My overall experience had some challenges that I hope can help improve future stays. Unfortunately, I lost my sunglasses during the visit, and while the staff acknowledged the situation, I felt the overall accountability could have been handled better at the hospitality level. Additionally, room cleaning required repeated reminders over two days before it was completed. Once addressed, the housekeeping team did a good job, but timely service would certainly enhance the guest experience.

Toilet flush was leaking all the time and waste sink water was leaking slowly in Room 333. Everything else was perfect.

Room 617 requires immediate cleaning as it is infested with cockroaches. Checkout wasn't pleasant. No feedback asked.

The front desk staff is not really helpful. I asked for a room on the same floor as one of my friend was also there. Trisha from front desk said rooms are not available on the same floor while informs of me she was assigning rooms on that floor to other other guests. When I asked she had no answer to give. This was not at all acceptable.

Nice clean hotel with good customer service. However we had some very bad experience. When we checked in we found hundreds of insect in our bathroom. The maintenance guy explained that this happens frequently when the drainage gets blocked and all insects from sewer come in. The maintenance team said they fixed the problem and sanitized the bathroom. But for next several days we did find two or three insects every day.
