First time in Mumbai in the end of rainy season. Staying at high floor room including lounge access was great idea. A big thanks to Mr. Harsheel during the premier lounge. He prepared some special drinks for us and made our stay comfortable and special!

We had 4 wonderful days at the Novotel Juhu Beach. The location is as advertised right on the beach. We found the ocean and beaches right next to us and the access from the hotel is very convenient . From the check in and the service received from Pratima and the assistance from Ajay we knew we found a special place. Our breakfasts were filled smiling faces offering us to try different ethnic dishes Thank you Harshala, Pallavi, and Himani.

1. Room given in first instance didnt have proper AC. Called customer service multiple times and suggested them to change the room which they only agreed in the evening after 8. 2. Baby bottle sterilisation request took around 2 hours to be addressed as the staff is unaware of baby sanitary requirements. 3. Delayed room service on several occasions for a bottle of water. 4. Premier Lounge took 1 hour to make a tea and was catering only foreign guests in the lounge. 5. Last but not the least the security guards at the entrance of the hotel only allows big cars to enter and wait in lobby whereas they don't have a courtesy to call the guest when a uber arrived at the lobby they instead tell the uber driver to go and come back later which resulted in my ride cancellation. 5. Waste of my accor points after living in so many good hotels accross the world this one is the worst experience i ever had in an accor group of hotel. 6. I NEED A PROPER INVESTIGATION ON THIS AND REFUND MY POINTS BACK TO MY ACCOUNT FOR SUCH AN HORRENDOUS EXPERIENCE.

We booked this property for business purpose starting 2nd Oct and check out 4th Oct (review not covering my other colleague experience who was here since 1st Oct) Here are points that created dissatisfaction- 1) Check in experience- I understand that sometimes you get rooms little later, however, at the check in counter the person was not not able to find our booking in spite of giving all details prior by our other colleague. They actually were quite rude that way too. Initially one room was provided and when we returned after our lunch, again they did the same to hand over the key to other room 2) Moving luggage - while I was moving luggage from 6th floor to 5th floor (our second room), I requested a staff to help me with luggage, which he blatantly refused. Really we help strangers too outside but this was ultimate 3) Check in Royal Suite Room 640 - initially we got the room post follow up but that too is acceptable as we understand the situations. However, during the shoot when we called the housekeeping at 3pm and until 6pm to clear dustbin and lunch packets, no one turned up. 4) Spoons were being served - Now this is where I talk about audacity. In a room where we paid more than 1 lakh, when I requested room service to send 10 spoons, they clearly refused and said we can't provide more than 3 spoons. REALLY BAD. In all this turn of the event, had Jai being not there we would have got nothing. I would like to mention Aditya & Bishwas of housekeeping who helped clear the room in evening. Apart, from this I really don't recall any instance which made us pleased in terms of our stay. Only locations is good and it should be a ONE star hotel. I wish we got the booking in JW Marriott
