Our one-night stay at Roswyn was truly a wonderful experience. We were there to celebrate my wife’s birthday as well as our little one, Hithvik, completing three months, and the team at Roswyn made the occasion even more special. What immediately stood out to us is how exclusive and uniquely designed the hotel is. The rooms don't feel like conventional hotel rooms at all — each room feels more like a beautifully designed home. The living area, a dedicated little office space, an extremely comfortable bed, and the fully equipped kitchenette make the entire experience feel incredibly warm, private and comfortable. The attention to detail in the room is fantastic. The kitchenette has a hot plate, utensils, knives, and pretty much everything you could need, along with an oven. It genuinely feels like a luxurious home away from home rather than just a hotel room. The entire room experience feels elite, exclusive and very different from what you normally get at a hotel. The pool area is another highlight. Although it is shared with Fairmont, it is a beautiful, spacious and open area, and a lovely place to spend some time. The food there was also excellent. Breakfast the next morning deserves a special mention. Everything was prepared fresh from the à la carte menu, and what made the experience even better was that the chef himself made himself available to understand exactly what we wanted and personally ensured that everything was prepared according to our requirements. The food was absolutely delicious, fresh and beautifully done. It was a very personalised breakfast experience and a wonderful way to start the morning. But what really made our stay special was the staff at Roswyn. Every single person we interacted with was extremely polite, warm, welcoming and helpful. From the moment we arrived, everything was taken care of so smoothly. The guidance around the hotel and the room, housekeeping, in-room dining, service and every little interaction were all top-notch. Most importantly, the team genuinely made us feel looked after and helped make an already special occasion even more memorable. Overall, it was a very pleasant, comfortable and seamless stay. Roswyn is definitely a different kind of luxury experience — intimate, exclusive, homely and incredibly well thought out. A big thank you to the entire Roswyn team for making our celebration so special. We absolutely loved our stay and would be very happy to come back again!

Have been staying regularly now for over 2 months and feels like home! Great service overall, only gripe would be that In room dining takes a bit too long to arrive - 50 mins on average, wish it could be a slightly faster. Also, please remove those fake plants from the room floors. They take away from the vibe of the hotel.

What a product you have there. It is confident, it is different, and it does not try too hard yet most colourful , refreshing - which is rare in the Indian market - What lifted it further was the people. The hotel manager and her team looked after us with genuine warmth, and Goutam Soni, our host, was attentive at every turn without ever being intrusive. Annam the hotel manager & Rajiv is a wonderfully humanistic GM, and one can see that reflected in the way the whole team carries itself. It’s Morgan’s true original :)

While the suite upgrade was amazing however the view was very disappointing. I had initially booked a regular category room in Fairmont but with an airport view specifically for that however while the upgrade was appreciated and it was huge and wonderful, the view was a downer.

Stay was quite comfortable, till I took bath there was no body wash, no body lotion , I literally took bath with shampoo, mini bar was empty only charge book exist, when I complained in morning they said write an email. Hospitality is compromised. I was not expecting this from reputed hotel. But breakfast quality was fine.
