We only stopped one night but everything was fantastic. Bed clean and comfortable along with bathroom. We would definitely go back and stay again perfect for short over night stay with family. The staff were very friendly & helpful especially the hotel manager Charaf who helped reunite our son with his cuddly rabbit that we accidentally left behind in the hotel. We are forever grateful Thank you Charaf your amazing

Hundreds of bedbugs in the bed. Left at 1am having been woken up by them biting me all overy body. Now spent five days itching like mad, had to buy creams and antihistamines to get relief. Will never stay here again.

Dear Accor Hotel Management, I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to express my deep disappointment with my recent stay at the Ibis Budget L'Isle-Adam. As a Silver member of the Accor loyalty program, I have always chosen Accor hotels, trusting in the quality and standards that your brand represents. Unfortunately, my experience at this property fell far below those expectations. Before booking my stay, I made sure that the hotel offered air conditioning in the rooms, as it was one of my primary requirements. However, upon arrival, I discovered that the air conditioning was not functioning at all, making my stay quite uncomfortable. Upon asking to change my room, the receptionist said that the AC of the whole hotel was down. When I requested a fan as an alternative, I was given a dusty, dirty fan that triggered a coughing fit as soon as I turned it on. Additionally, the overall cleanliness of the room and the toilet was extremely poor, with both areas being dirty and dusty. To make matters worse, I noticed the presence of bugs in the room, which I have documented with photos and can provide upon request. I understand that this property is not part of the Accor membership program, and I did not expect to benefit from my Silver status privileges. I could have booked any other hotel, but I insisted on sticking to an Accor Hotel even without benefiting from my provileges. That being said, I did expect a minimum standard of cleanliness and maintenance that one would associate with any Accor hotel, regardless of the brand. Unfortunately, this was not the case. Moreover, after getting back at the hotel at 1 am, we spent 15 minutes trying to open our room door that was stuck even though we were entering the correct key code. Given that I did not receive what was promised in my reservation, such as functional air conditioning, and considering the overall poor conditions of my stay, I believe a reimbursement is warranted.
