I checked into my room on the evening of 6th April 2026. However, at approximately 9:00 PM on the same night, another individual entered my room using a key card that was apparently also active for the same room. This incident was extremely alarming and constitutes a major security and privacy breach. As a paying guest, I expect the hotel to ensure that my room remains secure and accessible only to authorized occupants. The fact that another person was able to enter my occupied room using a valid key is completely unacceptable and caused significant distress and concern for my personal safety. In addition to this serious issue, I also experienced poor housekeeping standards. Upon checking the bathroom amenities, I found that there was no shower gel, no shampoo, and no moisturizer provided. When I contacted housekeeping, the staff member who attended simply filled the same liquid into both bottles, which appeared highly unprofessional and raised concerns regarding hygiene and service quality. These incidents reflect serious lapses in both guest security and hospitality standards, which I did not expect from a reputed hotel such as yours. I request a formal explanation regarding how this security breach occurred, along with the actions being taken to ensure such incidents do not happen again. I also expect the hotel to address the service deficiencies experienced during my stay. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

Over all experience was good , only concern i had was calling lines from room to room service/reception is not responsive . one have to call 3-4 times to get connected. I missed charger cable on in my room after that i called hotel 10 times but either call didn’t get answered or if answered they transferred call from here to there but no one took responsibility to check .

The Rooms Need Re-Furbishment. Sizes Are Good For A Solo Traveller But Feels Cheap Considering Part Of Accor.
