Dear J Moorhouse, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions regarding your stay at the Mercure Chantilly. I am pleased to hear that you enjoyed our setting and the friendliness of our staff. However, I am sincerely sorry to learn that some aspects of your experience did not meet your expectations. I understand that the noise from the team-building activities may have disrupted your stay, and I recognize that this can be unpleasant. Regarding the condition of the bedding, I apologize for this inconvenience. While our housekeeping team responded promptly, it is unacceptable that you initially encountered this issue. As for the bathroom, I take note of your feedback on the design of the shower cabin that may not suit all uses. Lastly, I am sorry to learn that your experience at the restaurant did not meet your expectations, both in terms of the quality of the dishes and the service. Your comments are valuable and will be shared with our teams to improve our offerings. We hope to welcome you again under better conditions.
