I was assigned to room 305 and I am unsure what is next to, below or above it, but there was always some kind of noise. Not just from the road but also sounding like banging, moving things or fixing things. The staff however were wonderful and the proximity (walking distance) to CEPAL made a difference too.

We selected Pullman Santiago Vitacura for our stay due to it`s convenient location and were really pleased by attention we received from staff, especially Host of Pulman Santiago Vitacura, Juliana Farraggio and the manager of the hotel. They made our stay unforgettable and very pleasant. We really enjoyed staying there even though our stay was very short, but we will definitely will happily stay again when visiting next time. Apart of helpful and attentive staff, we really enjoyed breakfast, very nice choice and tasty products :) Thanks again :)
