Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to bring to your notice the extremely poor experience I faced during my stay at your hotel. There were no clean towels provided in the room. Despite repeated attempts, no one responded to phone calls made to the reception. Breakfast was not served, even after I clearly informed the staff that I was willing to pay for it. As a result, the guest was kept hungry for a long time, which is unacceptable. Additionally, the room keys were not working properly, causing repeated inconvenience. The room was also infested with mosquitoes, reflecting poor hygiene and maintenance standards. Such service and conditions are highly disappointing and not expected from a professional hotel. I request you to look into this matter seriously and take immediate corrective action. I expect a prompt response and appropriate resolution.
