We had a 10 ppl booking at tuskers along with the room as a celebration. Tuskers surely was not woth it. they were not even willing to give a butter milk while we paid 20K+ just to meet with each other without even having the whole meal and no deserts. Overall - was alright. not the best.

The experience was satisfying. Upto our expectations. But had heard a lot about the food at Tusker. But it was below average. There was thali that day, which is exorbitantly priced and not at all worth the money. The service with the thali was below average. Had to ask for a repeat of things thrice.

Had a one night stay at this excellent property. Since my trip was for leisure, the location wasn't suitable - but the property, the quality of the rooms, the lounge, etc were excellent. The Covid safety measures too were very well folloed

One of the most pathetic experiences

Booked through their official reservation number and got some discount - booking done, everything sorted. On the D day when I reached hotel, they started demanding full tarrif without discount. Asked them to check with reservation team, showed them the mail and still they haggled with me for 20-30 mins and could not solve the issue...and yes, I am a platinum member of the hotel group. As a platinum member, I am entitled to welcome drink and a gift - both were missing. No one even spoke about it. If a platinum member is treated like this then I don't know how others get treated. What a joke! Never booking Sofitel again and would try to avoid Accor group.

Spacious rooms with amazing room service, would appreciate if we can have guests over. Besides that everything else was amazing and it’s worth to check out all the restaurants. Would also suggest to keep a separate check in counter for Accor members.

Good hotel, nice people but perhaps understaffed. There's room for improvement in service standards. Accor group in general is classy and provides good value for money. Accor Live Limitless is one of the best loyalty programs.

Undoubtedly the best hotel in BKC for one to stay - both for work and leisure. I have stayed at this hotel extensively and what makes it special is its staff - right from its front desk going up to the hotel’s GM. Extremely caring and attentive staff. In room dining is good but the breakfast spread is lavish. Also, it’s a good option for long stay since it’s location is right in the middle of BKC with all the key corporate offices around. Highly recommended and I hope the staff continue to do the good work. Five stars from my end!
