Our room door was open when we arrived, the room was not clean, and as bonus there was a surprise in our toilette. Breakfast was terrible. This was supposed to be an “on the road” 4* hotel stop… Worst experience ever.

Reliable Novotel close to the highway and CDG airport. Located at a quiet spot in a nice park, small swimming pool. Building is old but my room on the first floor was renovated and in good shape, with excellent bedding. Pleasant outdoor dining and good quality food. Several electric charging points are a plus.

We found the staff at the hotel very professional and helpful. The hotel was very clean and breakfast was superb. The location is excellent, as it's only a very short drive to the rear D station (with free parking available).
