The overall experience was good but I would like to specifically mention few: 1. Experience with the reception and the staff were excellent 2. Breakfast was excellent (I really enjoyed the authentic food) 3. The room stay was not satisfied so much because there was a lot of noise. For instance, when someone opens/closes the door outside in some other room, the noise is very much vibrated in the room. Also when someone uses flush in the toilet, the noise is vibrated. 4. The toilet is space is very small and it is very difficult for the tall persons to navigate inside.

I have stayed at ibis, Vikhroli over ten times in the past two years. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in the overall quality recently, which is disappointing given the positive experiences I had in the past. A few notable issues: - The cut fruits served at breakfast were not fresh. - My order of a sunny-side-up egg took 22 minutes to arrive, even after following up three times. - Basic room amenities like toothbrushes and razors required multiple reminders to be replaced. - The guest service phone was often unattended, making it challenging to reach staff when needed. These experiences have made the property less appealing for return visits.

The stay was good. The food rates are on a higher side when compared to other 3 star hotels. The food taste was average If we come as a group its very difficult to visit the rooms on the other floors as we can access only our floor. Due to this it is difficult to visit our friends or relatives staying on other floors
