Everything about the hotel is good except the check in and check out time. It took almost 33 minutes to check in when I reached hotel and almost 25 minutes to check out which should improve. Check out time has to be minimal as people are rushing for flights.

I recently stayed at the Ibis Mumbai, and unfortunately, my experience was far below expectations, particularly with the service and hospitality. Here's a detailed account of the issues I faced: Unresponsive Staff The staff at the hotel seemed disinterested and inattentive. Despite my attempts to communicate my requests, it felt as though my concerns were not taken seriously. I would expect the staff at a reputed hotel to prioritize guest needs, but this wasn’t the case here. They often appeared indifferent, making interactions frustrating. Delayed Service The delays in service were extremely inconvenient. Simple requests for cutlery or room service items took excessively long to fulfill. On one occasion, it took them 40 minutes just to deliver cutlery to my room. For a hotel of Ibis’ caliber, this is unacceptable. Prompt response times are a key part of quality service, and this experience fell significantly short. Poor Hospitality The hospitality left much to be desired. A warm, welcoming atmosphere is a hallmark of any good hotel, but the lack of attentiveness and care from the staff gave the impression that guest comfort wasn’t a priority. This lack of hospitality made my stay feel less than comfortable and left me disappointed.
