I was there in the hotel. My room was in a refugee area and seemed like all made with cardboard. The main problem was room services and laundry guys kept coming without even we asking for it.

Rooms are very small in area and gives mental dissatisfaction . The rooms seem to be separated by plywood , So when the guest in the next room schuffels in the bed, its known this side . The small sofa has the back rest on the wrong side . After a tiring day you cannot sit down , relax and watch TV. If you want to e=watch TV, you can do so only from the bed . No hand towels were available in the wash room . Had to use the bath towel to wipe hands .No Hindi channels were available on the cable TV. Had to all for help for this .

1) We had reached the property after 1 hour of the check-in time, completely drenched due to heavy rains yet the rooms were not ready and we had to wait for around 30 minutes in the lobby. 2) There was a power cut at night, and the ACs were out the entire time. Such a big franchise but not generators? 3) You guys are charging a bomb for a one-night stay and such things are not expected from you. 4) The power cut issue was not addressed during the checkout time.
