I understand your concerns regarding the early check-in charges. While our policies are designed to ensure fairness and availability for all guests I can appreciate how this may have felt inflexible, especially when your travel plans and early departure had already been communicated in advance. I am also genuinely sorry for the issues you encountered with our gym facilities. We had the same reviewed immediately post your feedback however, I do understand the inconvenience you must have faced. Our offer of a complimentary dinner as a gesture of apology was to restore your faith in us and your feedback on towels and handwash was shared with the team and necessary steps were taken to avoid such future occurrence.
