Hotel is lovely but - no conditioner in room - used water glasses taken away but not replaced - tea and coffee not replenished - reception not helpful regarding these issues - incorrect invoice given to me at end of stay so I have another guest’s details and I assume someone has mine!!!! - menu not explained clearly regarding extra charges for assiette de fromage
