Arrived in the evening as I had a conference to attend in the area on the Sunday. Excellent welcome - Status recognised and free drink offered (take note IHG who has stopped this benefit!) There are a number of nice and affordable restaurants nearby (walkable). Room clean and fresh. We had a problem with the heating in the room and the front desk staff (evening 02/12/23) could not do more to help us. First she found us a radiator. Sadly it did not work well so she helped us to move to another room. Additionally we were leaving the hotel very early on the Sunday morning (0530am). The staff kindly arranged for a full breakfast to be available for us before we left. Excellent service all round! Free parking on-site which is a bonus.

I have stayed for 3 nights 1. Not value for money for this IBIS at Creil 2. No air condition 3. No fan either 4. No Kettle or tea bags in the room and at least no drinking water bottle at least for the first day 5. Very difficult during the summer night

Was put in room on 3rd floor on extremely hot night. Fan didn’t work and room was extremely noisy due to nearby road. Would not stay here again

Great location, for the NEXT hotel

This was by far the worsed Hotel I stayed in the last year. No Airconditioning or climate system (yet saying in the app it does), dirty room, hallway under contruction and offering a room on the top floor (with only stairs) to a woman being prégnant. The only good thing was the breakfast, for which they charge to much.
