Our stay at Ibis Mumbai international airport was absolutely great. The hotel is well located and very convenient. But the best part is the service we received from the whole team who went over and above at every interaction. The front office team was always pleasant and accommodating. Every little request was well taken care of. Special mention for the butter chicken at the restaurant which was one of the best we had In a very long time, we loved it so much that we ordered it 3 times during our stay. Kudos to the chef. Thank you team Ibis Mumbai airport for making our stay a great one.

The room which i stayed had continuously noise coming at regular interval. Could not have proper rest and good sleep. Dont know where the noise is coming from inside or outside but check very frequently and worst

Company booked double occupancy with 02 nos. of child with age 5 & 9 years with extra bedding. However, the personnel at reception didn't agree for extra bedding and informed that for 9 years child breakfast will not be complementary and will be chargeable. In other hotel where such type allotment has been done breakfast is complementary for all family member. Thats why i have checked out earlier. Kindly review the hotel policy as it is painful for guest.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff were professional, helpful, and always willing to assist. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The overall service experience was smooth, and the facilities met my expectations. I appreciate the hospitality extended during my stay and would be happy to recommend this property to others.
