isolated but food at the restaurant was a bit disappointing for the price of the menu. Staff was friendly. The fact that we couldn't use the fitness room freely was another bad note for me. Breakfast was nice but bread choices could have been better (especially we are in France).

Despite the lockdown there were many things to do, our stay was great.

It was as usual a calm and relaxing stay even with the restrictions co vid . Disappointed by the breakfast service but i can understand that there Was no buffet because of that . We had to ask many times for glasses of water they should have just put a bottle on the table there were six of us !! Swimming pool restricted to 1.5 hrs with reservation obliged but then again that is not the hotel in general times . We will definitely be back i love coming to your hotel

We stayed overnight on our way back to the UK. The hotel clearly took Covid-19 precautions very seriously. The rook was very nice and staff were very helpful. Unfortunately then food in the Piaf restaurant was not up to the same standard as the rest of the hotel.

Excellent stay. Nice place, not far from Paris or CDG and near to Golf green and Forest. Very nice room with Quality of bed and clear. Good attention and service from staff (thanks to Brice). Good breakfast. Due to sanitary situation, our stay was good.

The hotel is perfectly designed, the rooms are all very quiet and comfortable, the quality of the bedding is incredible. The outside spaces are large and very pleasant. The service is attentive and does everything to make you feel good. Le Val d'oise is not very glamorous but the location on the edge of the golf course makes it unique. As good holidays as if we had spent 3 days in a luxury hotel at the end of the world.

Everything was perfect even if we only could stay 1h30 at the pool (because of the circumstances). The food, the massage, the service and the golf training were excellent to relax and chill.

Beautiful hotel, modern and very clean. Friendly and professional service. Pascal in the room division was very attentive. The only negative point was that the fitness was not included, you must pay a fee to use it...

We are very pleased to read that your stay went well thank to our professional and attentive staff members. Be sure that you kind feedback has already been shared with them, and specifically to Pascal, one of our housekeeper. Indeed, due to new sanitary measures and social distancing, we had to adjust our offer to keep our wellness facilities open. Instead of sharing these spaces with 5,10 or 15 other people, you now get the opportunity to fully privatize our jacuzzi, sauna, hammam and the fitness for 45 minutes, which is really appreciated by our guests. Please make sure to book your time slot if you plan to enjoy these facilities during your stay. Besides, the access to our outside heated swimming pool remains free of charge.
