The hotel overall was good. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was especially amazing. However, I am not giving a good rating based on my overall experience. One night, during a special celebration, I ordered some ice from room service. There was absolutely no response for 45 minutes. No update, no callback, nothing. We kept waiting, and because of their irresponsible service, my friend literally fell asleep while waiting for the ice. That is how long and frustrating the delay was. When we finally contacted them after 45 minutes and informed them that my friend had fallen asleep while waiting, their response was simply, “Ok fine.” Just “Ok fine”? What kind of response is that? No proper apology, no concern, no sense of responsibility. It was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. Our celebration was ruined because of their negligence, and they didn’t seem to care at all. That level of indifference is unacceptable in the hospitality industry. Honestly, I want to give a very poor rating because of this experience. The only reason I am not doing so is because the rooms were clean and the breakfast was truly good. That said, the rooms were not extraordinary at all, especially considering the price they charged. For the amount they ask, one expects much better service and professionalism. Good breakfast alone cannot make up for careless and insensitive service.

Check In time was 1 PM we were there by 12:15 but still they didn't given us the rooms, the room got allocated by 1:30 PM. If you cannot give rooms early atleast you should give it on time by 1 PM. atleast till that time they should give us Welcome Drinks but they didn't even asked for water they told us if you want then purchase it. If 2 people are there the atleast 2 towels should be given only 1 was given. In bathroom there was no shampoo, conditioner. Very poor staff and service. Will not recommend this hotel to anyone. They just want to make business but not want there clients to give any proper support.
