While the stay was decent enough, the expectation was a bit more than what i experienced. The rooms are a bit cramped for the price that was paid.

We were travelling with a senior citizen parent who has limited mobility. We requested the hotel for a wheelchair accessible room with grab bars in bathroom. The hotel staff was very helpful took great care of us. The breakfast was good. The location is convenient. I would highly recommend ibis Vikhroli for their overall service.

Very smooth check in even at 1 am. Decent breakfast and room service. Very good food quality. However location is a bit odd- it was not easy for a friend of mine to visit me due to evening traffic.
