Given a disabled room which is near the bureau and it was quite noisy with foot traffic and the restaurant. Hotel was clean. Did not have breakfast.

The breakfast let this stay down. There weren't enough cups for guests, I saw other guests eating croissants and when I asked staff for some I was told that was it there were no more. So only breakfast offering was ham/cheese and awful bread. I wasn't expecting a full buffet but this lacklustre offering combined with poor customer service has put me off. I paid for breakfast and got nothing.

The room was tiny fir 3people but we managed. We didn’t have any bathmat , we had to manage . But the worse was the breakfast . It was empty : no milk for the cereal ( only one type) , no jam , no hot chocolate , no orange juice . We had some coffee and bread touch with the bare hand of the receptionist after she touched her face , so no way we could eat that bread . Some customer were here for few days and said it was like this every day . We told the receptionist that if they couldn’t provide breakfast they should have said so at check in . We asked them to go to the other ibis next door but claimed that they didn’t want to help . So we end up paying for a breakfast we didn’t have because of bad management .

We know this hotel is budget, BUT this stay was really under budget! We whished for 2 Roms close to eachother when making the booking. The rooms we got couldnt be more away from eachother, on level 0 and 2. The rooms were poorly cleaned, spiderwebs and dead bugs + not nice smelling. Breakfast was really chaotic with not enough tables and chairs. We needed to wait some time to get a Seat. And then there was no plates, cups or glasses. We needed to wait again for the dishwasher to get finish. And then we needed to wait yet again for several of the foods also. Really bad breakfast, we will never order this again! The Coffee machine was not working during our stay. Service was needed. We are super sad for this experience and will not reccomend this hotel!
