Diana, Julianna, Maria José, and Kevin are literally the most kind people at this hotel. They all go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. This wouldn’t be a 5 star hotel without them.

There was an issue with the WiFi on the day I arrived, which caused delays in issuing room keys. I received two different explanations for the problem: one about the internet provider, and another about a car accident affecting the server, which was confusing. However, the staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I especially enjoyed the dark chocolate and handwritten note left in my room, which was a thoughtful touch. I would like to thank Elias at reception for his excellent service during check-in and check-out. I also want to acknowledge the Venezuelan female staff member at the bar on Thursday evening, who was very polite and helpful. My room was very comfortable, and I appreciated the complimentary drink voucher as well as the fresh iced tea and water available at reception. Overall, I had a great experience.

The organised transfer orgnaised was not at the airport - It took a lot of communication issues to fix it up where we ended up waiting over an hour. The Room Service demanded payment despite us paying a "Deposit" of USD $ which was not advertised Upon Checkout - The fron man at the desk tried to charge us USD $93 - And upon questioning it he was incredibly rude. The Transfer then required payment - Depsite us being advised it would be added to the Credit Card. I am still makinf sure we weren't oversharged by the Pullman - As these USD charges were all not advertised.
