Stayed with my family during a trip to Santiago. Staff were very professional and helpful (specially Yohans). Comfortable hotel and safe area. Breakfast is decent but not a standout. Overall solid hotel.

The Pullman House program was phenomenal. The experience I had with Juliana and Maria Jose at the Sky experience in Santiago, Chile was unlike anything else I’ve ever experienced in my travels all over the world. Overall, the experience was very good, but the need to change the room key every day was quite annoying! This negatively impacted the experience for those who worked all day and had to go down to reception daily to change the key. This needs improvement!
