It was my birthday and my wife had arranged for a cake to be sent, and so did my friend. My wife was very clear the same had to be sent at midnight, but no cake came, and my friend had also called to arrange the cake he was told that they can send only "one cake", but unfortunately that also did not happen. On calling the reception on behalf of my wife i was lied to that she had told the cake had to be placed at 11am the next day. Which obviously she would not have said as my flight back home was at 9am the same morning. Unable to arrange the cake is one thing, but lying is another thing. Really unhappy with the way the whole situation was handled.

From the moment I arrived, everything was simply perfect. The check-in was super fast, and my suite was incredibly spacious. The runway view was a real highlight. I loved watching the aircraft take off and land, and the rainy weather made the entire experience even more relaxing and memorable.
