Stayed four nights in Aug 2026. Superbly appointed hotel, rooms spacious and extremely comfortable.. Restful and quiet with excellent soundproofing. Luxurious beds, great attentive yet relaxed staff. Great base for wandering around the Oise valley - L'Isle Adam a gem... ideal for tripping into Paris on train....We WILL return!!

Overall the staff were kind and the hotel is very nice! I would have rated the stay higher but the one thing I was disappointed in was the one experience we had. We had a leak in the washroom sink my wife had put her hair straightener and blow dryer on the shelf under the sink. The water leak caused her hairdryer and hair straightener to not work. We were there for a wedding and had to take a taxi to go buy a hairdryer. My wife hair equipment isn’t cheap the hair dryer alone is $450 cdn. We told the front desk the lady was very helpful to call us a taxi and tell us where to go buy one. I’m the type of person that don’t like to escalate things but to have no manger check in or even offer us anything is very disappointing. For this reason this is why I rated the hotel.

The experience was good considering the nice location and facilities. The service I considered weak and put me uncorfortable and irritated in some moments. The front desk attention, respect was the best, specially provided by the Portuguese lady. On the other hand one lady attending on the bar and one man at the restaurant, plus another one on the luggage storage were rude with, too straight on the way they talk without zero empathy or education. Example: I was waiting to be attended on the bar and there was some bottles of wine open on the balcon. The balcon was full of bottles, glasses, etc... the girl said loud to all the people around listen "you can not touch the bottle", very serious and aparent upset. The same lack of education from the other 2 guys I mentioned above. So a hotel like this one, very sofisticated, with high class golf player guests, families and companies, should never have such kind of service. Big disapointment for me in this first experience. realy sorry for that. Fernando

Facilities and rooms are great. Service is quite poor. -no communication in advance that hotel closed for private event, ended up spending 2 hours in train station waiting for them to open. Not asking to check in, just to leave luggage and relax in lobby. Terrible way it was handled. -Service is quite poor, brings me a menu for the bar when sat in lobby but no one comes to take my order, so i have to to up to bar and order, if its self service just say so. -general understanding of Accor benefits is poor, team is not aware of vouchers, welcome drink etc i had to explain to them that cocktails are included. Also zero recognition of my diamond status at check in or throughout, it was very transactional just using points and vouchers.

Stayed for a wedding at nearby chateau . The breakfast and lunches were delicious and the bartender made a wonderful old fashioned . Our room was a corner room and the AC the worked great for 95 degree temperatures ! Wish I had time to golf .

I was greeted by a very friendly smiley lady at reception. Each staff member i walked passed said helo. Fabulous room with a very nice view. Resaurant food was excellent, with lovely. music playing, staff were really good.
