The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. The housekeeping team did an excellent job throughout my stay and was one of the few highlights of the experience. Unfortunately, the service from the front desk was extremely disappointing. They generated an incorrect invoice and, despite multiple follow-ups, the issue remains unresolved. What was even more frustrating was their lack of responsiveness—they were difficult to reach and did not return calls or provide any meaningful support. The breakfast experience was also below expectations. The food quality and variety were poor, seating capacity was inadequate, and finding a place to sit during peak hours was difficult. Additionally, there was no option for takeaway or packaging, which was inconvenient. The restaurant staff were not particularly helpful or courteous either. While the rooms and housekeeping were good, the poor service from the front desk and restaurant staff significantly impacted the overall experience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves customer service standards.

Everything great but the rule of no outside food and drink made it super inconvenient. The hotel restaurants are priced on a higher side and it’s not the most feasible to comply guests to get food at the hotel itself . It’s unfair and the rule needs to be withdrawn. Had a great stay with Novotel in past when Zomato annd other deliveries were allowed.

Comfortable stay with upgrade given however waiting time for room allotment was high and to make it more complex i was charged full amount on credit card inspite of reedeeming 2000 points while booking.still awaiting reinstatement of 2000 points back to my account
