The hotel is classified as a 5 star hotel but it is really more in the 4 star category in terms of ambience, room interiors and even aspects of service. We had a challenge getting a table for dinner, the shower was not working properly and valet was not available. The location is good, the Gadda de Veda restaurant is worth a visit in evening. Rest is alright.

In spite of requesting a quiet room, we were given a room right across from the elevators which was quite noisy. Fridge was not working, complaint was made and fridge was replaced with another which was also not working. Covid precautions were not very evident.

I really like the location but was pretty disappointed with the hospitality staff. I have stayed in the past at Trident and Taj towers and this was my first experience with Accord hotels and the hospitality was below par specially at the lunch area. The set menu included in our booking was not clearly explained by the waitress. There was a tremendous amount of delay in processing of the orders (more than 1.5 hours) The waitress was not receptive.. had to ask for water bottle multiple times and then asked another waiter to finally receive it after more than 30 mins. The water bottles given initially (which were also served to all others seated) were expired. The mfg date was dec 2019 and expiry was “best before 6 months” Very disappointed with a luxury hotel chain.

Disappointing stay. Took more than 1.5 hours to allocate us the rooms despite making online checkin anx confirming our time. Secondly, booked the second room though membership call centre. While booking room, I was told that if i pay 5k, I will get complementary upgrade, welcome drink and free breakfast. Food took more than 45 mins go deliver in room. Did not get any any of the three. Feel taking membership is a waste of money. Wont renew ever again.

We had a quick one day outing post lockdown at Juhu Novotel and it was indeed an amazing experience. We had a corner room with unrestricted Ocean View, treated with delicious menu at "The Square" and courteous staff. A few dampners include, washroom was quite a congested place with no toothpaste or shaving kit which is normally expected in any 3+ star hotel. May be it is due to COVID restrictions. Also biggest miss was NO sanitizer in the room which was asked and provided on chargeable basis.
