The weather in France is unseasonably warm, yet the cooling has been turned off, so we couldn’t cool-down the room. The staff were great and very attentive and responsive despite our repeated requests for the basics - free welcome drink, missing towels, and providing a pedestal fan. The bed was unacceptably old and very hard. We had the worst night sleep - five days later we’ve still got aches, pains, back issues and stiff muscles. The hotel is branded as a Mecure - it’s not a Mecure and needs rebranding be an Ibis.

The hotel has very committed and diligent staff, who are trustworthy and ensuring to secure our personal items. We are very thankful to them! The third bed was quickly arranged and we stayed comfortably in this place. Highly recommend this hotel in Cergy!
