2 adults. 1 child. One night stay before departure for international travel. Everything was good. The hotel was empty but when I arrived a room wasn't available? That seemed odd. Silver drink coupons should cover more types of drinks, not just cheap beer/wine. I was never able to reach the front desk by phone. Heating and cooling were an issue. I was never able to adjust the room's temperature. It was very warm inside and without screens on the windows, I didn't feel like it was a good idea to leave them open overnight. At 530am (depature for CDG) there was nobody working the front desk. I waited a few mins. but had to leave. There should be better/more instructions for guests at this hour. Thank you.

Hotel and Grounds were nice. Room was ok however the aircon was not working and constantly blowing out hot air meaning had to have window open in the middle of February. Chairs in the restaurant are really uncomfortable and not practical for eating dinner. As soon as you ordered a drink staff ar shoving a pad into your face getting you to sign for the drinks, almost as though they make commission.
