Not all sub-brands under Accor establishment can live up to the upscale hospitality brand name. Booked during their member sale (up to 25% off), thinking we had snagged a good deal. But found later that Agoda was offering even better rates for stays in Santiago city center. Kinda of disappointing to be duped. Another bone to pick was, our stay in Santiago coincided with the worst cold autumn weather the locals ever had in 60years.The room didn't heat up well at all. We were setting the aircon heating temperature to 26oC, yet it still felt like 20oC. There you go, there are many hotel alternatives in Santiago for a comfy stay, no reason to return to this one.

The staff at the hotel was excellent, very helpful and attentive. The room was also clean and comfortable. The one thing they could improve is to have better vegan options for the breakfast, there are plenty of vegan shops in Santiago.

Overall stay is good. However, room access mechanism is not functional and even reception staff came up to help me remained troublesome.

A little out of the main city but easy access by uber. Room decent size but bathroom had a lot of pink mould in grate, is well over due for attention. Staff were friendly, food at restaurant was very good but ceiling in restaurant needs replacing.
