as a all.com, you should be careful with some little or not little details, bathroom floor broken, first curtains looks completely dirty :p, windows as well.

I recently stayed at the Mercure Santiago Centro and had a wonderful experience overall. This hotel is an excellent choice for anyone wanting to explore Santiago on foot—the location is ideal for walking to many of the city's main attractions, restaurants, and cultural sites. The Suite Experience I recommend upgrading to a suite if your budget allows. Our suite was spacious with great views of the city. The extra space really made a difference in comfort, particularly after long days of sightseeing. My only minor note is that the queen bed felt a bit on the smaller side for such a large suite, a king would have been ideal. Outstanding Service The staff were attentive, professional. From check-in to departure, every interaction was pleasant and efficient. Pool and Bar Area The swimming pool and bar area deserve special mention. It's a lovely space this area provides a perfect retreat within the hotel. Breakfast The breakfast was okish but could use some improvement in terms of variety and quality. This was probably the only aspect of the stay that didn't fully match the hotel standards. Final Verdict Despite the minor points about the bed size and breakfast, I would absolutely stay here again. The location, service, and suite accommodations make it a great value.
