The Room allotted 1118 was pre occupied and when i entered at 10.30Pm some guest was already there, very embarrassing situation for both of us. I have raised a complaint and asked my organisation to take a strict action on IBIS BKC

This hotel is located on main road and near to JIO Convention center. Whole of the BKC is accessible from the hotel. Also service was quick and very good. Rooms were nicely decorated.
