The room was clean and although basic, did the job. Sadly the bed was not at all comfortable...seemed rather old.

The room was below average and very basic. no facilities such as coffee/tea makers in the room, no safe either and no face towels except for showering. No transport link other than an hourly bus to town or Uber. The only positive was the friendly and pleasant reception staff otherwise I would have rated a 4/10. The Hotel rooms are old and in need of renovation/ refurb I wouldn’t stay again if you asked

For work reasons, I have had to spend quite a lot of time in this particular part of the world. I have always preferred the Ibis hotels as they provide really good value for money and this one is no exception. However, what I would like to point out particularly is the friendliness of the team at this particular hotel. Always ready to greet the guests with a smile and are extremely helpful when things go wrong. I would signal out Patricia Chaudre as one of the more careful hotel receptionists!
