My wife, parents and I came to Ibis Vikhroli as the location was very close to our designated adoption centre where we would meet our daughter. We were here for a week, and on the penultimate day - the day of the adoption - the whole team at Ibis Vikhroli made our room ready in such a touching manner that it was an unforgettable welcome for us and our daughter. The detailed effort they took to ensure our daughter’s comfort is something we will never forget.

Extremely poor service 1. Too much of delay in providing cutlery in the room 2. Too much delay in providing bath accessories 3. Too much delay in delivering food In one of the instance, I have to go to reception, requesting for the items. Staff has "Dont care" attitude. Post my stay, I have been following up for the invoices copy to be sent on my email/whatsapp but there is absolutely no response.

I have requested for change in GST while checking out they were not able to do the same. They told revised invocie will be sent to my email id which is not been sent yet, Request you pls updated GST and send me the revised invoices. My colleque had stayed with me and his GST number was correct. Request you pls do the needful.
