Fairmont Mumbai is one of the best hotel we have stayed in. The leadership by the General Manager: Mr. Ravi Kapoor and his entire team - Mr. Sahaj, Guneet Virk, Saurabh Singhal, Mr. Dinesh, Lalit Rana, Jonathan Soeiro, Mohammed Talha, Dr. Rashmi Ambastha, Nikhil Parmar, Ankit Sharma and all the others are truly a fantastic team - best of the best. In the reservations department, Priyanka did a wonderful job. She is truly a star- very professional, cordial and articulate. The housekeeping department: Dulove and Savita were excellent ensuring quality hygiene. At the Merchants: Manali and Karan Singh were brilliant. Gold Lounge: One of the best. The Assistant Mr. Arnold, Nikhit, Bhumi and Rushali did a wonderful job At the Oryx restaurant, Nrai did a wonderful job. The restaurant department The concierge department the entire team did a wonderful job. Gym, Spa Mr. Vinod and Mr. Mayur did a wonderful job Food and Beverage: The chef Vishal Shetty assisted by Yash were truly amazing. Filla Restaurant: Ambika and team did a wonderful job The managers under Mr. Rajiv Kapoor, this is more like a family and we were treated as family. From all the hotels over the years we have stayed, this was the best experience and I proudly say the best in the world. The safety and security is at its best with all other departments being marvelous, amazing, awesome and mind-blowing. Special tribute to Mr. Sahaj Singh Arora - Guest/ Customer Relations for leading by example. He was always present throughout the hotel as well as Mr. Dinesh of concierge and his team. Wonderful job on working with his team on pick up and drop. Special thanks to Mr. Rama and Ankit Sharma at the merchants who were truly exception. This was the most amazing hotel. We had one of the best times in years as this was our second visit to Fairmont Mumbai. We will also be recommending and giving word of month to all our business associates, friends and family as number one hotel with the best hospitality in the world due to its excellent staff. Congratulations to the entire team.

Had an absolutely wonderful staycation at Fairmont Mumbai! We booked a Fairmont Gold Signature Room with half board, and honestly, it exceeded expectations on every level. The Gold experience really stood out — the lounge access made the stay feel elevated and seamless, with a calm, luxurious vibe throughout. The food was excellent across the board, especially at The Merchants, which was a highlight for both variety and quality. Traveling with a child can sometimes be tricky, but everything felt very easy and well thought through here. What truly made the stay special, though, was the service. A big thank you to Rushali and Arnold — they were incredibly warm, attentive, and wmade sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality genuinely made a difference and added a personal touch to the experience. Overall, a fantastic staycation spot — great food, beautiful property, and exceptional service. Would definitely return!
