Morning breakfast service and quality of food is really not good

For someone who always comes and stays almost a week every time I visit - I did notice upgrades in terms of teams service and the food quality & variety. Happy to know that you are taking few steps in the right direction, but I have to say there is still a lot of steps need to be taken. , I have to compliment the chef as this visit the food menu options especially in à la carte and it’s taste is far more superior, including the dinner buffet, with each dish having their DISTINCT taste & felt FRESH. I have nothing against Room cleanliness because the guys are doing a fantastic job but then in terms of the price point the quality and the size of the rooms are they feel claustrophobic for my stature 2nd day onwards. TUSHAR, don’t go by his size- he is rocket 🚀 - Gentleman with Bun (sorry missed his name)- own best smile in ibis, the lady who makes chai (True lifeline of breakfast) and the lady (person with disability) in white shirt, and Kanak for her liveliness, they ALL were really kind to me and helpful throughout my stay. It was their service, attentiveness and assistance that Made my stay this time even more comforting. However, with breakfast being the epicenter of the entire hotel, I still feel it needs improvement: • For refilling the food • For refilling cutlery and crockery • For refilling and refreshing the buffet chafing dishes • And refilling should not only happen but needs to happen faster and more smoothly So that if the juice, muesli, or even serving glasses and bowls run out, it doesn’t take ages to replenish the supplies because frankly, many times they never get refilled at all.. And if anyone in management believes the LIVE counter can be handled by one person, especially when the restaurant is fully packed, you really need to come to the floor because that expectation is completely unrealistic and disconnected from reality! ————— Structurally speaking, with 15 floors and just two elevators, it took me and a friend seven attempts to get a lift with space during breakfast hours from 6th floor. Most of the times, I ended up walking down from the 11th floor instead which is much faster, and honestly, more pleasant than being squeezed in. ————— Thank you once again for everything ! Food for Thought - 1. Area infront of Lobby could be used for customers (not smoking) to relax… with access from lobby ! 2. A walking track stretching the internal perimeter of the hotel with some calorie markings would be great 👍 initiative. Hopefully the garbage dum outside the hotel will be fixed or reduce to a side some day!

Toilet is not clean and room service is bad. The people in reception is not helpful and answer very rudely
