This was my third time staying at the Ibis Mumbai Vikhroli hotel. I stayed twice last year. Overall, the service is still of a good enough standard. My only complaint would be about the quality of the food which I felt was better when I stayed in 2022. Housekeeping and engineering are, for the most part, prompt and efficient. There were a few times when calls/ requests made to the front desk were not met and had to be repeated a few times. I understand that staff can often get overwhelmed. It might be helpful to, therefore, have a better staffed front desk to reduce the pressure. I would particularly like to recommend Mr. Clyde Lobo from the housekeeping crew who looked after our room for most of our stay and did such a wonderful job. Members of the security staff (Mr. Deepak and the two Mr. Karan) were also very helpful.

I had stay for 7 nights in this 7 nights i faced issue since 1 st day during check in i came early cause i had rescheduled flight so i waited for 2 hrs after 2 hrs they provided me twin room even after i mentioned for queen size bed. Then on 3 rd day i lost my bike key i rushed to front desk i inform my concerned with out any efforts they just said thy didn’t found it sorry But when i asked to security standing on main entrance door he asked there colleague on walkie-talkie and they found my key its is just small gesture yet important to make sure u will give your attention to detail when ur working - in this 7 nights my room got clean for only Ones even after requesting to front desk overall this negligence incidents made our stay a disappointing experience
