That was my 3rd time staying at the hotelF1 in Cergy, and I had mixed experience each time. The hotel location is excellent and the booking process is very easy, that's why I keep coming back. My first stay in room 205 was unpleasant because the room smelled very strongly body odour from the previous guest, but it was only for one night. My second stay was in room 203 and that was very good, the room was clean and everything went well. However, my last stay in room 314 had many issues. The room was not clean, there were roaches in the bathroom and in the evening, it smelled very strongly garlic, perhaps from the kitchen? I did not have any food in the room myself. But the main concern was safety. There was a man who came knocking at my door at 3am, asking to come in to charge his mobile phone. He came back many times, so I had to block my door with what I could. The guests from the other rooms kept slamming doors every night during all my stay, so it was very unpleasant.

Rooms were stuffy. Toilet was blocked half the time. I paid extra for breakfast and there was no breakfast, just some rock hard bread and butter. However hot food such as Croisssants, Sausages and all was advertised.
