The housekeeping staff almost entered the room. Although I acknowledge that I did not place the “Do Not Disturb” sign and the door was not locked, I believe there should be better coordination with the front desk to clearly identify which rooms are occupied. Additionally, the prices shown on the website differ from those offered online and over the phone. Honestly, I would not stay at this hotel again.

Gracias por compartir su experiencia con nosotros. Lamentamos sinceramente la situación ocurrida con el ingreso del personal de limpieza y entendemos lo incómodo que pudo haber sido. Si bien no se encontraba colocado el aviso de “No molestar” ni la puerta con seguro, tomamos su observación como una oportunidad de mejora y reforzaremos la coordinación entre el área de housekeeping y la recepción para evitar situaciones similares en el futuro. Respecto a las tarifas, lamentamos cualquier confusión. Queremos aclarar que los precios publicados no incluyen el IVA, el cual corresponde a un cargo adicional según la normativa vigente en Chile. Este impuesto solo se exonera a personas no residentes en Chile, siempre que presenten al momento del check-in su pasaporte y la tarjeta de ingreso entregada por la PDI, y que el pago se realice en dólares estadounidenses, tal como lo establece la ley. Agradecemos sus comentarios, ya que nos permiten mejorar nuestros procesos y la claridad de nuestra información. En mi última reserva me equivoque de hotel, llegue al de estación central y la reserva era para el de Providencia. El cobro exagerado por no check in de providencia costo casi igual a los dos días hospedado en estación central.

I wrote them an email and Whatsapp. No one answered. I checked out before noon today and forgot my neck pillow in room 774. Can you please see if you have found my neck pillows? We will return to their hotel tomorrow with the G-Adventures group to pick up our luggage
