Rooms are clean and located in a good area. Atleast one chair should be given in the room to catch up on work/take calls. You can’t be in the bed always.

First of all, this was my first stay with IBIS, I was reached at 12:00PM for check-in, but the rooms were not available. When I checked-in 3:00AM at night, I got a room but the TV was not working and the Bed sheet were having some stains.

Rooms are small but well maintained. Restaurant staff needs to be more proactive to customer needs and should have pleasing presentation. Restaurant menu remained similar in two consecutive days. Needs to look into it. Reception staff can be more courteous in communication and prompt. Waiting time for check-in and check out needs monitoring for further improvements.
