I had some mishaps on my first days, but Alejandra Zenteno from Customer Experience quickly made it right and made the rest my stay effortless. The breakfast was top notch, the kitchen team was excellent. I would like to specifically mention the excellent hospitality of Juliana Farruggio, Angie Sepulveda and Maria Jose, who welcomed me every morning to breakfast. Their greetings every morning had been the highlight of my stay and a mood booster throughout my stay in Santiago.
