a) Breakfast was average b) No toiletries were placed. When asked for toothbrush, I was provided a brush which is not covered. c) Bill has not yet been provided.

Not worth the tariffs, rooms very tiny, bathrooms like those of airlines, tiny, portacabin type, not even stocked well with hand wash or soap or shampoo

The quality of the hotel staff and food has deteriorated along with the room itself . 1. Billing - at the time of check-in I was asked to pay a higher amount than what I had already booked via the website and I was told that your Accor website had a problem with GST calculations 2. Room - musty smell. Dirty walls. Didn’t feel hygienic at all 3. Poor quality food - dinner was extremely bad and I shared this feedback while paying for the meal. If the kitchen staff didn’t have required ingredients to make my dish ( veg noodles ) - they who have asked me to pick an alternative dish! 4. At breakfast I requested for a take away disposable cup of tea. The staff declined saying take away cups were not available. Yet in front of me your staff poured themselves a hot beverage in a disposable take away cup for personal consumption!! They can’t even lie smartly! The only advantage continues to be the location which doesn’t mean you take guest experience for granted!

Hotel is good for stay. But my experience with reservation counter is not good, I got bill of different room. No one receives call, and response to call is very poor. Food quality is good.

It took almost 1 hr for checkin. Staff behaviour was not suitable for hospitality industry . Had one senior guest with us . On requesting to help him with big bag , answer was no it’s self service . Wrong Oder delivered to our room and on questioning behaviour of serving staff was rude . Overall average stay . Will not recommend

Room space is very less to move around Bathroom space is absolutely unacceptable-flexible door which one can fall when tried to hold rather I got slipped Response over the phone very poor with the reception Check in time and billing time took long

Have stayed here before. Good value for the money. Amenities are more than the “normal” European Ibis - such as room service, housekeeping, concierge, bell-boys, a wide breakfast spread, restaurant, etc. - I suppose that’s the advantage of being in India. Elevator doesn’t go to parking level though the elevator control buttons show -1 & -2. Rooms are standard Ibis design and supplies. Overall, couldn’t ask for more at this price level.

I stopped short of captioning this review as value for money since this time it was not. The room rate was C. Rs 7500 per night exclusive of taxes. And an ibis format hotel at that rate is super expensive!! This may perhaps be a supply demand issue, however I found this rate very very high

I am member of Le Accor and had stayed with your Hotel before as well. The location is very convenient specially when travelling international and have long lay overs in mumbai. I had some problem with the reservations but the staff at front desk was very helpful with resolution to my satisfaction. F&B staff was also very polite and helpful which made our stay plesant.

The staff are excellent and I credit to the hotel, the room was small but fine as it was for just one night, the carpets in the hallways do need changing as it’s looking a bit grubby. Overall a good stay, I didn’t have breakfast so I can comment one this.

The staff at the front desk is absolutely rude. Had a very unpleasant experience. This is the worst accor hotel i have ever stayed in. Never again IBIS Mumbai for sure. The front office staff took a deposit despite making a full payment in advance which they later appologized for and returned.

I booked hotel as it is close to Airport. Check in was ok, very friendly. As GOLD member, IBIS offered me complementary welcome drink and airport drop. Small room with typical IBIS style furniture but for 1 night is ok
