I recently got the Gold Membership and this was my first stay post that. However, I did not receive any of the benefits listed for a Gold Member. No Welcome drink offered, not was I asked or given any room upgrade. I had sent an email for early check-in, didn't get any acknowledgement for that as well. However, room was still provided an hour before the normal checkin time. I was asked for room preferences in an email before my stay however not even a single preference from that was adhered to. Had a disappointed stay, makes us think twice whether the Accor membership is even worth it.

Minibar options - There needs to be minibar facility offered here so that guests have some options readily available.

The stay was comfortable. We booked a sea facing suite. The view was spectacular. I liked the welcome drink. The breakfast spread was nice and the staff in the restaurant were very responsive and alert. The gym was well equipped with a nice view of the beach. The check in and check out was also quite seamless. Having said that there are some areas of improvement- some bathroom fittings and furniture seem to be old and worn out. The service is slow in terms of requests over calls. Despite the good view, the price of the suite is on the higher side in terms of value. I feel that I wouldn’t have enjoyed the stay had it been for any other room other than sea facing suite.

Being from the same profession it was very unpleasant to face such issues. Starting from after we checked into the room the bathroom didnt have any shower gel, had to call 5 times to get also had gone personally yet it took so many calls jst for shower gel which should hv been from first. Secondly during dinner i ordered for french onion soup, basically this soup comes topped with cheese n broiled w side of toasted bread. There is no orher way how this soup is served being excited i ordered but all i got was a sad brown bowl of onion water n when asked why it was served like this the server said ill check n didnt return n after finishing the soup more thn half way we got a sad portion of dry cheese n bread. The seekh kababs also came without any green chutney. Nezt day during lunch my coke had a piece of paper. Things happen but its had been consistent, menu knowledge n all is basic. But i would say the staff was very kind n polite the entire time very sweet so they are not to blame its the system

The room was not in good condition and was quite disappointing. The window was very dirty, so I don’t understand why we were charged extra for a sea-view room when the view could not even be enjoyed properly.
The fridge and TV were not working. The soap dispenser was also broken, and the sink was leaking. On top of that, the swimming pool was very dirty and did not look properly maintained.
Considering the price we paid, the overall condition of the room and facilities was unacceptable. The hotel needs to improve its cleanliness, maintenance, and overall service.

Its perfect for a relaxing getaway. Everythings really good - the pool, restaurants, breakfast, rooms. Getting a ocean view is definitely worth it. Heads up - ocean view rooms dont have a bathtub. This was a let down. Overall i was very satisfied with the service, rooms and amenities

I dont know what hppnd, service was very bad actually extremely bad. comparing to my last stay this time it was a disaster. poor quality and the coridor and all was smelling garbage and gutter. As an accor gold memebr also they didnt show any courtesy. it toook 45 min for them to bring a basi cutlery to my room even tho following up at guest service around 7 times. then i told to clean my room before going out and when we came back it was still the same. and so many othher challenges we had. didnt even have basic lounge sofa instead they got us banquet chair. so frustrating .
