In addition to the power outage issue, the male tenant on the 12th floor is very noisy and frequently uses room service in the morning and evening. While I was sleeping, I could hear him asking room service to change his pillow, and before I got up in the morning, I could hear him requesting other services. Moreover, between 12:00 and 2:30 a.m., there were loud noises from his TV or other audiovisual equipment that could be heard in the hallway and even when he returned to his room and closed the door.

this hotel is awesome. i got myself a suite and it was incredible. friendly staff and everything worked. the scenery outside was great. the bed was comfy and there were 2 big tvs with a wide various of national and international broadcast

Our three night stay was very comfortable. Rooms were of good size and well equipped. Fopod was great. staff was the best part ; all staff at the front desk and in the resturant. They did their best to make us comfortable. we are very satisfied and thankful.

The hotel is in the middle of a bustling, busy part of the city. It's worn but clean and functional and the staff were helpful. Opposite a beautiful, historic park with a steep walk to an outlook over the city, and next to the bohemian area of Barrio Lastaria, full of good restaurants and artisan shops and stalls. You can walk to a funicular and take a ride up to see Santiago's version of 'Christian the redeemer', then onto the cable car to take you down the other side of the hill into another, busy part of the city for more restaurants and some proper shopping malls. We had 4 days there and the location couldn't have been better.

A well located hotel, but non-existent WiFi in my room and a less than very comfortable bed. The cushions on the bed had large white stains on them which I would not like to guess what they were. The breakfast was very nice though. For the price I was paying I expected more.

Hotel charged my credit card early in the morning way in advance when on a flexible rate with check-in done around 4 pm in the afternoon. The charge was also about 2.5% higher than specified in CLP. Reception stated they couldn't do anything. Raised issue with central Accor support 4 days ago and still haven't received a response ...
