Shout out to Sugandh Ahuja & Deepika Jatwani for being extremely understanding about the experience I had at the property. Seems like the only 2 people FIT FOR THEIR JOB.

Most importantly, I am very sorry to hear that you injured your thumb while opening a bottle. This is certainly not the standard of safety or service we strive to maintain.

From check in to check out the experience was very Good.On the time of check in I was offered 50%discount on dinner buffet by Shubham at the front office.Head chef at the restaurant Mr Madan was kind enough to provide me what I wanted in the breakfast even though it was not pitched in the breakfast buffet.Hospitality of Mr.Kaustubh at the restaurant was also unforgettable. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Novotel Mumbai International Airport\. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and level of service were exceptional\.
A special thank you to **Anjumn Seikh from the management team**, who went above and beyond to make sure our stays were comfortable and enjoyable\. We would also like to recognize **Lokesh from see the breakfast staff**, who provided excellent service and always made us feel welcome\.
What truly stood out was how genuinely caring the entire staff was\. During one of our stays, my wife accidentally cut herself while opening a water bottle\. The staff immediately came to assist her and showed such concern and kindness\. Their response made us feel incredibly well cared for\.
In fact, we were so impressed with the hotel and the service that we **cancelled reservations we had at other hotels and chose to return to Novotel two more times during the same trip**\. That alone says how highly we thought of our experience\!
The combination of excellent service, caring staff, great hospitality, and attention to guests made Novotel Mumbai International Airport feel like our home base while we were in Mumbai\. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city\.

Dear Ms. Jatwani,
Thank you for your email, but I must be completely clear: a generic apology is entirely unacceptable for the ordeal I experienced at your hotel.
I arrived on September 9th around 5:00 PM and was assigned Room 726. My stay was intended solely for a few hours of crucial rest before my early morning flight at 2:00 AM on September 10th. Instead, I was subjected to a series of unacceptable service failures:
* Uninhabitable Room Assignment: The noise level from the adjacent Metro line in Room 726 was intolerable—it sounded as though heavy boulders were crashing into the building, shaking the entire room. Given the severity of the issue, it is impossible that your management is unaware of this defect. Assigning a room with known severe structural noise issues to a paying guest is unacceptable.
* Ignored Guest Request: After suffering through two hours of continuous disturbance, I called reception to request assistance. A full hour passed with zero response or follow-up from your team.
* Severe Security and Privacy Breach: Forced to pack my luggage and go down to the front desk myself, I was assigned a replacement room on the 9th floor. When the front desk agent unlocked the door and walked me in, we found another guest fast asleep inside. This is a appalling breach of guest security, privacy, and basic hotel management standards.
By the time a third, vacant room was finally provided, I managed barely two hours of sleep before having to check out, completely exhausted and unfit for travel.
As a representative of a company that frequently books accommodations at your property, I am deeply alarmed by this utter failure in service, operation, and security.
I do not accept your form-letter apology as a resolution. I demand a full financial refund to my credit card for the cost of this stay.
Furthermore, I am filing a formal complaint with our corporate travel department regarding this incident, along with an official recommendation to cease all future bookings with Novotel Mumbai International Airport until such gross operational issues are addressed.
I expect a prompt response confirming the processing of my full refund.

A special appreciation to the live Dosa team for their excellent service and hospitality. I would also like to thank the chef for preparing Gulab Jamun for me, even though it was not part of the buffet. That thoughtful gesture and extra effort truly made my experience special.

The stay was good but the food I ordered in room service was not upto the mark as per novotel standards
