I booked over a month ago 2 rooms for a family of 5 a double and a triple room .On arrival they allocated us 2 triple room so a double bed and a bunk bed on top of the double bed in the smoking area ,lets me explain they have rooms for smokers ,which allows them to smoke in their room .The 2 bedrooms for my children and i were those rooms with the smell and the rooms were not even cleaned the top bed that was meant to be used for one of my kid was not even made ,it was dusty all around as well as dirty ,the bathroom was not cleaned .I can understand wear and tear but the maintenance is the least .the air con in my kids room was not working When I told the receptionist that the room they gave me and my husband should have been a double and not triple he went what do you want me to do ,I complained about the room for smokers for my kids and same answer and also we are fully booked . The breakfast is another story do not ever add it there ,there is nothing and the bar opposite offers better breakfast at a better price . Accor is a big company and that standard was very poor .Upon booking you should warn people that you have rooms for smokers and give the option to choose whether or not they want these rooms . That expert was despicable .Never again
