The room was spacious; reception was lovely. Everyone was very polite and pleasant to interact with. The only drawback was the bathroom. It is so small, it feels like an airplane bathroom. Hand towels weren't present in the bathroom.

I asked for plates for having food at my room which were not delivered even after 45 mins and I was required to go down and get it myself which the staff handed over to me without any hesitation.
