Upon check-in the hallway and the lift smells like cigar smoke . The bed was so hard and the shower has molds everywhere.

Our room was very dirty, there were blood stains on the bathroom door and all sort of human waste lurking. To pay over €100 per night for a dirty room is unacceptable
