When making my hotel reservation, I requested an airport pickup service from Santiago International Airport to your hotel. I also requested the driver's details in advance. However, when I arrived at Santiago International Airport, no driver or representative from your hotel was present to pick me up, and I had not received the requested driver's details. Then I happened to be involved in airport taxi fraud. The driver charged CLP 31… for a single taxi journey from the airport to your hotel. Although I reported this incident to the small police station nearby your hotel, I have a strong impression that the case incident report to the police may not be properly investigated or pursued police based on my interaction with the police officer and the circumstances surrounding the report. The room was noisy both inside and out. When the occupants showed in the next door room my shower came on. I asked to move to another room as I realised my window didn't shut properly and was met by complete indifference. Finally someone tried to fix the window but it didn't solve the problem. Dreadful sporadic drumming fro early evening till 02.30 am. I was unable to sleep and thereby my enjoyment of the next days tours was spoilt. To add insult to injury they sent me a message two days early to vacate my room! What a joke. Absolutely hated my stay. Customer service Nil.

The room was a bit small but compact, well equipped. The guests from Asia get used to have "business hotel" which provide disposable toothbrush, hot water kettle, some free drink water and tea packs... Location is perfect, near vibrant bars and Italiano district

The housekeeping staff almost entered the room. Although I acknowledge that I did not place the “Do Not Disturb” sign and the door was not locked, I believe there should be better coordination with the front desk to clearly identify which rooms are occupied. Additionally, the prices shown on the website differ from those offered online and over the phone. Honestly, I would not stay at this hotel again.
