Everything is great about the hotel, except the view behind. We were not given interconnected room even tho we requested, but that is okay. Good place to stay.

Everyone seems to be happy in what they are doing. I had breakfast plan on my booking which I didn’t knew, it would have been better if I was notified by the agent at the time of check-in. Other than that it was great experience.

Their service is very poor and too slow you call for something you will get in 30 min you ask for room cleaning that will be done after 1 hr in this covid situation also they don't offer clean rooms there are finger prints of previous guests which stayed in room floor is dirty spread at breakfast in not upto mark as per the brand all in one it's a mental harassment staying here

Because of the pandemic, room tariffs were extremely cost effective. Service was good. Not over the top. Had a goof up on my 1st night when i went to dine in. The staff said 4 course dinner was complimentary. I ordered, ate and went back to my room v happy. A call comes from the restaurant and they say it was an error, and i will be billed for my soup. How could i say no? But such errors with so less guests staying at the hotel doesnt speak too high of the brand

Well, we got the long list of good experiences that we had during our stay in this 5 TARA Hotel which made us feel special all the time. At the time of check-in we met a Front Office Associate named KIRSTEN who was extremely POSITIVE & made us comfortable at the new location with the SMILE on her face. Since we landed early, Kirsten went out of her way to assist us in getting an early check-in so that we wouldn't have to wait until 2pm. KIRSTEN also guided us on what we could explore in Mumbai by giving us brief notes of the places we could visit. During our stay at the hotel we called the front office many times to get different kind of services & not once we felt that we were bothering them as each time they responded our calls, we felt that they are happy to assist us. They have one of the best rooms in the location with great ambience & smiles everywhere. On the day of checking out from the hotel, our flights were suppose to take off a bit late during the evening, hence we requested the front office staff to allow us a late checkout & this was another time the hotel went out of the way in approving us for a late checkout on an exceptional basis. To me SOFITEL means A SMILE, A COMFORT, A HAPPINESS, A POSITIVITY, A HOME AWAY FROM HOME.... Keep up the good job & Congratulations to all Staff...

we got the long list of good experiences At the time of check in we met KIRSTEN she was very positive and she made us comfortable in new location with the smile on her face she guided us on what we could explore in Mumbai by giving us brief notes of the places we could visit .and lots of time we call in reception for food order and other orders too so always they talk on positive note always with the smile .They have one of the best room s in the location with great ambiance &smiles everywhere . and on the day of checking out from the hotel they give us more time for visit as our flight is late our check out time is 12.00 PM but they understand our situation and give us more time we check out from hotel at 3oclock To me its was really a good experience with Sofitel really want to visit again here its just like second home for me Keep up the good job ∧ Congratulations to all staff

A Decent escape from Routine

Service otherwise was good, except that the drinking water given in plastic bottle was of bad quality and we were not provided proper glass glasses & Ice for use. Also the Radio stations were not catching on the Bose system. And there was no Coffee provided to use thru the Coffee Maker.

Everything was up to the mark. Your staff was courteous, Food was excellent. Only one point to make. For the members who had a free buffet, were provided with a set meal at Artisan. In the menu under 'main course' one had to make a choice between a roti based combo and a rice based combo. Indian Indians normally consume both roti and rice as the main course in their meal. May be your culinary managers could give some thought to this.
