Worst bed in my life. Only had hot water. I had to pay for parking in premisses.

As the first stop of our South American trip, this hotel truly gave us a very good start. It is located in the city center; although the surrounding area can feel a bit unsafe, it is overall very convenient and well-equipped. The hotel facilities and room maintenance are fairly average, and the soundproofing is indeed poor we were woken up every morning by the noise of other guests opening and closing their doors. However, the attentive and friendly service from the staff completely made up for these shortcomings. We especially appreciated the little cakes delivered to our room every day, which let us drift off to sleep sweetly. Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Heartfelt thanks to all the hotel staff, and we look forward to seeing you again next time!
