A well located hotel, but non-existent WiFi in my room and a less than very comfortable bed. The cushions on the bed had large white stains on them which I would not like to guess what they were. The breakfast was very nice though. For the price I was paying I expected more.

Hotel charged my credit card early in the morning way in advance when on a flexible rate with check-in done around 4 pm in the afternoon. The charge was also about 2.5% higher than specified in CLP. Reception stated they couldn't do anything. Raised issue with central Accor support 4 days ago and still haven't received a response ...

Quite an average stay only made bearable due to the reasonable cost and location. Non soundproofed rooms (hear people talking, walking/running down corridors, water running from rooms above, neighbours using bathroom) which are very dark (no lighting except lamps) and have basic furnishings. The cleanliness of the rooms could be improved and breakfast buffet is basic.

Unfortunately, this would have to be the worst Mercure that I have stayed, as a frequent traveller I stay at dozens and dozens of Accor properties every year and this was a total disappointment. That said the staff were wonderful, but the property is well below standard.

The hotel is very basic. The breakfast selection is extremely limited and not very good. The only hot options were scrambled eggs and sausages, which didn't look appetizing at all. There were no hot vegetarian options. The air conditioner did not work in heating mode, so we had to ask for an extra blanket. Overall, I would rate this hotel as no more than a three-star property. I am currently staying at Plaza San Francisco (three blocks away from Mercure), which costs the same but is twice as good in every respect—the food, the room, and the overall comfort.

I had an early flight and was greeted by helpful staff early in the morning. I enjoyed the location and stay. My tv wasn’t working and they fixed it without delay so I could watch the World Cup. The staff on the terrace were also helpful. The food at the hotel is pretty good too. The shower head was superb. I would stay again, thanks team.

Hotel was very run down, missing grout in bathroom and cut my feet in shower. Very overpriced and no breakfast included. No priority welcome and trying to charge me taxes twice, be careful as taxes are included on most Accor bookings. Lady was grumpy about it when I showed her I had paid taxes.

The hotel is quite old and the rooms are outdated. Check in was easy and breakfast was good. However our main issue was a call to our room in which the reception desk raised a noise complaint and accused us of drinking - while we were quietly reading books in our room after a day of site seeing. We went down to clarify that this was not us and that the accusation were unacceptable and the staff members were accepting that they were incorrect but not apologetic about the nasty accusations. Clearly this was not investigated before we were accused. As it was obviously not noise coming from our room when you were in the corridor it was very clearly a different room. I was shocked by this and would chose to avoid this hotel for any future visits based on this interaction. Also the WiFi was not functioning in the rooms.
