It took 24 hours to confirm my 1-day stay extension. Despite requesting at check-in, the delay made it difficult to plan whether to continue or shift to another hotel.

The service whether at the restaurant or at the front desk is excruciating slow with me waiting 40 mins for food or water and the front desk taking 10 mins to process anything. On top of that, when I wa trying to arrange for my bag to be picked up from the lost and found It took 45 min to even confirm if there was a bag in the room and I had to call and insist I stay on the line for them to send someone to check the room The first time I sent someone to get the bag, they were told the bag is not present and they didn't find any bag in the room. The second time I was forced to stay on the phone line again and the sheer incompetence was astounding. My bag was in the room and someone else had already checked into that room. The housekeeping had to go and collect it from that room instead of removing it and keeping it in the lost and found initially The best part, till the end I am 100% certain that the front desk still had no clue about the bag being left behind because I was forced to explain the situation to 5 different people to get the bag finally handed over

I stayed in Room 511. Overall the stay was ok. However there were intermittent power outage in the room. Also there were times when streaming services was unavailable in the room. Hope this was fixed.
