I had a wonderful experience at Sofitel Mumbai BKC. From the moment I arrived, the hospitality was warm, professional, and truly welcoming.
The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped. The overall ambience of the hotel is elegant and luxurious, with attention to detail throughout.
What really stood out was the excellent service. The staff were courteous, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The food and dining experience were also excellent, with great quality and variety.
The location in BKC is extremely convenient, especially for business travellers, while the hotel itself provides a relaxing and premium experience.

My family had an amazing experience at The Sofitel BKC.
both the prestige and opera suites were fit for a king!
The breakfast in the Pondicherry cafe had outstanding variety and was absolutely delicious
The service was exceptional everywhere, and the starters, food and cocktails in the Millesme Lounge were way beyond expectations!
The Pool, Steam Sauna and jacuzzi were all world class and better than most I have experienced in Europe and USA.
There was nice live music provided in the Pondicherry cafe as well as in the tandoori restaurant

I was clearly discriminated against during my stay at Sofitel. From the moment I checked in, I did not feel welcome. I was simply handed my keycard and left to figure everything out on my own — no orientation, no assistance, nothing.
What made this especially disappointing was watching another (non-Indian) guest being personally escorted by staff and briefed on the hotel’s facilities and amenities, while I received none of that courtesy. The contrast in treatment was unmistakable.
I would not stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to others.
