Ambience and staff are good, but it lacks in one very important thing: room size. We stayed in a twin room, but it was so small that even the beds were fitting very tightly, and the washroom was also too compact.

Not a pleasant stay at all. The room (434) had an unpleasant, stinky smell, which made the experience uncomfortable. To make matters worse, basic toiletries like a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided in the room. The only positive aspect was the hotel’s good location, which was the sole reason I chose to stay here. Otherwise, I would not have considered staying at this hotel. The overall experience was disappointing, and I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves room hygiene and basic amenities for future guests.

I didn’t enjoy my stay, I have stayed at Ibis two times - one in Goa and one in thane, both of them have same issues, AC’s are never working and even after complaining the staff doesn’t help us with it.
