Stayed for three days on a work trip and enjoyed returning to a comfortable and generally clean room at the end of each day. Breakfast was included with stay and was delicious. The staff in the restaurant were accommodating and nice.

Great staff and overall cleanliness. The only reason why it got one short of a ten was the amenities in the room, no slippers, no razors(shaving kit) and only one brushing kit for a family of four.

We were travelling for the first time with our 3 month old baby and were a little anxious how it would go. The hotel was absolutely perfect for our needs and the staff were very accomodating. In particular Alejandra who look after us so well and made sure to greet me when we checked out. I couldn’t fault anything and we will be back when we visit Santiago each year.
