I was incredibly impressed with my stay at IBIS Mumbai BKC. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic. It was wonderful to see such a wide array of food being offered. I cannot speak more highly of the staff - they were so accommodating and eager to assist. I would particularly like to mention Vidya - the lovely young lady who cleaned my room every day. She was just delightful and did an amazing job of keeping my room stocked and clean. I would definitely recommend the IBIS Mumbai BKC to friends, family and colleagues.

Dear IBIS team, Thank you for the reminder for feedback but my stay was not a memorable one. My room floor had some sticky substance scattered on the floor close to the cupboard, which I wiped with a detail wipe. It’s these small attention to details that really matter .
