We recently stayed at Sofitel BKC for one night to celebrate Mother's Day with my family and it was honestly one of the most pleasant experiences we’ve had. From the moment we checked in we were overjoyed to know that our room had been upgraded for free; it was such a generous gesture that made our celebration feel even more special. The rooms were absolutely beautiful, elegantly designed, and very comfortable which made us feel like home. Another major highlight was the breakfast buffet which was incredible with so many delicious options, and the quality of the food was just outstanding. Even though it was just a short one night stay, the team at Sofitel made it feel like a full vacation. Every staff member we encountered was very helpful and polite. We left with some wonderful memories and will definitely be recommending this hotel to anyone looking for a premium stay in Mumbai. We can't wait to come back for a longer visit next time! =)
