Trop ancien, cet hôtel à l'Isle-Adam n'a pas d'ascenseur ! Le bloc toilettes/douche est ridiculement petit, pas pratique et délabré. La clim ne fonctionne pas. J'ai l'habitude de fréquenter régulièrement un autre Ibis Budget plus récent qui, heureusement et pour le même tarif, n'a pas ces inconvénients. De plus, à cause d'un problème de santé qui me handicape actuellement pour monter les escaliers, j'avais téléphoné à All-Accor pour réserver en demandant s'il était possible d'avoir une chambre au premier étage. L'hôtesse au téléphone avait bien pris note et confirmé qu'elle transmettrait ma demande. A l'arrivée à l'hôtel, le réceptionniste m'a dit d'un ton pas aimable que c'était lui qui décidait et qu'il me donnait une chambre au deuxième étage. Je lui ai demandé si toutefois il avait été informé par Accor de ma demande spécifique, il m'a répondu sur un ton emporté : "Je ne lis pas tous les mails qu'on m'envoie, et de toute façon je ne vais pas vous le dire dix fois, ici c'est moi qui décide !" Pour moins cher, je connais des Airbnb et chambres d'hôtes bien plus accueillants.
