Very poor breakfast … was unable to have a taxi … had to sleep out of the hotel because hotel was unable to find a taxi at night …and did not advise me about having a taxi late at night Was very disappointed about this non service and it had to sleep out of the hotel to my extra cost I should of been advise that taxis are complicated to find after a certain time On top of it my room was not done on the 17 …. Regards

Breakfast was very disappointing. Dirty seats, with breadcrums on them. Coffee machine and hot chocolate was terrible. The hot chocolate was like water and had tastes of coffee in it and the coffee tasted like it had been mixed up with the hot chocolate in the machine. The entrance to our room - the floor panel was coming loose and posed a threat to tripping over it each time we entered our room. It needs to be repaird. We had to ask for a towel each day for our child as there were only 2 towels left each day. We had to go and request coffee sachets in the room as these were not replenished.

Overpriced. Had balcony room facing carpark. Room small. Our room fused & we had no power, due to a kettle with no auto switch off.

I had to stop driving through France as I have stayed here before it seemed an easy choice. Sadly the experience from the start was not positive. Making the reservation was extremely difficult via a central call centre who could not speak French or English and after constantly putting me on hold I gave up. I found the hotel number and called them directly. Since my last stay at the Dolce Mercury Chantilly Hotel 3 years ago, the property has been neglected. The exterior and gardens of the hotel have been abandoned. No care is taken for the garden which has become overgrown & very unattractive. The hotel staff were very polite and the bedroom was adequate except the bath/shower, which you had to climb into from the back to access the water taps at the front as the shower screen has been cemented to the basin cabinet! Extremely impractical & dangerous. Breakfast Room Service was available only via telephone and could not be booked the night before, hence I did not stay for breakfast.

The hotel is beautifully recently decorated, from the lobby to the restaurant to the rooms. Modern and clean. Lovely outdoor location with fantastic swimming pool. A great location to relax close to the city and airport.

Restaurant was no good, burger just classic one without any taste and meat overcooked Good breakfast Empty place without any attractive interest Good interior swimming pool No staff to help with luggages despite friendly welcome

Lors de votre réservation il était, également, bien évoqué dans la fiche de presentation que nous ne proposions pas de service de bagagerie comme cela peu se faire dans les Hôtels 5 étoiles. Je désolé de n'avoir pu répondre à vos attentes, malgré tout j'espère avoir la chance de pouvoir vous accueillir lors d'une prochaine escale. I am a long time client from Dolce however since it was bought by Mercure (windham) and recentely Accor, I am able to say that the changes are definitely not in the best... i oay the same price but the service and the rooms are not was they used to be. Not to mention masks on the chin in the kitchen...

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. At Mercure, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. Please be assured that we are taking the appropriate measures to address the problem and prevent future occurrence, in particular about the masks in the kitchen, the IT, the water on the tables and the parasols. We try to avoid papers, pens and other palpable thinks because of the Covid-19, but I take care of your suggestion. Our Terrasse room are not appropriate for a family, we advise you a suite of a Golf and Sofa (without a terrasse). If the terrasse is so important, I advise you to book 2 terrasse rooms for your family. About your points, I am not sure to understand ? You made your reservation directly to the reception and asked for a special rate with the polo club, so we did it. Your points expire in august 2022. 1) dinner in restaurant was disaster, we left after one course as no service 2) we had 3 children in one of the bedrooms, we asked 4 times for a spare bed to be added. Finally arriving at 9.30 pm

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the surroundings were beautiful and quiet, the staff very positive and helpful, we loved the view from our room right on the water and the golf and loved the new beautifully refurbished common areas . The negatives: The food at the restaurant was good however the options were limited and the desserts not great. In the room the semi transparent door was very bothersome and inconvenient Some of the outdoor areas could use an update Overall it was a wonderful stay, thank you!

This hotel set a convenient location question to the polo club. I visited a club in two days in a June. The staff are very welcoming and accommodating. The only downfall was the food. The pool was great although it was outdoors due to COVID-19
