I have bad experience every time at the time of check-out, people are starting to check on the payment receiving when i coming to desk, despite i am calling 1-2 hour before to check on payment, but it is not happening, i am a regular visitor and this is the experience, i have a very good experience in Hotel IBIS, Thane, smooth check in and check out

Everything was great. Staff breakfast dinner. I liked the managers attitude to wish the staff first New Years which shows his genuine interest with them. The only point I think that was a bit of a disappointment was providing wooden cutlery for inroom service which i felt was a bit cheap.

I had a great and pleasant stay in IBIS Vikhroli. The rooms were upto the standards. The staff was cooperative and efficient. The bathrooms and toiletries are standard across and upto the mark. The Breakfast is very good with pretty good options in both veg and non-veg. Highly recommended.
