My first experience with the Ibis brand was unfortunately a disappointing one. While the hotel's location was acceptable, the service and cleanliness were severely lacking throughout my stay. Upon checking in, I noticed spots on the floor near the sofa area that were never cleaned during my entire visit. The bathroom was missing shower gel on the first day, and even after I requested it, other details were overlooked. For the next two days, housekeeping replaced the bath towels but failed to provide new hand towels or refill the empty tissue box. The service in the breakfast area was also subpar. The tables were consistently left with dirty dishes, and there were coffee spills on the floor, creating an unclean and unpleasant dining environment.

Not a good experience. I heard the phone ring at 1.30 am to inform me i had a visitor. I told them i am expecting no one. They called again to inform a lady in coming to your room. I told them I’m sleepy and won’t open the door. After some time, there was noise from the nearby room. I called to the reception to tell them to lower the volume as it was midnight. After 2 calls the noise was lowered and i was informed that it was a mistaken call for a visitor. This is a serious issue to disturb someone’s sleep in the middle of the night unexpectedly. Also there was continuous movement of furniture noise in the room, even when i had specifically requested for a quiet room.
