Amazing location, clean and comfortable rooms with all the amenities. But restaurant was really crowded. Moreover, reserving tables made more difficult to find place to eat. Food quality and taste was good with ample variety, but dining area not good

I've been staying at Ibis Thane for the past 3-4 times that I've visited India. It's located very nicely on Pokhran Road 1. I find the rooms very well-equipped and comfortable. The staff is polite, but I must say the service is very slow. Every time I needed something and called the reception, I've had to call 3 times to finally get it because the staff would say they'd send it and there'd be nothing for 20min. The staff needs a bit of training in responding with urgency. That said, it's still a great place to stay at if you're looking for accommodation in Thane.

Every thing is good but the soap for bathing and hadwash smell is not at all good do not feel like using it Also cloth slipper are required in the room
