When making my hotel reservation, I requested an airport pickup service from Santiago International Airport to your hotel. I also requested the driver's details in advance. However, when I arrived at Santiago International Airport, no driver or representative from your hotel was present to pick me up, and I had not received the requested driver's details. Then I happened to be involved in airport taxi fraud. The driver charged CLP 31… for a single taxi journey from the airport to your hotel. Although I reported this incident to the small police station nearby your hotel, I have a strong impression that the case incident report to the police may not be properly investigated or pursued police based on my interaction with the police officer and the circumstances surrounding the report.
