There is no priority check in available for members. The staff doesnt even complete the check in properly, but are also rude and dont believe that you have made the payment. They need better communication with their reservation desk. The rooms are outdated, with bidet on the wrong side of the commode. The service was lacking during breakfast. Wont be staying at this property again.

I had good experience, but things such as room cleaning can be better, if your staff can have a checklist to ensure all things are checked and replaced. I stay at Novotel every year once or twice, and I realize that the breakfast service is not the same as it used to be previously.
