a) Breakfast was average b) No toiletries were placed. When asked for toothbrush, I was provided a brush which is not covered. c) Bill has not yet been provided.

Not worth the tariffs, rooms very tiny, bathrooms like those of airlines, tiny, portacabin type, not even stocked well with hand wash or soap or shampoo

The quality of the hotel staff and food has deteriorated along with the room itself . 1. Billing - at the time of check-in I was asked to pay a higher amount than what I had already booked via the website and I was told that your Accor website had a problem with GST calculations 2. Room - musty smell. Dirty walls. Didn’t feel hygienic at all 3. Poor quality food - dinner was extremely bad and I shared this feedback while paying for the meal. If the kitchen staff didn’t have required ingredients to make my dish ( veg noodles ) - they who have asked me to pick an alternative dish! 4. At breakfast I requested for a take away disposable cup of tea. The staff declined saying take away cups were not available. Yet in front of me your staff poured themselves a hot beverage in a disposable take away cup for personal consumption!! They can’t even lie smartly! The only advantage continues to be the location which doesn’t mean you take guest experience for granted!

Hotel is good for stay. But my experience with reservation counter is not good, I got bill of different room. No one receives call, and response to call is very poor. Food quality is good.

It took almost 1 hr for checkin. Staff behaviour was not suitable for hospitality industry . Had one senior guest with us . On requesting to help him with big bag , answer was no it’s self service . Wrong Oder delivered to our room and on questioning behaviour of serving staff was rude . Overall average stay . Will not recommend
