I booked the hotel for 2 double bed room at Sep-25 through accor apps (booking references PRQSDJSJ). When we reached on 24Nov, the front desk staff said they have only left 2 single bed room and requested us to stay for 1 night and will drop a message to her colleagues on morning shift to change the room with double bed for us. On next day(25 Nov), when we approach the front desk again, the assistant manager mentioned not received such information on night shift and requested us to stay for another night.

I was planning on leaving this hotel to go to spend time in Colaba, twice and both times cancelled because I loved it so much here because of your wonderful wonderful staff. Varsha Kode bent over backwards to be of help. She is so brilliantly professional and friendly and approachable which is EXACTLY what you want with someone who is one of the first people you deal with. Your AMAZING chef Dipesh created the most amazing meals for me as my diet is very specific. As far as I’m concerned, he’s one of the best chefs ever and I eat at extremely upmarket restaurants in London and New York. Just as good as Gordon Ramsey. The waiter Phillip couldn’t have been friendlier or more accommodating. Always smiling. Always there to see if I wanted anything else and Rohil made extraordinary designs with my bath towels towels. When I sent pictures to my artist friend in London, she asked if he was Japanese as the creations were so fabulous. I just loved being at this and this will DEFINITELY be where I come to stay again. I do hope your extraordinary staff are really appreciated by your company because THEY are the reason I’ll be coming back.

Too worst in terms of bath. Irregular water flow fluctuation & Hot / Cold water as well. It was hell for bath and hand wash as well. Bed / cot has irritating sound as and when any movement on bed. Stay was blocked for 4 days but didnt accept to check out early untill mail sent. No where in other hotels this process.
