Limited menu ok rooms overall stayed in better hotels for less money

My family and I were booked at this hotel for 3 nights to attend my nephew's wedding. There were no porters to help us with our luggage. Our room was ok but not as we had hoped. Tea/coffee making facilites were inadequte and my daughter had go to reception to ask for these. Paper cups on the tray but so, so small. There was no milk on the tray and we had to go reception to request this. Room was adequately cleaned. We decided to eat in the restaurant (8 persons) as the weather was not too good. My daughter and her aunt ordered Lamb Shanks. These arrived so late and totally cold. The waiter was called and he explained that the Lamb Shanks had come out of the freezer and should be eaten cold!!!! This was totally unacceptable. How can anyone eat something straight out of the freezer! They settled for a bowl of soup in the end! I noticed too that the lampshades in the bar area was very dusty. Having worked in the hospitality industry I notice cleanliness and uncleanliness.

the staff at the reception had no service at all.

We are sincerely sorry to read that your stay did not go well, indeed we wish that our customers have a pleasant stay and that they leave with a smile, know that we are sorry. First of all, could you give me more information by email at my address: h0… to inform me about the behavior of the receptionist because you say that there was no service, could you explain to me what happened? So that I can get closer to the teams and take stock if there has been any inappropriate behavior towards you. Also, you point out that the breakfast was not up to par, can you tell me if it was on the set up, things were missing? or if it's the staff? In any case, we will do what is necessary to ensure that this does not happen again, because we want our customers to have a pleasant stay.
