During my entire stay not even once the call to the reception or restaurant was picked up one time. It happened everyday. Once i ordered the room service at night, even after placing the order after 1 hour when i called reception they said restaurant didn't receive my order and i had the receipt on my email as well. the whole order was delayed a lot and they were lying about it. The shower gel bottle in my room was empty when i reached, it should be checked before each stay.

Bed linen was torn and trust me it was badly torn and nicely folded , whiteness of linen looks dull,appearance of the bed was shabby. No shower gel in the cubicle and you can not ask for it when you were already inside the cubicle. Asked for veg alferdo pasta from IRD however served non veg didnt create a rukus understanding it may be an communication issue.

The stay was pleasant overall, but I do have a concern regarding the booking. I had requested a reservation for 2 days, but the confirmation only reflected 1 day. I’m unsure why it was blocked for just 1 day when I had explicitly mentioned a 2-day stay over the phone call. When I inquired about this, I was told it would be extended, as rooms were available, but no clear explanation was provided. I trusted that the booking would reflect the 2-day stay as discussed and didn’t double-check the confirmation email. Going forward, please ensure that when a specific number of days is requested, it is reflected in the booking. If any change is needed, it would be appreciated if guests are informed in advance or consulted about any adjustments.
