hotel itself is nice and clean. Good breakfast too. The service is horrible. The checki n process can take anywhere from 30 mins to 1 hour. The hotel is not aware of details of online bookings. I had two bookings and for both the hotel wanted to charge me extra we are talking 50000+ rupees. Lucky I checked my online booking and even then they argued saying that the tax is more or some excuse. We had also paid for breakfast and our name was not on the list and the staff had to ask us to wait until they checked via a phone call. this is quite embarrassing. your staff needs more training to handle these issues. ordered a cup of tea from room. and took an hour to get it very slow service for an overpriced cup of tea. Ordered an uttapam one morning and waffles another morning both rook around 45 minutes to arrive. The housekeeping staff never replace all the items. sometimes they would just give one towel Check out process was not smooth as well. Amy brother in india was paying for accommodation with his Indian credit card. it was taken on checkin and hold ut on it. I checked with the receptionist night before check out and they said they had everything and check out should be easy. In the morning, they needed credit vats again as the hold expires in 14 days and need the card again causing frustration. I think the staff need to be more aware of all the processes and need more training. luckily, we could send a payment link to my brother to pay.

Good location, service is nice too, but only thing is that the food could have been better in Buffet when cost is high... Also I did not get bonus points for my stay & also didnt get 20% more bonus when booking through app.
