The hotel is well situated near the airport, the rooms are comfortable and the staff is courteous. The breakfast spread is really good and staff keep checking on you which is great.

We are extremely disappointed with the so-called “royal” service during our stay at Fairmont. The communication was consistently poor, instructions were not followed, and no meaningful resolutions were offered. Simple requests were mishandled repeatedly. When we asked for towels, slippers were sent instead. When we requested the menu to pre-order, we were simply told to dial zero rather than being assisted proactively. Basic service standards were clearly not met. For a hotel of this stature, this level of inefficiency and indifference is unacceptable. We expected professionalism and attention to detail, and unfortunately experienced the complete opposite.

I was very comfortable, the property has everything that a guest can wish for. Only some green patch could make the property even more awesome.

I guess if you give free laundry service for 4 items, the best way not to give it is to make sure the guest on a daily basis does not have either a laundry bag or a laundry form. I had to call every day of my stay for one or the other. One day they picked up my laundry and I hope by accident, turned on my Do Not Disturb light. When I got to my room in the late evening, my room was as it was when I left in the morning.
