The entire hotel of 15 floors was running one one working elevator for full of my stay. One has to wait for 20 min minimum for movement up and down. Pathetic

The service was extremely poor and unresponsive. The room was very small, and the washroom felt as cramped as an airplane restroom. The partition between rooms was so poorly done that noise traveled completely from one room to another. I had to call multiple times, but calls were either not picked or delayed with excuses like ‘too many guests.’ Even after repeated promises of ‘2–5 minutes,’ no one showed up. Highly disappointing, especially considering the price paid. Basic hospitality standards were not met at all. Would not recommend this place.
