We had a fantastic experience at the Pullman Vitacura. The hotel and rooms are quite modern with a properly equipped gym and an outdoor pool. My room offered stunning views on the nearby park and mountains. The breakfast buffet has a vast selection of options and even an omelette station. Special mention to the Guest Experience Manager Alejandra who speaks excellent French.

It's not a overall enjoyable experience, since an international hotel lacked front desk staffs ability to communicate in English, even after I explained my limited Spanish speaking ability as a tourist. The front desk and most stuff were unfriendly in general and very slow checked in process.

Excellent location. Super restaurant. Very friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. Gym was acceptable. Nearby Bicentennial Park is superb. AC at night in the room was adequate but occasionally variable.
