we have stayed at this hotel several times (six in 2023) and have always been very satisfied. this time we could have been in a different hotel. The receptionist's attitude was not very welcoming. it felt like we were an inconvenience.

Dear ALISON, We follow up on your message, we are surprised to read your comments because after inquiring with our colleague who received you he told us in fact in the first room he noticed that it was cold and afterwards he told you changed rooms. He took a little time to take care of you because he was taking care of another family, which is why you waited a long time. And after our colleague told us that he changed your room in 173, he even helped you carry the suitcases. And then he asked you if everything went well, you confirmed that it did. This was during the crazy winter holiday when life seems to be a mad race, and this was when Novotel Saint Witz offered me peace and rest. Clean rooms, warm welcome, large parking and quiet corridors, woaw, just what I needed.

Marvellous little hotel

I was a little concerned since hotel is not directly at CDG airport, but the Novotel St. Witz was perfect for our stay just before Christmas. The hotel was only a short drive from the airport, and easy to find from the main A1 motorway. The staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. While the hotel is ideal for Parc Asterix, we drove to Disney too which wasn't too far, but make sure to avoid the D roads (local small roads with poor lighting) at night. Stick to the motorways on the GPS and you'll be fine. The breakfast selection included pastries, jams and other preserves and Nutella so our kids loved it, the coffee was strong and fresh which was needed after a long flight. We had a pizza from the bar at lunch which was hot and fresh, the beers looked good, but I was driving so couldn't..... Our room was immaculate, with both USB power and wifi l connectivity for our phones. The beds were soft with good pillows, the shower pressure was strong with fluffy towels too. We will definitely come back again when we're coming through Paris. Thank you to all the staff.

It was ok for a overnight stay. Lovely staff. Rooms are snug for a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 children). Sofa bed for the children are not that great. Bed is ok, but not great. Breakfast is ok.

I'm a platinum partner for Accord but never I received an upgrade of the room. Even last time the hotel was almost empty but they don't take care about your Accor status. If you ask this at the check in for the upgrade , they don't understand what your mean. Also as non French perfect speaking person, it's complicate to communicate. I'm force to stay in this hotel for many years already because my customers factory is close to this hotel. I'm very happy to stay in Accor hotels worldwide but not in this one.

Good afternoon Mr B., First of all, we thank you for your loyalty over the years to the group and our hotel. We thank you for taking the time to leave us your impressions following your visit to our hotel. We are sincerely sorry that your stay went poorly and that you were disappointed. For the upgrade, we are sorry, we always offer our customers the upgrade because precisely when it is calm we have the opportunity to do it. And we also take advantage of making room decorations, those called sparkle which are a little attention to the arrival of the customer by decorating the room. In your case, unfortunately the person at reception is in training so she does not yet have all the reflexes to have for our customers. Hence the fact that she did not offer you an upgrade even though it was possible. Please know that I will speak with her, to remind her of the procedures to follow towards our customers so that this does not happen again. The hotel is more than 40 years old, it was the first hotel in the hotel zone that was built. So we try every year to do renovations, two years ago we completely redid the terrace with the construction of a pergola. Last year we repainted the hallways. In fact, we make sure to carry out these renovations little by little to offer our customers a quality service. As for the electrical terminals, we are sorry if the noise from the transformer disturbed you in your sleep, we would have immediately changed your room, offering you a view of the park and peace and quiet.
