Not a 5 star anymore, simple things are not taken care of, for example, the conditioner bottle was broken, can’t use that, the bin in the restroom was broken, can’t use that, had to get it replaced. Booked a Deluxe King room, I got a twin bed connected room. The refrigerator was not working, and when I asked the housekeeping team to help me with that, but he redirected me to contact to this helpdesk and connect with the engineer, usually the team manages the communication internally. Compare to other five star hotels, Hilton or Fairmount this is an average experience. Even Courtyard by Marriott has a better experience overall, the only good thing about Novotel Juhu is the beach nearby.

I have stayed in so many star hotels and this time my wife suggested Novotel Juhu since it’s right opposite to the beach. But Room service calls do not get answered. Have to keep calling. And specially breakfast buffet where they ask for our request on live counters and they never turn back even when we leave. Also we stayed there during my wife’s birthday and asked for a small cake during buffet which I requested in prior but nobody cared to even respond. It’s just disappointing and only wearing blazers and welcoming people will not make any sense. Not at all recommended with the attitude of the staff

During our previous stay at the same Novotel hotel, same room category we had a full ocean view room along with some complimentary evening snacks. Unfortunately, none of that was true with the recent visit. Novotel website clearly states Ocean view room, but what we got was only a partial ocean view. Most other hotel websites clearly state if the rooms offer partial ocean view, but Novotel website is mis-leading customers by withholding this crucial piece of information. We had paid extra money for the ocean view but at end were totally disappointed.

I had booked Novotel Juhu to celebrate my birthday with my wife. I have already informed about my birthday during booking. My wife had informed the hotel reception 2days ago to decorate the room for birthday. Still the room was not decorated. At arrival we were told when you go out for beach walk we will do the decoration & bring cake. We had specially came to reception to inform about decoration & we went to beach for 3hrs. After coming back the room was still not decorated. My wife had to call multiple times at reception still the service was not provided.

The hotel is in a good location, but that is mostly where it ends. The hotel is dated and not well maintained. Our first room smelled like smoke and we switched to another room. The rooms are in rough shape, peeling carpet, banged up baseboards, dirty linens. We stayed for family wedding and couldn't wait to check out. I wouldn't book again. Be sure to check your bill after checking out. We noticed a lot of service charges and when questioning the front desk they were not sure what they were for. The pool area is okay. The service by the pool is very slow to non existent. The only plus side to the hotel is the breakfast and the staff. They were very kind and made sure we got what we needed. Our room floor was full of party kids, drinking and smoking in hallway. This is not a five star like the one by the airport and would equate this to a holiday inn in America.

It was a amazing stay at Novotel Juhu, Special thanks to Subham Tiwari , Rakesh and the restaurant stars - Darshan, Sakshi, Manisha who took fantastic care of us during breakfast and dinner. Restaurant team is asset to the hotel. Starting from the rooms the we thank Samyan Bose from Front desk for giving us the best view room. Over all stay was fantastic and cosy. I can’t believe the experience we had at this hotel! First off, I emailed ahead to confirm that my two kids would receive their small stuffed toys as a welcome sign, and I have the email to prove it. But guess what? The toys never were given to my kids! Instead, they promised a complimentary fruit platter as an apology, and that never showed up either! To make matters worse, the TV in our room was broken and completely non-functional. There was no shower gel or conditioner in the bathroom—only shampoo! I had to call and request those. I arrived with three kids but was only given two towels. I had to call again for an extra towel. The worst part? Our lock broke! We couldn’t access our room late at night, and we were stuck with my two kids. The elevator wouldn’t work either because the card for the lock was malfunctioning. I called from the hallway, and while they said they’d send someone right away, it took them 20 frustrating minutes to show up! I had to call three times because my kids were getting cranky. They finally fixed the lock, but in the morning, it broke again, and we couldn’t even leave our room because it wouldn’t lock! To top it all off, they moved us from the third floor to the fifth, and the hallway smelled like strong nicotine! I even called to ask if someone was smoking there. And surprise, the outlet by my bed was broken, so my phone didn’t charge overnight, and I missed my alarm! This hotel is NOT five stars—maybe one or two at best! I travel the world and know what a five-star experience is like. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast and the restaurant; the food was good! But everything else? Absolutely terrible! I will never stay at this so-called hotel again, and I’ll make sure everyone knows to avoid it too!

Overall stay was good. The room had sea view and was clean. House keeping staff was courteous. Swimming pool was good and breakfast buffet had good spread. The premier lounge made no sense as the food was not there for breakfast.

My experience at Novotel Mumbai Juhu was absolutely terrible. Honestly, this hotel does not even deserve a 1-star rating. The room was pathetic, bath water smells and the breakfast was extremely disappointing, and the service was simply awful. For the price they charge, the quality and overall experience were nowhere close to acceptable. Everything about the stay felt below standard, from the room condition to the food and staff service. This was a complete waste of money and I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very disappointing experience.
