everything was great except one part. the extra bed. but i also understand that there is no space i n a normal room for an extra bed. but if sofitel just gives u a couch as a bed is just can't acceptable. otherwise everything was great. thank you.

My check-in checkout stay at the hotel was as expected. But my post checkout experience has been quite disappointing. One of your front office reps rendered excellent service in getting boarding passes for my return journey without which Me and my family would have had great difficulty in catching the flight. I have been calling and personally want to thank your rep for his/her effort. However, my calls have been given silent treatment and or misguided or disconnected. I believe I am keeping things professional when i call your regular phone lines (which are monitored and tracked) and my number is traceable. But the response has been appalling. This tells me that your understanding of your customer profile is quite poor. And other than the occasional streaks of excellence displayed by that rep., things at your hotel are quite reactive in nature. Needless to say, I have little interest in talking to anyone at your hotel anymore. I am an NRI living in the USA for the past 20 years with my family. So long...

I selected this hotel for its location (being adjacent to US consulate) but it turned out to be a pleasant outing for my family. The staff was courteous and extended all assistance. The care for hygiene and sanitisation was evident. Food was also good.

We went for just a weekend stay with our infant kid. We enjoyed the food at Pondicherry Restaurant. However, there are no amenities for kids. There's no walking area or kids play room. Most of the open space in converted into smoking zone. Also, the bed was not comfortable. Please get some nice and sturdy beds.
