Broken and rusted taps,broken electric kettle,dirty floor mats,lot of time wasting while check-in and check out.spents too much money just for ocean view not a good thing because rooms are equal to three star.Room dining is too much late.everything in room dining getting cold when reached at room.they have no cares of guests accomodating.treat likes a they are doing a beneficence on guests.not recommending if just for ocean view.

The downstairs washroom near the pool had people coming in bathing their kids on the sink. They made it so messy for the next people to come in. The housekeeper said they wouldn’t listen to her and infact they were not even the guests of the hotel. They just came in from the beach and misused the property. The staff needs to be more attentive regarding this. Our rooms had no shampoo refilled or the lotion.
