The servjce was just terrible. 1. I had informed the hotel that we would be arriving at 4 am from the international airport and please have the extra bed in the room ready, still it was not done 2. The room allocated to us had a stinking smell and I had to ask for a room fresh we at 4:30 am 3. We had informed that there will be 3 guests in the room still there were only two towels, two cups, and we had to wait for 40 min for a towel 4. The guest service phone pickup is as per our luck, might or might it get picked up 5. I asked the guest service if they can provide a sicssor to use, they said yes and I waited for 1 hr and it never got to my room 6. I informed 15 min prior to checkout and my taxi arrival still there was no response to get my luggage in time for the taxi, even when I informed that I have a flight to catch Other tab location of the hotel and breakfast arrive nothing was good about the hotel
