Decent Stay, comfortable and welcoming staff members. But the food quality needs improvement and also the price and quantity of the items seems like a mismatch.

The policies of the hotel is something I have never seen in any hotel pan India. You can't bring outside food??? Rubbish. You have to pay for cutlery? Who does that. It is absolutely pathetic and I would never stay here ever again. Neither I am gonna let anyone I know stay here. The room charges are as high as courtyard by marriott or raddisson Blu (both are near airport also) but there services are so much superior. Their policies are so much customer oriented.

i don't see staff going extra mile to help any residents, politely brutal , you can't be like no rooms, not possible , process is not allowing etc.. you are dealing with people who are dependent on you , you cannot be thanking and also irresponsible to say a lady at 1 am no rooms available. if this is your process im so sorry .
