The staff service was reall commendable in every which way one can have specially Mr Om Singh. Every thing was really exceptional. The view from the room was mind boggling.room is species and we'll maintained thnks Novotel and once again thank you Mr Om for your affert.

This is my worst experience for Novotel considering I have stayed in many. We planned to stay on beach for one night as we wanted to enjoy it during night. I asked for Kings bed room when I booked prepaid. When we arrived there was no room with Kings bed as we needed extra bed also which I asked initially. The assistant at reception gave me two single beds with no provision of extra bed. I had to go again for asking this and they had only room on smoking lounge which I had to accept as I had no choice. I had to shift the room post putting my luggage. Then the funny things start, we were waiting to sleep and get the extra bed ready. After calling 3 times and waiting for half an hour someone came to setup. Every time you had to ask them at least three times and half an hour to get any thing one e.g. asking water bottle (happened twice). The internet issue as it always gave us invalid credential and it never worked. When I asked at reception they said they are sending somebody but no body came. Bad service and it felt worse as we were checking in from West In Powai lake where it was superb

Novotel 7th Floor VIP Lounge …. Ganesh and Pritesh are the stars of this lounge. They go out of their way to make the guests welcomed. The service is impeccable. Top stars to both these fine gentlemen! Keep it up!!

The stay was excellent and everything was taken care of and specially we dealt with radhika and she was very helpful All the staff were very helpful and we enjoyed the stay very much Property was a beautiful one and rooms had a good view facing the beach The restaurant had a good variety of food choices and it was so easy to access places in mumbai

An Accor Gold member, having been in the aviation training and service industry for over 30 years, this has to be my worst experience as the hotel has untrained staff, lacks customer focus/service in all departments and disorganised from door staff, reception and restaurant aeras.
