Very pleasant stay! Very helpful staff all around and good to see the young at work! There are a few who stood out, Vasu and Sangeetha at the restaurant, Bhavana at the front desk and a few more whom I do not have the names. Very good breakfast at the restaurant, great tasting spread of food!

You'll find small rooms that are super clean and well arranged everyday. Thanks to Athit, Ajay who use to setup my room. Food is tasty and wide range to choose from. Chefs are really prompt to provide customization as per your taste. The whole team is very Young and you'll see all smiling faces, running here and there generating good vibes... Yes, there is chance of improvement in room service. When you order food from room, they forgot the order completely...this happened thrice in 15 days of stay... Also sweet section needs quality checks....two times I found and reported the condition of sweets... Once Gajar Halwa was over cooked which turned sugar syrup to off smell...second was Rasmalai and White chenna rasgulla which got fermented and had sour taste.. Chefs tasted both times and was on the same conclusion. I travel a lot and last year I was to somewhere around 200+ cities....Still I'll remember smiling faces of young team here....wish to come back again.... Thanks !!

We stayed at the hotel for a couple of weeks and really enjoyed it. The hotel is in a good location with excellent transport links to the airport. The room we stayed in was comfortable and spacious with a large bed. It had all the amenities required including universal charging ports, a safe and mini-fridge. The restaurant is great with an excellent buffet breakfast. The best characteristic of the hotel is the staff - they are friendly, courteous, helpful and always went above & beyond with our requests. I would stay there again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a hotel in that area.

Need to improve quickly on Food services and quality of staff

1. Restaurant is serving cold food most of the time. I have taken buffet 3 days and complained as well but no heed. 2. Need well trained staff. I’ve put DND in my room, but cleaning services still use to ring bell. 3. Check in time is high instead of full paid stay

The stay was good. Food is good. Response time for services can be improved from the reception. I had to remind two times to start airconditioning in the gym in a 15 min gap. (Should not be taken as blame and complain against individual) Landline should be kept in gym to be able to communicate to reception in case of emergency. Almost all televisions , you tube, OTT has been provided . Appreciate if it can be working with internet connected.

Good stay but understaffed

Had a descent experience. Had booked 3 different rooms. Rooms were cleaned regularly and it was clean. Good work was done by Adnan and one of her female colleague. Lifts had some issues at times. Key card used to stop working all of sudden. There should be some emergency phone to reach front desk on all floors. Also the restaurant staff is very understaffed. One guy was taking orders and delivering in the entire restaurant. Felt sad for the chap. He still managed to take care of it. His name was Sudeep. Remaining staff in restaurant was very courteous. Food was home like.

Nice room and good stay. But In room dining experience was quite bad. Service took time, and wasnt given cutlery, plates etc with food (which might be due to covid, but was still a bad experience). And taste of food was also very bad. Otherwise, great stay.
