Bedsheets were dirty. Rooms were smelly. Key cards were not functioning properly.

1. AC was not working to its best 2. Hangers in wardrobe were missing 3. White small table was not there 4. Hotel slippers were not there 5. Juice glasses weren’t there for breakfast. Paper cups were given 6. Cutlery was missing on the table.. looks like shortage of staff or no floor manager. 7. Finally, small cockroach’s in the room. It was very disappointing this time…
