The room was absolutely neat and clean; the location is close to the airport and the metro station, hence convenient for business and personal travel but what I like about the place is the food. I have known Chef Tejas for many years, and this is a big advantage. Superb breakfast and food of your choice, just outstanding. I did have an issue with the staff putting me on no credit (off and on) which bothered me being a silver member, however this is something which the hotel needs to think and review about their guests as it directly shows mistrust on regular customers.

Our stay at Novotel Mumbai International Airport was excellent. The rooms are spacious, the service is excellent, the facilities and amenities are great and the location is perfect for those looking to stay near the airport. The breakfast and dinner buffet spreads were extensive and the food tasted great.
The airport transfers were on-time and hassle free while the check-in and check-out experience was good.
Things to improve:
- The caps of water bottles placed in the room are very tight and tough to open. If something can be done about that, it would be easy for guests to open the bottles.
- Housekeeping could be better in general. I noticed some hair in the bathroom. Also, the carpet in the room (room no. 430) seemed dirty.
- There was some water leakage in the bathroom.
- The design of the shower area is such that water can easily be spilled into the main area, because the glass enclosure in a bit short.

Room size was quite good and it was comfortable with all basic amenities. However, there was iodex type of smell on the bed sheet and pillow, which was annoying. Overall stay was very comfortable. Staff was also good and helping. Breakfast and dinner spread was quite elaborative and good in taste.
