Carpet and behind the bed was not vacuumed properly. Shower screen was down because housekeeper didn't clean it. Pasta was full of oil but the room service guy was good. Overall experience is 3/10. Not worth it.

Good room (6th Floor) but hotel is let down by poor service.

I stayed for three nights on business, including a two-day workshop held in the hotel. I thought the hotel bedroom on the 6th floor was ideal and had been refurbished nicely. But generally I found the service in the hotel to be poor. E.g., sitting at the bar on my first night waiting to be served and being completely ignored by 4 or 5 staff who seemed more interested in their own conversations than in serving customers. I was eventually served after about 15 minutes and it then took another 5/6 minutes to bring a simple bottle of beer. Service at breakfast was similarly poor - my colleague's numerous requests for a cup of tea went unheeded. The service for the business facilities was also poor with a single coffee/tea machine for the whole facility, served from a makeshift area and generally poor (no teaspoons, drinks served cold). Lastly, I returned to my room at 5.20pm on one of the days to find my room had not been serviced....the housekeeping staff were on the floor and servicing rooms nearby but my room had not been touched. What sort of hotel doesn't clean the rooms of customers who are on business and using the hotel's conference facilities until after 5pm?

Thankful to the lady who checked me in .forgot her name but she was extremely helpful in shifting me from twin beds to king bed. The only problem was with the shower enclosure it’s not water tight. Water literally came into the room.housekeeping had to clean it. Rest as usual everything was fantastic. We love Novotel Juhu

Service was ok, room was also ok. On 13th Nov'19 had book a eeting room from 12pm to 4pm for which we were made to wait till 1:15pm just to start the meeting. terrible management. Compared to other hotels service needs lot of improvement.

Staff was extremely unorganised. Nobody answered calls at guest service, room service or laundry. Overpriced for room quality and service. Corridors are not maintained well. Check in and check out took a lot of time. Parking facilities are poor !

On an overall basis, the stay was pleasant and good. The room was neat. However, I wasn't sure if there was as room service menu in the room. Also, I waiting for sometime while checking-in since the room was getting cleaned. However, I had to follow up about half an hour at the reception to see if the room was ready.

- Another fantastic experience at Novotel Juhu. Only stayed for 3 weeks this time on business, but from the moment I arrived it felt good to be back. Again I was treated to fabulous food by a world class chef - JP Evangelist, (Chole Bhature being my favourite). And great kindness from the reception and door/security team. As always diligent work by Schok and the housekeeping dept. who made the room immaculate each day, and great to see George hosting the premium lounge. But thanks goes to you all.

I am a regular guest at Novotel's and have had a fairly good experience with them and hence thought Novotel Juhu experience wont be much different. But surprisingly, the experience was not good. Left a bad taste in the mouth! We web checked-in and requested for an early check-in and late check-out but there was never any confirmation We arrived at the hotel at 2.15pm. Our room was not ready so we were asked to wait and were told that we would get a call when the room is ready and will get a welcome kit with vouchers. we went for lunch but never received a call. Room was assigned at 3.15pm after waiting for a while at the front desk. No welcome kit was handed over. I requested for a second key but was told that the machine to program keys is not working. they will send the key later to the room and they will also give the late checkout confirmation later. we requested for breakfast to be added and that was promptly done after dinner, i reminded the front desk person about the welcome kit and the late check-out confirmation. He said, he will send the kit to the room in next 5-10mins and will also call to confirm. that never happened Next day at breakfast, the lady ushered us into "the square" only after confirming that our name was written in a list (of guests who had breakfast included). but when we finished breakfast someone brought in a credit card machine and started demanding that we pay! We had to search for the lady usher to get the guy a confirmation. wasted 10mins In the room there was a problem: The bath water leaked into the room but we never complained about it Next day at checkout I asked the guy at frontdesk that he forgot to call and send welcome kit, the nigh before. He was unapologetic and said i can give the vouchers now. by this time we were done with Novotel Juhu's apathy and we refused it. He just shrugged it off!!

The hotel is beautifully set on the beach coast, with a new and fresh look interior for the room, the restaurant Square had a nice spread for buffet, as well as their lounge Gada da vida has a good setting for a sundowner. The staff is also courteous.
