I was on a business trip. Stayed for 4 nights. The stay was booked via HRS/BCD my company travel desk. However when I checked in at the hotel, they said I am not going to earn nights/ points for the stay as it was booked via booking.com. No clue whatsoever as the trip was for business and I would have avoided my stay here, if it was the case. I am a gold member for accor and prefer better transparency given the stay was booked for business and the amount I paid was almost good enough for a better stay. However, I won't choose this hotel further in my future stays and also, I would avoid Accor stays given the complexity of the program. I am a member of Mariott Bonvoy and the support with program is seamless. Not a preference stay given the money I spent. I would advise under these circumstances to avoid these properties. Dissatisfied with accor service.
