The cheese cubes had developed fungus, and there was an insect on the cheesecake. When I pointed it out, they simply took it inside, removed the insect, and brought the same cake back to the breakfast table! The breads,fruits were 3–4 days old, and the food was completely tasteless. Stale breakfast all the days after 3 night we had to change the hotel and booked Band B which was the best !

The welcome was great and the staff were always very friendly. My only issue was that there was a noisy macerating toilet machine sound above my room regularly throughout my stay, day and night. This didn’t give a calming feeling when returning to my room after busy and tiring days exploring. Slight and trivial annoyance was that there was no tv remote in my room. (I could have asked at reception but surely the ability to use the television in the room should be a given)

the window was half broken, the noise from the outside street was really loud even with closed windowns, the first night we had a car alarm ringing until the morning. The basin in the bathroom was not well flowing off. You can hear showers and toilet when passing in the corridor.

The weather in France is unseasonably warm, yet the cooling has been turned off, so we couldn’t cool-down the room. The staff were great and very attentive and responsive despite our repeated requests for the basics - free welcome drink, missing towels, and providing a pedestal fan. The bed was unacceptably old and very hard. We had the worst night sleep - five days later we’ve still got aches, pains, back issues and stiff muscles. The hotel is branded as a Mecure - it’s not a Mecure and needs rebranding be an Ibis.

Nous avons pris cette hôtel pour notre fils au soir de son mariage et nous somme mitigé par rapport aux services proposés par l’hôtel. Le climatiseur n’était pas fonctionnel et le petit déjeuner n’était pas servi dans leur chambre alors qu’on avait eu l’accord de l’accueil pour que ça se fasse.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und bemüht zu helfen. Teilweise kann das Personal an der Reception kein Englisch, aber trotzdem alles hinbekommen. Die Zimmer sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Bad sieht sauber aus. Aber die allgemeine Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist nicht so gut: der Kühlschrank ist wirklich sehr ekelig, vor dem Klimaanlagen Auslass sind große Staubablagerungen (ich möchte da nicht wissen, wie es innen drin aussieht) und auch beim versehentlichen Anstoßen der Stehlampe fallen die Staubflusen herunter. Würde beim nächsten Besuch ein anderes Hotel buchen.
