Worst experience at Novotel Airpot Andheri East

My recent stay at Novotel Juhu was marred by a distressing experience that left a lasting negative impression. Upon entering the suite, the ambiance seemed promising, but it quickly soured as we discovered the commode in the bathroom was overflowing and emitting a foul stench. Despite contacting the staff promptly, the issue was not resolved swiftly, and the unpleasant odor pervaded the entire suite, making our stay uncomfortable and unpleasant. This oversight reflects poorly on the hotel's maintenance and cleanliness standards. The inconvenience and disappointment caused by this experience overshadowed any positive aspects of our stay at Novotel Airport Andheri East. I expected better from a reputed establishment like Novotel and hope they take immediate steps to rectify such issues to ensure a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

The stay was excellent, the arrangements and decoration made for my son's bday was overwhelming in very short notice. One quick suggestion is that the dinner could have been better with respect to taste but the breakfast was excellent.
