Ran down hotel, needs more than a few updates. No electric outlet in bathroom unless you want to shave. Beds are hard as a rock and pillows are flat. Breakfast was underwhelming. When I return to Cergy for business, I will NOT book this hotel again.

Really a miserable night. The room was stuffy and hot with no working AC and a window that only cracked open. There were no fans or any way to get cooled-down. Not what I expected from a Mercure hotel
