The staff is not trained enough to ibis standards. Housekeeping services are very poor. There was garbage under my bed from previous guests when I checked in. They didn't clean the room properly. The housekeeping manager didn't even care to take feedback. Check in counter staff was ill equipped. Overall I'm very disappointed. Ibis is a trusted brand and this particular location is ruining their reputation.
