Very poor, the room had faulty air conditioning, we asked many times for to solve the issue. It took 4 hours for them to decide and shift to another room, which was decorated for no reason. And then basic things like bringing towels took a 2 hours. Not expecting such poor experience by paying 15K for a so-called 5 star property.

Had a wonderful time at Novotel, grateful for the complimentary upgrade to a suite as part of my Accor Gold membership. The room was exceptional, staff was helpful and there were plenty of water bottles available for the hot Mumbai temperature. The breakfast while great was not at par with some of the other five star hotels I have stayed at, and the cafeteria was always full between 8-10 (with waiting on Sunday).
