Lift made wait for 15-30 min to go down or breakfast. It could have been fixed in 2-4 hr but it took them more than 14 -15 hr

I had a superb and comfortable stay at ibis Mumbai Vikhroli. I arrived before my check-in time, but after a short wait of around 20 minutes, I was allotted a room. Ms. Samruddhi at the reception handled my check-in smoothly and explained all the hotel facilities very well. Special thanks to Ms. Sandhya for arranging a good room with all the amenities. During checkout, again Ms. Sandhya & Mr. Michael at the reception was very helpful and professional, making the process smooth and hassle-free. At the restaurant, Mr. Praful served us during dinner with a warm smile and great hospitality. During breakfast, Mr. Jabir and Mr. Rohit were also very attentive and courteous. Overall, my stay was amazing and memorable. Kudos to the entire team for the excellent hospitality!
