Stay was pretty good and nearby to airport with access to all the areas. With a baby I felt most comfortable. Ah the food is pricey but that might be due to the hotel reputation. If you include buffet with your stay then you won't feel the price

Upon checking in, I was informed that the property had a ‘No Outside Food’ policy whereas nothing of that sort was communicated to me at the time of booking. Neither in the reservation confirmation nor the terms and conditions of sale. The hotel staff tried convincing me that the policy should be listed on the reservation. I asked the hotel staff to show me on the Accor app and the booking email. They tried their best, but couldn’t locate. Ultimately, they blamed it on some software glitch/system issues. So, basically Novotel Mumbai Airport set forth a new condition that was non-existent in the terms and conditions of sale. And all they could muster was a meek apology. Even if there was some glitch in the system, why should the guest suffer for it? I tend to work late hours. I had a stomach upset. The in-room dining had only limited options on the midnight menu, and I had to stay hungry as I couldn’t order outside food of my choice. Ms. Deepika Jatwani - the guest experience manager tried making some calls, checked my phone and the app multiple times, but still couldn’t find any mention of the policy. Clearly, the ‘No Outside Food’ policy was not there in the reservation terms and conditions. The hotel FORCED me to use the in-room dining without me consenting to it. Had I known about the policy, I would have booked elsewhere. It was not even there in the fine print. I feel cheated. My experiences with Radisson, Taj, Westin were so much better. I can’t recommend this place.
