Our recent stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we checked in, everything was handled with such care and attention that it made our trip truly special. The check-in process was seamless and friendly. The staff greeted us warmly and made sure we had everything we needed and preferences were accommodated right away. Our room was clean, comfortable, and view from the room was exactly as described. The little touches like welcome drink, made us feel right at home. Our rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We loved the cozy atmosphere and the thoughtful touches like a mini-fridge stocked with water, soft drinks and snacks. Our dining experience at the hotel was exceptional, from a buffet breakfast to in-room dining. The breakfast buffet was very expansive and had something for everyone with lots of live cooking stations which stands out, everything is freshly made right in front of you. The restaurants we dined in had a great selection and the service was excellent. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The housekeeping staff were very flexible with our timings and left our rooms spotless. The royal service and in-room dining staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any requests. We felt like valued guests throughout our stay. There were several special touches that made our stay even more enjoyable, like a exclusive handwritten welcome note from the General Manager of the hotel, which was a nice surprise. The staff made sure we had everything we needed, from extra pillows, bedding, etc. The check-out process was just as smooth as the check-in. The staff made sure we had everything we needed from baggage handling to drop off back to the airport. Our stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. The attention to detail, the friendly staff, and the comfortable room made it a truly memorable experience. We can’t wait to return and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic stay. A big shout out to everyone who made our stay so special and would like mention few names Shravan (Housekeeping staff), Prerna and Rin (The Merchants). A very special shout out Mr. Suhail Khan who was available all the time during our stay right from receiving us at the airport, hotel check-in and departure from the hotel and made our stay truly memorable.

It was a comfortable stay. Good hospitality experienced. One thing i would like to mention - to be taken care of - I received mail and thereafter reminder about Digital Key (using phone) Installed an app (giving due permissions) and had no Reservation Key (asked by the app to initiate) - I got third mail also during my stay to activate Digital Key. However, when contacted reception while checking out - surprisingly they were not aware about this. Please look into this as this might be confusing many guests.
