Chk in i was not acknowledged as an Accor member which is ok but that is why one has the membership. Walking to room the passage was dirty and an extremely damp smell . Room at first glance was great but then the mattress hard as rock probably carpet was softer . Pillows old n smelly had my own pillow thank goodness . Duvet old n rundown . Then bathroom... the toilet paper holder was so dirty i removed the toilet roll from it and used the tissue . The shower had black mildew growing in the corners .the curtains in the windows dont close well . Then supper they have a Chinese restaurant where the smell was just so stagnet and the staff not friendly at all . Food was average nothing great. For what i paid i could have stayed in a better hotel so very disappointed. Should have booked just 1 night but had high expectations.
