Was sitting in my room in London, on a cold winter evening & suddenly the thought of eating a hot authentic Indian Black Dal. And which other dal can be better than Chef J.P ‘s Dal Bageecha at Novotel Juhu Mumbai. I called him immediately from London to confirm that he and his magnificent black dal were still available at juhu. He enthusiastically responded that the dal was definitely available and would be as authentic and tasty as i had earlier eaten at his alfresco Indian restaurant Bageecha. I reached Mumbai and immediately visited Chef J. P and was specially served the best dal bageecha along with chilly garlic basil paratha. Thank you very much Chef J. P. And while you’re there it is a must to try the pasta with pesto sauce with the fresh Greek Salad at the Square made skilfully by Chef Debu. If you’re here for breakfast, the customised egg orders at the Live egg station are really lip smacking !

I had a wonderful experience at the hotel. Every staff member of the hotel were very humble and helpful. The reception team were very friendly, patient and attentive to our needs. I was very impressed with the positive attitude of the staffs. thank you for the amazing stay.

Excellent location great rooms. Chef Jerson delighted us with his great culinary expertise. We really appreciate his presence around all time n the execution of his knowledge in the Food n Beverage department. Excellent food with the accuracy of Indian n modern world cuisine. Ganesh at the premiere lounge was very good helpfull n made our stay awesome with his hospitality by going the extra mile. Mahesh at in-room dining was always very kind to abide to all our requests with grace n kindness. Mannan at Gadda da Vida was very smiling n happily serving. Howsoever the front desk staff was extremely unprofessional and unaware about 5star hotel procedures. Overall hotel staff n each department doesn't speak English nor looks like from a hospitality background. A thorough training guidance n brand awareness is a must to be inculcated amongst them. Front desk staff passed on personal details of guests to strangers right in front of us. Invading to each right of privacy of guests. Checkin checkout procedure was just not as per standards. Always love ur brand n m a regular traveller so would expect a certain amount of service standards. Please consider this as a constructive feedback for good business n guests delight.
