Stayed here on a Sunday night in freezing conditions (-4°C) and the hotel had no heating at all. We were only informed on arrival that the heating for the entire hotel had broken on Friday and that an engineer would only come on Monday. This means the hotel had ample time to warn guests in advance or arrange relocation, but chose not to. The room itself showed clear signs of poor maintenance and damp: mould along skirting boards and behind furniture, damaged and swollen trim, exposed gaps near the floor, and mould and rust in the shower area. These are not minor issues and suggest long-term neglect. We were travelling with our son who has special needs, which made the lack of heating and the overall condition of the room even more unacceptable. Budget hotels can be simple, but they should still be warm, dry, and properly maintained. This stay failed on all three counts. I would strongly advise avoiding this hotel, especially in winter.

My experience during arrival at the checking was ok and staffs were nice, the room is clean, but toilet is too small no space between the toilet and bathroom. Also on the day of my departure, there wasn't water too take my shower, I left without taking a shower, that isn't good for a Accor guest.

J’ai déjà dormi dans plusieurs ibis budget, celui-ci est un petit ibis budget bien situé. Notre chambre donnait sur une cour donc c’était assez calme. Après le lit de ma fille était à faire en arrivant, pas de drap housse, no pour oreiller, donc pas top. Salle de bain vraiment minuscule, avec l’évier dans la chambre donc ça non plus j’ai pas trop aimé Par contre le monsieur qui travaillait dans la salle du petit déjeuné fut d’une gentillesse et a beaucoup fait rire ma fille de 6 ans.
