Anytime I come to France I will come to this hotel specially because of Sandrine. This woman was so nice and human. She is so great in communication with others and does her job with love and care. Thanks Sandrine for being so nice.

Was waken up in the middle of the night by the fire alarm / drill . There was no emergency it was only done because the police had requested it. Lots of noise on my floor (5th floor) could hear a man banging and kicking the door with his foot shouting out open the door , then the arrival of the police made it worse ! . There was no apologies on behalf of the hotel staff whatsoever .
