Where do I start with my review? The fact that there was a half eaten plate of food right outside my corner room when I checked in at 6 pm in the evening (suggesting that housekeeping had not bothered removing it even after so many hours of the previous guest's departure!). Then I entered and was greeted by an incredibly small room with only 1 luggage storage rack. This and the small room meant that I had to squeeze my second small stroller next to the writing desk! When I went to use the washroom, there was one half used roll of toilet paper. After my shower, I noticed all the water escaping through a gap in the door and into the commode area, thus rendering the whole toilet unusable. A major design flaw, which meant that the bathroom remained flooded because whenever I tool a shower, the water would just accumulate around the commode and wash basin area. The room did not even have an openable window (not that most guests would want to open a window to look into the bustling chawl outside) but no air circulation. I chose this hotel because I had to make a sudden booking and other hotels in BKC and even nearby areas were exorbitantly priced. This was available at a lower rate and after staying here, I understand EXACTLY WHY!!! I'm not sure how this place would even be rated a 5 star, its a 3 star at best, a poorly built 3 star.

We stayed at the ibis BKC for 3 nights for a business trip, Hotel is located close to the airport and for the Gio world center, where we had our meetings. Property is well maintained. Food was delicious and comfortable rooms. Friendly staffs. Overall we had a great experience.

The room was horrible....the bathroom gets super wet when you take shower. The lights get dark in evening and half side of the apartment wasn't working, so darker yet. Everyday in my moment to dry my hair with dryer the alarm rings because the celling is low and the dryer inside the bathroom does not work with propertie.
