no sound isolation coming from the corridor in the room. Could be a suggestion to ask security to pass after 23.00 to ask people to go to their room instead of making noice in the hall

I stayed at Mercure Chantilly on a business trip and it was exceptionally comfortable and convenient, with everything I needed to work and rest. I especially appreciated the comfortable bed, Nuxe products in the bathroom and glass bottle to fill up with fresh spring water on each floor. I ordered room service for lunch one day and had dinner in the restaurant with my colleagues one evening, and both were very good. The buffet breakfast is also satisfying (especially the almond cake!) and convenient. Everyone I encountered was friendly and helpful.

You have a location with fabulous potential. However, many of the facilities (swimming pool, hammam, sauna, restaurant) as well as parts of the room (bathroom equipment and amenities) feel neglected. Also, access to the reception with a car and lots of luggage is very complicated: there should be a proper drop-off area. It feels like a 5-star facility in a 3-star suit.
