Overall, the experience was very good, but the need to change the room key every day was quite annoying! This negatively impacted the experience for those who worked all day and had to go down to reception daily to change the key. This needs improvement!

The Pullman Vitacura hotel is an excellent place to stay. The staff is extremely kind and attentive, the rooms are spacious, well equipped, and very well maintained. The restaurant offers a great menu and the food is delicious. Breakfast provides a wide variety of options and is excellent. The swimming pool is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing moment. I highly recommend this hotel.

Really squeaky, uncomfortable bed. I would move 1 inch and the bed squeaked. The hotel room itself and the hotel was very nice. The bed and mattress were very outdated, noisy and needed to be replaced
